Wherein, the mounting base 100 is a separate component connected with the cover plate or the inner cover of the pot cover, or the mounting base 100 is integrally formed on the inner cover or the cover plate of the pot cover.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the pot cover is provided with an exhaust valve device, the exhaust valve device defines an exhaust valve channel therein, the exhaust valve channel forms at least a portion of the exhaust passage 20, a lower portion of the exhaust valve device extends from the air outlet 101 of the air passing cavity 221 into the air passing cavity 221, an inner circumferential surface of the bubble breaking seal 220 is provided with an annular sealing portion 229, and the sealing portion 229 abuts against an outer circumferential surface of the exhaust valve device. For example, the sealing portion 229 extends downward from the top wall of the air passing chamber 221, and the axial section of the lower end of the sealing portion 229 extends obliquely inward from the top to the bottom and in the radial direction of the bubble breaking seal 220.
Further, the upper portion of the bubble-breaking sealing element 220 is clamped with the peripheral edge of the air outlet 101 of the air passing cavity 221, the outer peripheral surface of the lower portion of the exhaust valve device is provided with an outer protrusion, the inner peripheral surface of the upper portion of the bubble-breaking sealing element 220 is provided with a flange, and the flange protrudes inwards and is located above the outer protrusion so as to be moved outwards and upwards out of the upper side stop.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 5-7, the inner circumferential wall of the bubble-breaking cover 210 is provided with an annular positioning rib 213 and the outer circumferential wall of the bubble-breaking seal 220 is provided with at least one positioning boss 227 extending along the circumferential direction thereof, and the positioning rib 213 is supported on the positioning boss 227, so that the bubble-breaking cover 210 is firmly supported on the bubble-breaking seal 220. For example, the positioning boss 227 is plural, and the plural positioning bosses 227 are provided at intervals along the circumferential direction of the bubble-breaking seal 220.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the outer peripheral wall of the upper end of the bubble-breaking seal 220 is provided with a sealing ring groove 230, the upper peripheral edge of the bubble-breaking seal 220 is provided with a sealing flange 231 extending into the sealing ring groove 230, the mounting seat 100 is provided with a first indent 102, the first indent 102 is engaged with the sealing flange 231 and the first indent 102 is engaged in the sealing ring groove 230.
A pot cover for a cooking appliance according to an embodiment of a second aspect of the present invention includes: the bubble breaking device 10 and the exhaust valve device for the cooking appliance according to the embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention. For example, the cooking appliance is an electric pressure cooker.
Specifically, the bubble breaking device 10 is detachably mounted on the inner side surface of the pot cover assembly. The exhaust valve device is installed to the lid assembly and has an exhaust valve passage for forming the exhaust passage 20.
According to the pot cover for the cooking utensil provided by the embodiment of the invention, by using the bubble breaking device 10 for the cooking utensil, the gas-liquid separation efficiency is high, and the effects of bubble breaking, overflow prevention, exhaust and pressure reduction are good.
For example, the exhaust valve device may include: the exhaust valve core, the hanger shaft and the sealing element. The exhaust valve core is connected with the hanging shaft through a sealing piece, a valve core channel is arranged in the exhaust valve core, a hanging shaft channel is arranged in the hanging shaft, and the hanging shaft channel is communicated with the valve core channel to form an exhaust valve channel.
A cooking appliance according to an embodiment of a third aspect of the present invention includes: according to the pot cover and the pot body for the cooking utensil in the embodiment of the second aspect of the invention, the pot cover is arranged on the pot body, and the pot cover and the pot body define the cooking cavity. For example, the cooking appliance is an electric pressure cooker.
According to the cooking utensil provided by the embodiment of the invention, the pot cover for the cooking utensil is utilized, the gas-liquid separation efficiency is high, and the effects of bubble breaking, overflow prevention, air exhaust and pressure reduction are good, so that the cooking utensil is convenient to use, safe and reliable, and good in user experience.
Other constructions and operations of the cooking appliance according to the embodiments of the present invention are known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.

Claims (17)

1. A bubble breaking device for a cooking appliance, a pot cover of the cooking appliance having an exhaust passage, the bubble breaking device comprising:
a body which is suitable for being connected with the cooker cover, wherein the body is internally provided with a gas passing cavity which is suitable for being communicated with the exhaust channel and an open annular or closed annular bubble breaking flow channel which is externally wound around the gas passing cavity, the body is provided with a foam inlet hole which is communicated with the bubble breaking flow channel and the cooking cavity of the cooking utensil and an air inlet which is communicated with the bubble breaking flow channel and the gas passing cavity,
the gas-liquid mixture in the cooking cavity is suitable for entering the bubble breaking flow channel from the gas inlet hole and flowing along the circumferential direction of the bubble breaking flow channel so as to break bubbles and realize gas-liquid separation under the action of centrifugal force, and gas formed by gas-liquid separation is suitable for entering the gas passing cavity from the gas inlet.
2. The bubble breaking device for the cooking utensil as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bubble inlet hole is formed in the outer peripheral wall of the body and includes a plurality of holes spaced apart in the circumferential direction of the body, and the gas inlet hole is formed in the inner peripheral wall surface of the bubble breaking flow passage.
3. The bubble breaking device for the cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the bubble breaking flow channel extends along a circumferential arc of the body.
4. The bubble breaking device for the cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein an inner wall surface of the bubble breaking flow passage is provided with a protruding bubble breaking rib.
5. The bubble breaking device for the cooking utensil according to claim 4, wherein the bubble breaking rib is provided on an inner peripheral wall surface of the bubble breaking flow passage and extends in an axial direction of the bubble breaking flow passage.
6. Bubble breaking device for a cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein said body comprises:
the mounting seat is connected with the pot cover, and the air outlet of the air passing cavity is arranged on the mounting seat;
the bubble breaking cover body is covered at the air outlet and matched with the mounting seat to form a cover cavity, and the bubble inlet hole is formed in the bubble breaking cover body;
the bubble breaking sealing piece extends into the cover cavity and divides the cover cavity into the bubble breaking flow channel and the air passing cavity, and the air inlet is formed in the peripheral wall of the bubble breaking sealing piece.

The bubble breaking device for the cooking utensil of claim 6, wherein the lower portion of the bubble breaking cover body is provided with a liquid discharge hole communicating the cooking cavity and the bubble breaking flow passage for discharging the liquid formed by gas-liquid separation out of the body.
8. The bubble breaking device for the cooking utensil as claimed in claim 7, wherein the liquid discharge hole comprises a plurality of holes spaced apart along the circumference of the body, the bottom of the bubble breaking seal is provided with a notch communicated with the bubble breaking flow channel, the bubble breaking cover and the bubble breaking seal can rotate relatively, when the bubble breaking cover and the bubble breaking seal are in any relative positions, the bottom of the bubble breaking seal covers at least one liquid discharge hole, and at least one liquid discharge hole corresponds to the notch to be communicated with the bubble breaking flow channel.

The bubble breaking device for the cooking utensil of claim 8, wherein the upper peripheral edge of the bubble breaking seal is connected with the peripheral edge of the air outlet, the inner peripheral wall of the bubble breaking cover body is provided with an annular positioning rib, the outer peripheral wall of the bubble breaking seal body is provided with at least one positioning boss extending along the circumferential direction of the bubble breaking seal body, and the positioning rib is supported on the positioning boss.
10. The bubble breaking device for the cooking utensil of claim 8, wherein the portion of the lower peripheral edge of the bubble breaking seal not provided with the notch is provided with an outwardly extending flange which abuts against the bottom wall of the bubble breaking cover and is adapted to shield at least a portion of the drain hole.
11. The bubble breaking device for the cooking utensil of any one of claims 7 to 10, wherein the outer peripheral surface of the lower portion of the bubble breaking seal is provided with a rib protruding outward and extending to a position right above the at least one liquid discharge hole to break bubbles of the gas-liquid mixture entering from the liquid discharge hole.
12. The bubble breaking device for the cooking appliance according to claim 6, wherein the outer circumferential surface of the bubble breaking seal is provided with an inwardly recessed groove constituting a part of the bubble breaking flow passage.
13. The bubble breaking device for the cooking utensil of claim 6, wherein the bubble breaking cover body and the bubble breaking sealing member are respectively detachably connected with the mounting seat, the mounting seat is a separate member connected with a cover plate or an inner cover of the pot cover, or the mounting seat is integrally formed on the inner cover or the cover plate of the pot cover.

The bubble breaking device for the cooking utensil of claim 6, wherein the lid is provided with an exhaust valve device, the exhaust valve device is internally defined with an exhaust valve channel, the exhaust valve channel forms at least one part of the exhaust channel, the lower part of the exhaust valve device extends into the air passing cavity from the air outlet of the air passing cavity, and the inner circumferential surface of the bubble breaking sealing member is provided with an annular sealing part which is abutted against the outer circumferential surface of the exhaust valve device.
15. The bubble breaking device for the cooking utensil of claim 14, wherein an upper portion of the bubble breaking seal is engaged with a peripheral edge of the air outlet port of the air passing chamber, an outer protrusion is provided on an outer peripheral surface of a lower portion of the air outlet valve means, and a flange protruding inward and located above the outer protrusion is provided on an inner peripheral surface of an upper portion of the bubble breaking seal to stop the outer protrusion from moving upward from an upper side.
16. A lid for a cooking appliance, characterized in that it comprises a bubble breaking device for a cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 15.
17. A cooking appliance comprising the pot cover for a cooking appliance according to claim 16.
