The operation principle of the invention is as follows:
in the process that the traction rope 4 pulls the bolt 3 through the traction pulley 13 to drive the stacker stage 14 to move, traction force acts on the pulley mounting plate 2 fixed on the stage 14 through the bolt 3, a spring on the bolt 3 is stressed and compressed, meanwhile, a fixed push rod 11 at the top end of the bolt 3 is connected with the long lever arm 8, and the short lever arm 9 is connected with the pre-tensioned speed limiting safety rope 5. When the object stage 14 normally operates, the elasticity of the spring balances the traction force of the traction rope 4 and the tension force of the safety rope 5, and when the traction rope 4 is accidentally broken, the traction force on the traction rope 4 disappears, the spring on the bolt 3 is reset, the whole bolt is driven to push the push rod 11 downwards, the push rod 11 pushes the long lever arm 8 to trigger the safety tongs 1, when only overspeed occurs, the speed limiter clamps the safety rope 5, the tension force of the safety rope 5 is increased, the short lever arm 9 is pulled, the long lever arm 8 is driven to rotate, and the switch of the safety tongs 1 is triggered.
