Description

Biomass moisture-absorbing and sweat-releasing finishing agent and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of after-finishing agents, and particularly relates to a biomass moisture-absorbing and sweat-releasing finishing agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In recent years, various functional fabrics and required finishing agents are diversified, and moisture absorption and sweat releasing finishing is one representative of the functional fabrics and the required finishing agents. The moisture absorption and sweat releasing finishing refers to the functional finishing of the fabric by using a special auxiliary agent, so that the fabric has the characteristics of water absorption, moisture permeability and quick drying.
At present, the sports fabric needing moisture absorption and sweat releasing finishing is often polyester or polyester blended fabric, so the moisture absorption and sweat releasing finishing agent is a compound taking water dispersible polyester as a main component. Because the molecular structure of the polyester modified polyester has the same benzene ring as the molecular structure of the polyester, the molecular chain segment is anchored on the surface of the polyester under the action of high temperature, so that the original hydrophobic surface of the polyester is changed into a durable hydrophilic surface, but the water repellency of the polyester component is not changed, and the absorbed water can be quickly diffused into the atmosphere.
In view of the fact that main source components of the moisture-absorbing and sweat-releasing finishing agent such as ethylene glycol, phthalic acid and the like are still obtained from non-renewable resources such as petroleum and the like, and can only be applied to fabrics related to terylene and the like, the environment is not protected enough, and the adaptability is not wide enough, therefore, the development of the moisture-absorbing and sweat-releasing finishing agent which is wide in biomass source and fabric adaptability and convenient to use has important application value and significance.

Furthermore, the particle size range of the biomass starch particles is 10-35 μm, and the average particle size is 20 μm.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the biomass moisture-absorbing and sweat-releasing finishing agent provided by the invention adopts medical-grade raw materials, is completely biological, safe, harmless, environment-friendly, degradable in excess materials, and widely applicable to fabrics of various fibers, not only to fiber fabrics such as terylene and the like.
2. The biomass moisture absorption and sweat releasing finishing agent provided by the invention has the advantages that the obtained fermentation liquor has excellent hydrophilic finishing performance surprisingly through the fermentation of lactobacillus rhamnosus on the biomass protein component, the further fermentation of the biomass protein component by myxobacteria and the small part fermentation of natural fiber particles and biomass starch particles. Furthermore, the finishing agent finally obtained can be adapted to various fiber fabrics only through two times of fermentation of the two active bacteria under the anaerobic and aerobic conditions, so that the finishing agent can have the functions of moisture absorption and sweat releasing; however, fermentation using only one active bacterium is far from achieving such an effect. This indicates that the fermentation sequence of the two active bacteria has strict requirements and that their sequential fermentation steps have a significant synergistic effect.
3. The biomass moisture-absorbing and sweat-releasing finishing agent disclosed by the invention is safe and has better affinity to fabrics by mainly adopting an aqueous solvent rather than an organic solvent, and experiments show that the addition of the orange peel essential oil endows the finished fabrics with a function of regulating the body surface temperature, namely, the heat release of the finished fabrics can be accelerated when the body surface temperature is higher, and the heat can be slowly released when the body surface temperature is lower, so that the comfort of the microenvironment of the body surface is maintained. Experiments have shown that this may be mainly a result of the synergistic effect of the biomass starch granules and the orange peel essential oil in the fermentation broth.
4. The biomass moisture-absorbing and sweat-releasing finishing agent disclosed by the invention is simple in production process and simple and convenient in use method, can be used in various modes such as spraying and dipping, does not need high-temperature treatment, and only needs to be dried at room temperature.
5. The physical properties of the fabric finished by the biomass moisture-absorbing and sweat-releasing finishing agent are hardly affected, the whiteness is unchanged, and the fabric does not feel stiff and heavy.
The reaction mechanism analysis of the invention is as follows:
in the preparation process of the biomass moisture-absorbing and sweat-releasing finishing agent, the fermentation of a biomass protein component by lactobacillus rhamnosus for the first time can mainly obtain a natural surfactant rhamnolipid and other effective components, and the natural surfactant rhamnolipid and other effective components can modify hydrophilic natural fiber particles and biomass starch particles which are added later, so that the surface hydrophilicity of the particles is better; the secondary myxobacteria further ferment the natural fiber particles and biomass starch granules to obtain the viscous substance and other effective components which can make the natural fiber particles, biomass starch granules and fabric more adhesive, and open the structure of partial biomass starch granules to expose the hydrophobic part inside, so the perspiration function of the finished fabric is more obvious.
Test method
Moisture absorption and sweat releasing performance test: soaking a pure nylon fabric into a biomass moisture absorption and sweat releasing finishing agent, rolling out liquid after completely soaking, drying at 40 ℃ for 15min or naturally airing, taking wicking height and dripping water diffusion time as moisture absorption indexes, and taking evaporation rate and moisture permeability as sweat releasing indexes, referring to GB/T21655.1-2008, evaluation part 1 of textile moisture absorption and quick drying: the test is carried out by a single combined experimental method, and the wicking height, the dripping water diffusion time and the evaporation rate are all tested in the environment with the temperature of 25 ℃ and the relative humidity of 60%; the moisture permeability is tested in an environment of 38 ℃ and 90% relative humidity.

It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting, and although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions may be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention, which should be covered by the claims of the present invention.
