The working principle of the invention is as follows: the rock electric drill drills in motion while the drill bit 1e is moving, dust generated at the drilling hole is collected to the dust outlet 2b6 along the inner walls of the contact part 2b4 and the dust receiving part 2b3 to wait for being sucked away, the fan 2d in the dust box 2a is driven by the driving motor to rotate at a high speed, air is sucked from the dust outlet 2a5 along the dust pipe 2c and the dust catching cover 2b to generate a certain vacuum in the collecting box 2a1, dust waiting for being sucked away in the dust catching cover 2b can enter the collecting box 2a1 along the dust outlet 2b6, the dust pipe 2c and the integrating port 2a5 together with air, under the obstruction of the partition plate 2b3, dust mixed in the dust-carrying air is collected on the bottom surface of the collecting box 2a1, and a dust bag is sleeved on the dust bag 10 on the inner flange 2a9 in the collecting box 2a1, namely, the dust bag is finally collected in the dust receiving bag, the dust-laden air enters the driving motor of the fan 2d through the filter 2a4 and then flows out of the exhaust port 2a12, and the filter 2a4 further filters the dust-laden air, so that the air entering the driving motor and flowing out is cleaner, and the dust removal requirement is met.
The dust catching cover 2b is sleeved outside the drill rod 1d and the drill 1e of the rock electric drill 1, so that dust generated in the drilling or hole arranging process can be completely contained in the dust catching cover 2b, the splashing of dust on a working face is effectively reduced, the environment of the working face is improved, the potential safety hazard of the working face is reduced, the working environment of workers is improved, the underground coal dust potential hazard is eliminated, the mounting surface of the dust catching cover 2b is arranged on the own drill rod supporting frame 1f of the rock electric drill 1, the dust catching cover 2b is convenient to mount and dismount, the dust removal box 2a adopts a fan strong dust collection mode, the dust is transferred into the dust removal box 2a through the dust removal pipeline 2c to be intensively recycled, the subsequent environmental protection treatment is carried out, a dust receiving bag in the dust removal box 2a is more stable in mounting, an opening can be opened as far as possible, and the dust can be conveniently contained.
Claims (8)
1. A dust-free rock electric drill for rock exploration is characterized by comprising a rock electric drill (1) and a dust removal mechanism (2), wherein the dust removal mechanism (2) is arranged on the side part of the rock electric drill (1);
the rock electric drill (1) is a guide rail type rock electric drill and comprises an electric drill guide rail (1 a), a guide rail support (1 b), an electric drill driving device (1 c), a drill rod (1 d), a drill bit (1 e) and a drill rod support frame (1 f), wherein the guide rail support (1 b) is arranged at the bottom end of the electric drill guide rail (1 a), the electric drill driving device (1 c) sliding along the axial direction of the electric drill guide rail (1 a) is arranged at the top end of the electric drill guide rail (1 a), the drill rod (1 d) is connected with an output shaft of the electric drill driving device (1 c) in a transmission mode, the drill bit (1 e) is detachably connected to the end portion, away from the electric drill driving device (1 c), of the drill rod (1 d), and the drill rod support frame (1 f);
the dust removal mechanism (2) comprises a dust removal box (2 a) and a dust catching cover (2 b), the dust supplementing cover (2 b) is arranged on one surface, away from the electric drill driving device (1 c), of a drill rod support frame (1 f), and is sleeved outside a drill rod (1 d) and a drill bit (1 e), the dust removal box (2 a) is arranged on a guide rail support frame (1 b), the dust removal box (2 a) is connected with the dust catching cover (2 b) through a dust removal pipeline (2 c), the dust removal box (2 a) comprises a collection box (2 a 1), a fan installation box (2 a 2), a partition plate (2 a 3) and a filter (2 a 4), the top end of the collection box (2 a 1) is provided with a fan installation box (2 a 2), a fan (2 d) is installed in the fan installation box (2 a 2), a partition plate (2 a 3) is arranged inside the collection box (2 a 1), a 3) is provided with a certain gap between one end of the collection box (2 a 3), a filter (2 a 4) is arranged at the gap.

The dust-free rock electric drill for geotechnical exploration according to claim 1, wherein the dust-collecting hood (2 b) comprises a buffer portion (2 b 1), a disc spring (2 b 2), a dust-receiving portion (2 b 3), a contact portion (2 b 4) and a dust exhaust port (2 b 6), one end of the buffer portion (2 b 1) is connected with the drill pipe support frame (1 f), the other end of the buffer portion (2 b 1) is connected with the dust-receiving portion (2 b 3), the disc spring (2 b 2) is sleeved outside the buffer portion (2 b 1), one end of the dust-receiving portion (2 b 3) close to the buffer portion (2 b 1) is provided with a plate (2 b 5), one end of the disc spring (2 b 2) is connected with the drill pipe support frame (1 f), the other end of the disc spring (2 b 2) is connected with a buffer plate (2 b 5), one end of the dust-receiving portion (2 b 3) far away from the buffer portion (2 b 1) is provided with a contact portion (2 b 4b 3), and a dust exhaust port (6 b 3) is provided with a dust-receiving portion (2, the dust discharge port (2 b 6) is connected with the dust removal pipeline (2 c).

A dust-free rock drill according to claim 2, wherein the dust receiving portion (2 b 3) is funnel-shaped, and the diameter of the opening of the dust receiving portion (2 b 3) at the end away from the drill rod support frame (1 f) is larger than the diameter of the opening at the end close to the drill rod support frame (1 f).
4. A dust-free rock drill according to claim 3, wherein the contact portion (2 b 4) is made of a flexible material, and the contact portion (2 b 4) is arranged to be diffused outwardly.
