背景技术
太阳能电池由钢化玻璃、封装胶膜、电池片、封装胶膜和TPT背板五层材料按顺序叠放后压合而成。
太阳能电池封装胶膜以EVA(ethylene-vinyl acetate copo;乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物)为主要材料;EVA具有透明、柔软、有热熔粘结性,熔融温度低,熔融流动性好的等特点,这些特征满足了胶膜制造与太阳能电池封装的需求,但是有颜色的EVA膜和透明的EVA膜上下铺设同时使用时,由于尺寸稳定性差,常常会导致有颜色膜与透明膜之间的界面不清楚,层压时有颜色膜容易流动而影响外观。因此,如何提高白色或者其他颜色EVA胶膜的尺寸稳定性成为太阳能电池封装行业的一个难点。

本发明的目的是克服上述背景技术的不足,提供一种太阳能封装材料用预辐照白色EVA封装胶膜及制备方法;该预辐射白色EVA封装胶膜提升了辐照均匀性,同时尺寸稳定性好,膜与膜之间不会相互渗透且界面清晰,外观良好;所述制备方法工艺简单、生产效率高,适于大规模推广应用。
本发明提供的技术方案是:太阳能封装材料用预辐照白色EVA封装胶膜,包括以下成分及相应质量份:
所述偶联剂为硅烷类偶联剂与带抗水解耐热官能团的烯烃加成物,结构如下:
RX(R1O)3-XSi(CH2)nY
X=0,1,2,3,
n=1,2,3,4,5,6,…12,
R是烷烃或卤代烷烃,其中的烷烃是碳原子为1-12个的烷烃、或是碳原子为5-8个的环烷烃;
R1是卤代烷烃或碳原子为1-4个的烷烃;
Y为带有环氧基、异氰酸酯基或酰基官能团的烃基;
所述EVA树脂的熔值为10g/10min~30g/10min。
进一步优选,所述EVA树脂的VA(乙酸乙烯)的含量为28-33%。
优选地,所述交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯、2,5-二叔丁基过氧化-2,5-二甲基己烷、叔丁基过氧化异丙苯、丁基-4,4-双(叔丁基过氧基)戊酸酯、叔丁基过氧化碳酸-2-乙基己酯中的一种或两种以上任意比例的混合。
优选地,所述抗氧剂为三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯、2,2-亚甲基-双(-4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)、3,5-二特丁基-4-羟基苯丙酸十八酯中的一种或两种以上任意比例的混合。
所述抗敏化剂为四氯化碳、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯(TAIC)、三(甲基丙烯酸三羟甲基)丙烷酯(TMPT)、邻苯二甲酸二乙二醇二丙烯酸酯(PDDA)、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯(PETA)中的一种或两种以上任意比例的混合。
所述偶联剂为异氰酸酯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、异氰酸酯基丙基三乙氧基硅烷、2-(3,4-环氧环己烷基)乙基三乙氧基硅烷、2-(3,4-环氧环己烷基)乙基三甲氧基硅烷、环氧基改性聚硅氧烷、3-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷、3-烯丙氧丙基三甲氧基硅、3-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷中的一种或两种以上任意比例的混合。
太阳能封装材料用预辐照白色EVA封装胶膜的制备方法,其制备步骤是:喷涂过助剂的EVA树脂经过混料机混合均匀,进入烘房至少24h后投入流延机里,在70-90℃温度环境下,经过塑化挤出、拉伸、牵引、收卷制成厚度为0.4-0.5mm的EVA胶膜。
所述喷涂方法为:将各类助剂用低沸点惰性溶剂溶解后喷涂于EVA树脂表面;低沸点惰性溶剂为二甲苯、二氯乙烷、二氯甲烷、乙醚、丙酮中的一种或两种混合。
所述EVA胶膜在收卷步骤经过电子束辐照后得到预辐照的白色EVA封装胶膜,辐射剂量为为2~50KGY。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用高能射线辐射EVA膜而使其产生了预交联;加入的敏化剂又提升了预交联的均匀性,因而提高了胶膜的尺寸稳定性和耐热性,解决了常规胶膜使用时因加热而发生的尺寸、形状变化大的缺陷;同时膜与膜之间不会相互渗透且界面清晰,外观良好;所述制备方法工艺简单,可连续化生产因此生产效率高,适于大规模推广应用。
具体实施方式
本发明的思路是:通过添加敏化剂,有效提升预交联均匀性;从而提高胶膜的尺寸稳定性和耐热性,进而提升EVA封装胶膜的品质。
以下通过具体实施例进一步说明。
实施例1
一种太阳能电池封装胶膜,含有EVA、交联剂、偶联剂、抗氧化剂、敏化剂,所述太阳能电池封装胶膜中交联剂为2,5-二叔丁基过氧化-2,5-二甲基己烷,其质量为EVA质量的0.5%,所述抗氧化剂为三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯,其质量为EVA质量的0.1%,所述偶联剂为异氰酸酯基丙基三乙氧基硅烷,其质量为EVA质量的0.3%,所述敏化剂为四氯化碳,其质量为EVA质量的1%。将各类助剂用二甲苯溶解后喷涂于EVA树脂表面,EVA树脂经过混料机混合均匀,在40℃烘房放置24h后投入流延机里,经过80℃塑化挤出、拉伸、牵引、收卷制成厚度为0.5mm的EVA胶膜;其中在收卷步骤通过电子束20KGY剂量的辐照得到预交联白色EVA封装胶膜。在层压工艺条件下通过EVA树脂中的过氧化物引发交联共聚。
实施例2
一种太阳能电池封装胶膜,含有EVA、交联剂、偶联剂、抗氧化剂、敏化剂,所述太阳能电池封装胶膜中交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯,其质量为EVA质量的0.3%,所述抗氧化剂为3,5-二特丁基-4-羟基苯丙酸十八酯,其质量为EVA质量的0.3%,所述偶联剂为3-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷,其质量为EVA质量的0.4%,所述敏化剂为三(甲基丙烯酸三羟甲基)丙烷酯(TMPT),其质量为EVA质量的0.01%。将各类助剂用二氯乙烷溶解后喷涂于EVA树脂表面,EVA树脂经过混料机混合均匀,在40℃烘房放置24h后投入流延机里,经过80℃塑化挤出、拉伸、牵引、收卷制成厚度为0.4mm的EVA胶膜;其中在收卷步骤通过电子束20KGY剂量的辐照得到预交联白色EVA封装胶膜。在层压工艺条件下通过EVA树脂中的过氧化物引发交联共聚。
实施例3
一种太阳能电池封装胶膜,含有EVA、交联剂、偶联剂、抗氧化剂、敏化剂,所述太阳能电池封装胶膜中交联剂为叔丁基过氧化异丙苯,其质量为EVA质量的0.8%,所述抗氧化剂为2,2-亚甲基-双(-4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚),其质量为EVA质量的0.2%,所述偶联剂为2-(3,4-环氧环己烷基)乙基三乙氧基硅烷,其质量为EVA质量的0.2%,所述敏化剂为三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯(TAIC),其质量为EVA质量的0.1%。将各类助剂用乙醚溶解后喷涂于EVA树脂表面,EVA树脂经过混料机混合均匀,在40℃烘房放置24h后投入流延机里,经过80℃塑化挤出、拉伸、牵引、收卷制成厚度为0.45mm的EVA胶膜;其中在收卷步骤通过电子束20KGY剂量的辐照得到预交联白色EVA封装胶膜。在层压工艺条件下通过EVA树脂中的过氧化物引发交联共聚。
对比例1
一种太阳能电池封装胶膜,含有EVA、交联剂、紫外线吸收剂、偶联剂、抗氧化剂,所述太阳能电池封装胶膜中交联剂为2,5-二叔丁基过氧化-2,5-二甲基己烷,其质量为EVA质量的0.5%,所述EVA中乙酸乙烯的含量为28%,所述紫外线吸收剂为2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮,其质量为EVA质量的0.2%%,所述抗氧化剂为三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯,其质量为EVA质量的0.1%,所述偶联剂为γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷,其质量为EVA质量的0.3%。将各类助剂用二甲苯溶解后喷涂于EVA树脂表面,EVA树脂经过混料机混合均匀,经过80℃塑化挤出、拉伸、牵引、收卷制成厚度为0.45mm的EVA胶膜。其中在收卷步骤通过电子束20KGY剂量的辐照得到预交联白色EVA封装胶膜。在层压工艺条件下通过EVA树脂中的过氧化物引发交联共聚。
经过各项测试,实施例1~实施例3与对比例1生产得到太阳能电池封装胶膜的技术性能参数如下:
由上表可知:在其它技术参数完全一致的条件下,比较实施例1~实施3封装胶膜的双85老化1000h后与玻璃剥离强度显著大于对比例1封装胶膜制备的太阳能电池的剥离强度,且在层压测试中外观也要优于对比例1封装胶膜。
虽然已经参照以上实施方式说明了本发明,但是,应该理解的是本发明不限于所公开的实施方式。所附权利要求书的范围应在最宽泛的范围内进行解释,以涵盖所有变型、等同结构和功能。
Claims (9)
1.太阳能封装材料用预辐照白色EVA封装胶膜,包括以下成分及相应质量份:
所述偶联剂为硅烷类偶联剂与带抗水解耐热官能团的烯烃加成物,结构如下:
RX(R1O)3-XSi(CH2)nY
X=0,1,2,3,
n=1,2,3,4,5,6,…12,
R是烷烃或卤代烷烃,其中的烷烃是碳原子为1-12个的烷烃、或是碳原子为5-8个的环烷烃;
R1是卤代烷烃或碳原子为1-4个的烷烃;
Y为带有环氧基、异氰酸酯基或酰基官能团的烃基;
所述EVA树脂的熔值为10g/10min~30g/10min。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能封装材料用预辐照白色EVA封装胶膜,其特征在于:所述EVA树脂的VA的含量为28-33%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的太阳能封装材料用预辐照白色EVA封装胶膜,其特征在于:所述交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯、2,5-二叔丁基过氧化-2,5-二甲基己烷、叔丁基过氧化异丙苯、丁基-4,4-双(叔丁基过氧基)戊酸酯、叔丁基过氧化碳酸-2-乙基己酯中的一种或两种以上任意比例的混合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的太阳能封装材料用预辐照白色EVA封装胶膜,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯、2,2-亚甲基-双(-4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)、3,5-二特丁基-4-羟基苯丙酸十八酯中的一种或两种以上任意比例的混合。
5.根据权利要求4所述的太阳能封装材料用预辐照白色EVA封装胶膜,其特征在于:所述抗敏化剂为四氯化碳、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯(TAIC)、三(甲基丙烯酸三羟甲基)丙烷酯(TMPT)、邻苯二甲酸二乙二醇二丙烯酸酯(PDDA)、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯(PETA)中的一种或两种以上任意比例的混合。
6.根据权利要求5所述的太阳能封装材料用预辐照白色EVA封装胶膜,其特征在于:所述偶联剂为异氰酸酯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、异氰酸酯基丙基三乙氧基硅烷、2-(3,4-环氧环己烷基)乙基三乙氧基硅烷、2-(3,4-环氧环己烷基)乙基三甲氧基硅烷、环氧基改性聚硅氧烷、3-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷、3-烯丙氧丙基三甲氧基硅、3-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷中的一种或两种以上任意比例的混合。
7.权利要求1所述的太阳能封装材料用预辐照白色EVA封装胶膜的制备方法,其制备步骤是:喷涂过助剂的EVA树脂经过混料机混合均匀,进入烘房至少24h后投入流延机里,在70-90℃温度环境下,经过塑化挤出、拉伸、牵引、收卷制成厚度为0.4-0.5mm的EVA胶膜。
8.根据权利要求7所述的太阳能封装材料用预辐照白色EVA封装胶膜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述喷涂方法为:将各类助剂用低沸点惰性溶剂溶解后喷涂于EVA树脂表面;低沸点惰性溶剂为二甲苯、二氯乙烷、二氯甲烷、乙醚、丙酮中的一种或两种混合。
9.根据权利要求7所述的太阳能封装材料用预辐照白色EVA封装胶膜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述EVA胶膜在收卷步骤经过电子束辐照,辐射剂量为2~50KGY。
