本发明公开了一种市区空气净化装置,包括壳体,壳体中部安有高压风机,壳体向下与拢风壳相连,拢风壳向下径向扩张并在下端形成进风口,在拢风壳内装有多层空气过滤网,壳体向上与排风罩相连,排风罩自下而上沿径向变化形成扁排风口,在所述扁排风口处安有负离子发生器和多个雾化喷头。该装置对水雾化好,扬程高,对雾霾沉降率高,颗粒物过滤净化和节约水资源,也节约了能源,并且不使地面泥泞而影响出行。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种装置,具体而言涉及一种市区空气净化装置。
背景技术
随着社会经济和生产的发展,我国北方许多地区会时常出现雾霾现象。雾霾是漂浮在大气中的PM2.5等尺寸的微粒、粉尘、气溶胶等粒子,在一定的温湿度条件相对稳定状态下产生的天气现象,雾霾对人们身体健康和日常生活均造成了较大影响。现在市政环卫部门主要通过喷水洒水等方式净化空气,减小雾霾危害。喷水时,将水喷向空中,水分散成细小水滴,会使空气中的颗粒结合并随水降落在地面上。这种方式存在如下不足:沉降率及水利用率低,细小水滴因不能进一步分化,与雾霾颗粒接触面积下,不能对雾霾颗粒形成有效沉降,雾霾去除率较差,喷水量大,不仅导致水有效利用率较低,浪费水资源,而且使路面较为泥泞,不便于人们出行,喷水量大还导致能耗较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种市区空气净化装置,该装置对水雾化好,扬程高,对雾霾沉降率高,颗粒物过滤净化和节约水资源,也节约了能源,并且不使地面泥泞而影响出行。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取以下技术方案:
一种市区空气净化装置,包括壳体,其特征在于,所述壳体中部安有高压风机,壳体向下与拢风壳相连,所述拢风壳向下径向扩张并在下端形成进风口,在拢风壳内装有多层空气过滤网,所述壳体向上与排风罩相连,所述排风罩自下而上沿径向变化形成扁排风口,在所述扁排风口处安有负离子发生器和多个雾化喷头,各所述雾化喷头经管路与高压水泵相连。
优选的,所述排风口的长度为1~20米,宽度为0.05~0.5米,在排风口内设有50~2000个0.5微米雾化喷头。
优选的,所述排风罩下部为圆形口并与所述壳体相连,所述扁排风口由所述圆形口向上沿一条直径方向延长并沿与所述直径垂直的方向收缩形成。
优选的,所述高压风机的直径为0.3~5米,功率为0.45~120kw。
优选的,所述多层空气滤网自外向内依次为PM20、PM10、PM5、PM2.5滤网。
上述技术方案中,排风口风道能够将吸入的空气集中送出,配合高压风机的强大推动力,能够产生强大的风压。在排风口设置多个雾化喷头,可以对水进行雾化,然后被高风压推送至空中,解决了以往喷雾如果太细则无法达到较高扬程的困难。排风口设置负离子发生器,使喷出的水雾携带静电,可以更好的与雾霾颗粒结合,水雾的细化程度以及配合带静电效果、高风压推送,使得与以往设备相比,相同用量的水能够提升六倍以上的雾霾沉降率,提升了净化效果和水利用率,并且水雾落地后不会使路面泥泞,不影响出行。多层空气滤网能够对空气进行过滤,洁净空气,杜绝二次扬尘污染。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明做进一步说明:
如图1和图2所示,本空气净化装置包括壳体101,壳体101为圆形,下端与拢风壳102相连,拢风壳102上端有圆形开口并与壳体密封相连,自拢风壳圆形开口向下径向扩张并在下端形成进风口103,进风口103可以设置为方筒形,圆形壳体与拢风壳可以一体设置成型。在圆形壳体101内部安装有高压风机2,高压风机的直径为0.3~5米,功率为0.45~120kw,高压风机2能够将空气通过进风口103吸入壳体101内,净化后再排向空中。在拢风壳102内安装有多层空气过滤网,高压风机2将风从进风口103吸入,然后经过空气过滤网过滤。进一步的,空气过滤网自进风口103向内依次为PM20滤网301、PM10滤网302和PM5滤网(图中未画出)和PM2.5滤网303,PM20滤网301能够将空气中的PM20及以上的颗粒物质过滤掉不被吸入壳体内部,PM10滤网能够将空气中的PM20至PM10的颗粒物质过滤掉,PM5滤网和PM2.5滤网能够分别将空气中的PM5及PM2.5的颗粒过滤掉。
壳体101向上与排风罩105相连,排风罩105下端为圆形开口且与壳体101密封相连,自排风罩105的圆形开口向上沿一条直径方向延长并沿与该直径垂直的方向收缩形成扁排风口106,在排风口106处安装有负离子发生器4,负离子发生器4的上端安装有管路,管路的两侧上连接有50~2000个0.5微米的雾化喷头5。排风口106可以设为长方形,优选的,排风口的长度为1~20米,宽度为0.05~0.5米,在排风口内设有50~2000个雾化喷头。管路沿排风口的长度方向设置并伸出排风口外与高压水泵6的出水端相连,高压水泵的进水端经由管路与水池7相连。水池7内的水能够在高压水泵6的作用下经过雾化喷头5打成水雾,并在高压风机的作用下排向空中,一般保证有二十米左右的扬程。
上述装置中,高压风机将空气经由进风口103抽入壳体1内部,并依次经过多层过滤网净化过滤后到达设置在排风口106处的负离子发生器4,与此同时,水泵6启动,将水池7中水经由雾化喷头5形成水雾,水雾在带有负离子的气流的作用下携带静电并被带向空气中,可以更好的与雾霾颗粒结合,水雾的细化程度以及配合带电效果、高风压推送,能够大大提升雾霾的沉降率,并且不会落下使路边变得泥泞。
本实施例只是对本发明构思和实现的说明,并非对其进行限制,在本发明构思下,未经实质变换的技术方案仍然在保护范围内。

1.一种市区空气净化装置,包括壳体,其特征在于,所述壳体中部安有高压风机,壳体向下与拢风壳相连,所述拢风壳向下径向扩张并在下端形成进风口,在拢风壳内装有多层空气过滤网,所述壳体向上与排风罩相连,所述排风罩自下而上沿径向变化形成扁排风口,在所述扁排风口处安有负离子发生器和多个雾化喷头,各所述雾化喷头经管路与高压水泵相连。
2.如权利要求1所述的市区空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述排风口的长度为1~20米,宽度为0.05~0.5米,在排风口内设有50~2000个0.5微米雾化喷头。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的市区空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述排风罩下部为圆形口并与所述壳体相连,所述扁排风口由所述圆形口向上沿一条直径方向延长并沿与所述直径垂直的方向收缩形成。
4.如权利要求1或者2所述的市区空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述高压风机的直径为0.3~5米,功率为0.45~120kw。
5.如权利要求1所述的市区空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述多层空气滤网自外向内依次为PM20、PM10、PM5、PM2.5滤网。
