The insulator is a special insulation control part, plays an important role in overhead transmission lines, is mainly used for connecting wires and cables, for example, one end of a high-voltage wire connecting tower is hung with a plurality of disc-shaped insulators, is used for increasing creepage distance, and is usually made of glass or ceramics.
The insulator can be divided into a high-low voltage insulator, a suspension insulator, an antifouling insulator and a sleeve insulator according to the structure. The four insulators are used in different fields, have different use restrictions and conditions, have different protection effects on the control element, and are used in overhead lines, such as common pin insulators, suspension insulator insulators, porcelain cross arms, butterfly insulators, rod insulators, tensioning insulators and the like. The electrical performance faults of the insulator comprise flashover and breakdown, the flashover and breakdown faults are different in fault aiming at different faults, the fault methods are different, the flashover occurs on the surface of the insulator, burn traces can be seen, and the insulation performance is usually not lost; the breakdown occurs in the insulator, and through the discharge of the porcelain body between the iron cap and the iron pin, no trace is seen on the appearance, but the insulating property is lost, and the insulator can be completely damaged due to the generation of electric arc. For the breakdown, attention should be paid to the inspection of the iron legs for discharge traces and burn situations in order to modify and repair the damaged insulator for different situations.
The toughened glass insulator plays two basic roles in an overhead transmission line, namely supporting a wire and preventing current from flowing back to the ground, and the two important roles are that the insulator can play a good insulating effect. Both of these effects must be ensured over the operational life of the entire line (typically 40 years) that the insulator should not fail due to the various electromechanical stresses caused by changes in environmental and electrical load conditions, otherwise the insulator will not have a significant effect and the service and operational life of the entire line will be compromised.
The insulator not only bears the weight of the load-bearing mechanical load wire and the metal accessories, but also must bear wind load, snow load, wire galloping and impact load caused by misoperation in the process of transportation and installation under severe weather conditions, and bear heavy load. From an electrical point of view, the insulator must not only insulate the conductor from the ground, but also withstand the overvoltage surge caused by lightning and switching operations, all external factors affecting the performance of the insulator. Therefore, higher requirements are also placed on the design of the glass insulator. The design requirements of the glass insulator need to be strictly treated, and the glass insulator has strict design and practical foundation, so that the produced insulator can have a significant effect in an overhead line, and serious accidents are avoided.
In operating electrical equipment many devices are equipped with ceramic insulator terminals, for example: the transformer of the transformer area, the main transformer of the transformer substation, the CT and the PT are all provided with ceramic insulator binding posts. Loosening between the binding post and the insulator often occurs due to old equipment or factory installation and the like, and the binding post is provided with threads and a nut; when the nut is screwed by a spanner during maintenance, the loosened binding post can rotate along with the nut, so that the nut cannot be screwed out.
Loosening of the terminal post can cause the following hazards: 1. the loose part can cause oil leakage of the transformer; 2. when the nut is screwed, the binding post rotates along with the nut, so that the joint of the lower end of the binding post and the coil is easy to break; 3. the nut is difficult to disassemble during maintenance, so that the lead on the binding post is difficult to replace; 4. the binding post is a cylinder, the spanner can not be clamped, and the clamp is not tight and easily damages the screw thread. The maintenance of a loose binding post needs one hour or even half a day, once the operation is careless, the binding post rotates together with a nut, the joint of a coil at the lower end is broken, a power failure plan and the transformer return maintenance need to be applied, a large-scale mechanical vehicle is required to hoist and transport, and a large amount of manpower and material resources are consumed.

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a bolt fastener which is convenient to operate, reliable in performance and capable of preventing a binding post from loosening.

The spinning handle comprises a lead screw in threaded connection with a fixed nut B and a handle fixedly installed at the outer end part of the lead screw.
