According to the invention, after the cotton layer is drafted, the second detector is arranged at the output roller, the thickness detection is carried out through pressure induction between the cotton feeding plate and the lower output roller, the speed of the drafting roller module is adjusted by changing the speed of the lower output roller to control the drafting of the cotton layer to achieve the required technical effect, the uniform cotton layer can be obtained for compressing, meanwhile, the concave-convex roller is arranged behind the cotton guide roller to prevent cotton rolls from being adhered, and the hierarchy is clear.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the device has the advantages of short flow, simple structure, removal of all tools before pressurization and coiling of the cotton layer, integration of cotton supply, cotton layer processing and coiling with a double-layer double-pressure automatic cotton supply machine, intelligence, easiness in operation, low failure rate and high safety.
(2) The occupied space is saved, and the length of each production line only needs one third of the length of the original process.

The original equipment is complex, the operation is restricted by a plurality of factors, especially the cotton block is large, the cotton layer is uneven, the density changes much, etc., the carding sliver quality is directly and seriously influenced, and the cotton feeding, cotton supplying and cotton layer forming of the machine are all air pressure sensing cotton, the yield can be improved to 400kg/h from the original 200-material 250kg/h, the density of the cotton layer is even, the unevenness rate of the sliver can be controlled within 2 percent, and the automation level is higher.
