Description

一种抗乙肝病毒中药配方
技术领域
本发明涉及一种配方药物技术领域，具体为一种抗乙肝病毒中药配方。
背景技术
肝部病变包括病毒引起的肝炎、肝癌、肝硬化肝脾肿大、肝功能异常等病症。其中乙肝是由乙型肝炎病毒引起的病毒性肝炎，临床表现为乏力、畏食、恶心、腹胀、肝区疼痛等症状。肝大，质地为中等硬度，有轻压痛。病情重者可伴有慢性肝病面容、蜘蛛痣、肝掌、脾大，肝功能可异常或持续异常。慢性乙型肝炎现代医学多主张抗病毒治疗，但是近几年的抗病毒治疗却发现有很多问题，尤其是病毒变异和耐药问题难以解决，同时也有很多患者缺乏抗病毒治疗条件。
中医在慢性乙型肝炎的治疗上有独特的优势，尤其在改善症状和恢复肝功能方面疗效显著，且副作用较小。中医药认为慢性乙型肝炎的发病原因是疫毒侵袭肝脏，导致肝脏气血瘀滞，脉络瘀阻，疏泄失职进而影响脾脏功能，出现脾失运化的症状。临床多见胸胁胀痛、口苦，烦满、腹胀便溏、神疲肢倦、精神抑郁、胸闷太息、性情急躁等。肝郁脾虚是慢性乙肝的重要病机，其出现早，持续时间长，发生广泛，临床极为常见，几乎所有的病理都出现了肝郁脾虚的症候，有的贯穿病程始终。治疗慢性乙型肝宜疏肝解郁，清利湿热，健脾益气，理气活血以调节脏腑气血功能，同时佐以清利湿热以祛邪。因此，针对肝郁脾虚的中医理论进行合理配伍的新的中药组合物制剂，能充分发挥中药复方制剂的综合调理作用，达到对慢性肝炎标本兼治的疗效。
我国中药资源丰富，中医理论博大精深，但是，目前还没有一种治疗肝部病变效果好、服用方便的中药。
发明内容
为解决以上现有问题，本发明提供一种抗乙肝病毒中药配方。本发明通过以下技术方案实现。
一种抗乙肝病毒中药配方，包括以下原料按重量份配制而成：太子参1-3份；黄芪1-3份；蛇舌草2-3份；田基黄2-3份；公英2-3份；五味子2-3份；茵陈2-5份；三棱2-4份；莪术2-3份；柴胡2-3份；郁金2-4份；连召2-3份；鸡内金1-3份；八月炸1-2份；首鸟1-3份；枸杞1-2份；熟地1-2份；桅子1-3份；苍术1-3份；苦参1-2份；山豆根1-3份；甘草1-2份；当归1-3份；白芍1-3份；白术1-2份；枳壳1-3份；麦芽1-3份；五谷虫1-2份；虎杖1-2份；鸡血藤1-3份。
优选的，配方包括以下原料按重量份配制而成：太子参2份；黄芪2份；蛇舌草2份；田基黄2份；公英2份；五味子2份；茵陈2份；三棱2份；莪术2份；柴胡2份；郁金2份；连召2份；鸡内金2份；八月炸1份；首鸟1份；枸杞1份；熟地1份；桅子1份；苍术1份；苦参1份；山豆根1份；甘草1份；当归1份；白芍1份；白术1份；枳壳1份；麦芽1份；五谷虫1份；虎杖1份；鸡血藤1份。
更优选的，所述配方最终配制成颗粒剂、口服液、胶囊剂或汤剂。
一种抗乙肝病毒中药配方颗粒的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
(1)按重量份数称取各种原料备用；
(2)将称取的原料药放入水中煮提2-3次，将得到的煮提液合并，过滤，滤液浓缩，得稠浸膏；
(3)取所述稠浸膏与糖粉、环糊精以重量配比，稠浸膏∶糖粉∶环糊精＝1∶1∶0.5混合，搅匀，再加入乙醇制成颗粒状；
(4)经干燥、混匀、分装，制得抗乙肝病毒中药配方颗粒。
一种抗乙肝病毒中药配方口服液的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
(1)按重量份数称取各种原料，并超微粉碎；
(2)将药粉放入3-5倍量的清水中常温下浸泡5小时；
(3)从浸泡好的药液混合物中将药粉残渣与药液分离，留取药液备用；
(4)将药液蒸馏浓缩成1-3倍原药粉重量的浓缩液；
(5)过滤、分装，即得成品。
本发明的有益效果：
本发明一种抗乙肝病毒中药配方，全方配伍后通过诸药的调和协同作用，提高患者肌体免疫功能，使肌体产生抗体，致使病毒无法生存、杀灭病菌，进而净化肝血中的病毒，并对肌体无任何副作用；本配方适用范围广，可用于乙肝病毒治疗、早、中期肝癌、肝硬化、肝脾肿大、肝功能异常，并且本配方刺激性小，无过敏反应，治愈率高。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作更为详细、完整的说明。
实施例1，一种抗乙肝病毒中药配方颗粒，其中配方包括以下原料按重量份配制而成：太子参2份；黄芪2份；蛇舌草2份；田基黄2份；公英2份；五味子2份；茵陈2份；三棱2份；莪术2份；柴胡2份；郁金2份；连召2份；鸡内金2份；八月炸1份；首鸟1份；枸杞1份；熟地1份；桅子1份；苍术1份；苦参1份；山豆根1份；甘草1份；当归1份；白芍1份；白术1份；枳壳1份；麦芽1份；五谷虫1份；虎杖1份；鸡血藤1份。
该中药配方颗粒制备方法包括以下步骤：
(1)称取太子参60g；黄芪60g；蛇舌草60g；田基黄60g；公英60g；五味子60g；茵陈60g；三棱60g；莪术60g；柴胡60g；郁金60g；连召60g；鸡内金60g；八月炸30g；首鸟30g；枸杞30g；熟地30g；桅子30g；苍术30g；苦参30g；山豆根30g；甘草30g；当归30g；白芍30g；白术30g；枳壳30g；麦芽30g；五谷虫30g；虎杖30g；鸡血藤30g，备用；
(2)将称取的原料药放入2L水中煮提3次，将得到的煮提液合并，过滤，滤液浓缩，得稠浸膏；
(3)取所述稠浸膏，与糖粉、环糊精以重量配比：稠浸膏∶糖粉∶环糊精＝1∶1∶0.5混合，搅匀，再加入乙醇制成颗粒状；
(4)经干燥、混匀、分装，制得抗乙肝病毒中药配方颗粒。
用法与用量：一天3次，每次10-20g，温水冲服。
主治：乙肝病毒治疗、早、中期肝癌、肝硬化、肝脾肿大、肝功能异常。
注意事项：服药期间需忌口，忌酒、油腻、辛辣等食物。
实施例2，一种抗乙肝病毒中药配方口服液，其中配方包括以下原料按重量份配制而成：太子参2份；黄芪2份；蛇舌草2份；田基黄2份；公英2份；五味子2份；茵陈2份；三棱2份；莪术2份；柴胡2份；郁金2份；连召2份；鸡内金2份；八月炸1份；首鸟1份；枸杞1份；熟地1份；桅子1份；苍术1份；苦参1份；山豆根1份；甘草1份；当归1份；白芍1份；白术1份；枳壳1份；麦芽1份；五谷虫1份；虎杖1份；鸡血藤1份。
该中药配方颗粒制备方法包括以下步骤：

病例1，李某，女，35岁，经医院诊断为急性黄疸型肝炎，化验检查，血胆红素25mg/100ml，转氨酶1300，服用本发明实施例1配制的抗乙肝病毒中药配方颗粒十天后，检查肝功能正常。
病例2，杨某，男，25岁，体检时发现有乙肝，就诊时其父亲说已经看了几年，因转氨酶始终不正常，乙肝表面抗原阳性，E抗体阳性，核心抗体阳性，转氨酶260，服用本发明实施例1配制的抗乙肝病毒中药配方颗粒三个月，复查肝功能正常。
病例3.郭某，女，34岁，诊断为乙型肝炎，乙肝核酸扩增荧光定量检测报告显示其HBV-DNA值为4、1拷贝/m，服用本发明实施例1配制的抗乙肝病毒中药配方颗粒四个月，再检查其HBV-DNA值低于查测值。
病例4.王某，女，41岁，诊断为乙型肝炎，乙肝核酸扩增荧光定量检测报告显示其HBV-DNA值为8、3拷贝/m，服用本发明实施例1配制的抗乙肝病毒中药配方颗粒六个月，检查其HBV-DNA值低于查测值。
病例5，李某，男，8岁，其母亲诉几天前发现精神不好，不愿活动，懒于言语，食欲差，发烧，以为是感冒，今发现目黄，小便黄，来就诊，肝功能，胆红素19mg/100ml，转氨酶1600，服用本发明实施例1配制的抗乙肝病毒中药配方颗粒十天，查肝功能正常。
病例6，李某，女，40岁，医院确诊为肝硬化，特请发明人用该中药治疗，病人消瘦，腹胀如鼓，肝脾肿大，质硬，服用本发明实施例1配制的抗乙肝病毒中药配方颗粒十天，明显好转，又连续吃药20天，经医院复查，肝脾功能恢复正常，几年末复发，一直参加劳动。
病例7，文某，男，45岁，民办教师，就诊时目黄，尿黄，四肢无力，食欲不振，这种现象已反复发生了好几次，确诊为急性肝炎，服用本发明实施例2配置的一种抗乙肝病毒中药配方口服液十天，服完后查肝功能已正常。
病例8，杨某，男，56岁，在肿瘤医院经CT扫描确诊为肝癌系胰腺癌转移，住院治疗3个多月无效，病情反而加重，最后医院无药可施劝其出院；现头疼，胸胁胀痛，食减，腰部胀痛，胃脘胀满，神疲乏力，目黄，小便黄，舌淡紫，中部苔黄腻，脉弦。患者服用本发明实施例2配置的一种抗乙肝病毒中药配方口服液一周后，病情有所好转，继续服用三个月症状基本消失，继续服用一个月之后完全康复，随诊3年复查未复发。
病例9，胡某，男，12岁，学校体检发现乙肝，因乏力，懒于活动，检查乙肝表面抗原阳性，核心抗体阳性，E抗原阳性，胆红素正常，转氨酶120。服用本发明的本发明实施例2配置的一种抗乙肝病毒中药配方口服液4个月后查肝功能正常，6个月后查乙肝表面抗原转阴，仅核心抗体阳性，属乙肝恢复后的遗迹，其余各项指标均回复正常。
显然，所描述的实施例仅是本发明的个别实施例，而不是全部实施例。基于本发明中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施，都属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种抗乙肝病毒中药配方，其特征在于：包括以下原料按重量份配制而成：太子参1-3份；黄芪1-3份；蛇舌草2-3份；田基黄2-3份；公英2-3份；五味子2-3份；茵陈2-5份；三棱2-4份；莪术2-3份；柴胡2-3份；郁金2-4份；连召2-3份；鸡内金1-3份；八月炸1-2份；首鸟1-3份；枸杞1-2份；熟地1-2份；桅子1-3份；苍术1-3份；苦参1-2份；山豆根1-3份；甘草1-2份；当归1-3份；白芍1-3份；白术1-2份；枳壳1-3份；麦芽1-3份；五谷虫1-2份；虎杖1-2份；鸡血藤1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗乙肝病毒中药配方，其特征在于：配方包括以下原料按重量份配制而成：太子参2份；黄芪2份；蛇舌草2份；田基黄2份；公英2份；五味子2份；茵陈2份；三棱2份；莪术2份；柴胡2份；郁金2份；连召2份；鸡内金2份；八月炸1份；首鸟1份；枸杞1份；熟地1份；桅子1份；苍术1份；苦参1份；山豆根1份；甘草1份；当归1份；白芍1份；白术1份；枳壳1份；麦芽1份；五谷虫1份；虎杖1份；鸡血藤1份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种抗乙肝病毒中药配方，其特征在于：所述配方最终配制成颗粒剂、口服液、胶囊剂或汤剂。
4.一种权利要求1所述的抗乙肝病毒中药配方颗粒的制备方法，其特征在于：包括以下步骤：
(1)按重量份数称取各种原料备用；
(2)将称取的原料药放入水中煮提2-3次，将得到的煮提液合并，过滤，滤液浓缩，得稠浸膏；
(3)取所述稠浸膏与糖粉、环糊精以重量配比，稠浸膏∶糖粉∶环糊精＝1∶1∶0.5混合，搅匀，再加入乙醇制成颗粒状；
(4)经干燥、混匀、分装，制得抗乙肝病毒中药配方颗粒。
5.一种权利要求1所述的抗乙肝病毒中药配方口服液的制备方法，其特征在于：包括以下步骤：
(1)按重量份数称取各种原料，并超微粉碎；
