Background
Insulation resistance testing is a relatively conventional means of testing and verifying the insulation performance of electrical equipment, including windings, cables and all insulation in motors, transformers, switchgear, control devices and other electrical devices. The test of the insulation resistance is carried out before the dangerous and destructive tests, so that the larger insulation defect of the insulation material can be found in advance, corresponding measures can be taken in advance, and the insulation of the tested object is prevented from being completely destroyed. In the measurement of a test object or a capacitor with a winding or a dielectric material, an absorption ratio and a polarization index are very important indexes for judging the insulation property.
In the test method in the prior art, when the test is carried out, an operator is too close to the equipment to be tested, so that electric shock accidents are easily caused. This is a drawback in the prior art.
