A trailer axle with a central liquid-cooled eddy current retarder comprises the central liquid-cooled eddy current retarder, a half-bridge shell assembly, a hub assembly, a brake assembly and a hub reduction gear, and is characterized in that the hub assembly is fixedly connected with the hub reduction gear, the half-bridge shell assembly is in bearing connection with the hub assembly, the hub reduction gear is connected with the central liquid-cooled eddy current retarder in series through the half-bridge shell assembly, the half-bridge shell assembly is fixedly connected with the brake assembly, and the brake assembly is braked through air;
the central liquid cooling eddy current retarder comprises a stator, a coil and a rotor which are positioned inside the stator and an integrally formed double water channel structure, wherein petal weight reduction grooves are formed in flange surfaces at two ends of the stator.

The trailer axle with the central liquid cooling eddy current retarder according to claim 1, wherein the half axle housing assembly comprises a half axle housing body, a plate spring base plate, a plate spring pressing plate, a brake connecting flange, a retarder connecting flange and a hub axle tube, the half axle housing body, the plate spring base plate, the plate spring pressing plate, the brake connecting flange, the retarder connecting flange and the hub axle tube are integrally formed, the half axle housing assembly is connected with a bearing of the hub assembly through the hub axle tube, and the half axle housing assembly is fixedly connected with the brake assembly through the brake connecting flange.

The trailer axle with a centrally mounted liquid-cooled eddy current retarder as claimed in claim 2, wherein the axle housing body is provided with an oil filling hole and an oil drain hole, the breather plug is fastened to the oil filling hole through threads, and the magnetic plug screw is fastened to the oil drain hole through threads.
4. A trailer axle with a centrally mounted liquid cooled eddy current retarder as claimed in claim 3, wherein the bell mouth of the axle housing body is provided with an electric motor, and the electric motor is fixedly connected with the rotor through bolts.
5. The trailer axle with a centrally mounted liquid cooled eddy current retarder as claimed in claim 3, wherein the connecting surfaces of the brake connecting flange and the retarder connecting flange are provided with petal weight reduction grooves.

The trailer axle with the centrally-mounted liquid-cooled eddy current retarder according to claim 1, wherein the hub reduction gear comprises a hub reduction gear shell, a planet gear shaft and a sun gear, and the hub reduction gear shell is fixedly connected with a brake drum of the hub assembly; the hub reduction gear shell fixes the planet gear in the hub reduction gear shell planet carrier through the planet gear shaft, and the planet gear is matched with the sun gear.
7. The trailer axle with a centrally mounted liquid cooled eddy current retarder of claim 6, wherein the rotational speed ratio of the wheel hub reduction gear is 3.947 ~ 6.5.5.
8. The control system of the trailer axle with the central liquid-cooled eddy current retarder according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the control system comprises an operating rod, a control box and a temperature sensor, and when the trailer is braked, the operating rod works to transmit signals to the central liquid-cooled eddy current retarder through the control box so as to realize the braking of the whole trailer.
9. The control system of the trailer axle with the central-positioned liquid-cooled eddy current retarder according to claim 8, further comprising a liquid-cooled circulating system, wherein the liquid-cooled circulating system is composed of a stator with a double-water-channel structure, a water pump, a heat dissipation water tank and an expansion water tank; when the central liquid cooling eddy current retarder works, the stator containing the double-water-channel structure generates a large amount of heat, the temperature sensor transmits signals to the control box, the control water pump circulates cooling liquid of the expansion water tank to the heat dissipation water tank, and the heat dissipation water tank discharges the heat through air cooling.
