本发明涉及一种硬表面清洁组合物。具体地,本发明涉及一种硬表面清洁组合物以及使用其清洁硬表面的方法,所述硬表面清洁组合物含有离子型丙烯酸基流变改性剂和溶解在所述组合物中的二氧化碳。
表面清洁是为了保持卫生、美观、适用性和机械完整性而采取的做法。在任何给定的场景中,如墙壁、工作台面、炉灶、烤架、烤箱等硬表面都可能存在要清洁、消毒和维护的具有挑战性的表面。垂直表面往往提供特殊的挑战。这种表面时常保留难以去除的残留污染物。此外,考虑到这些表面的使用寿命,这种挑战往往是持续存在的。

具体实施方式

现在将在以下实例中详细描述本发明的一些实施例。
实例1-2:硬表面清洁组合物
在碳酸化之前,通过将组分以表1中提到的重量比例一起混合以形成预碳酸化调配物来制备实例1-2的硬表面清洁组合物。实例1-2两者中的预碳酸化调配物具有10-12的pH,并且观察到呈粉红色、具有凝胶状稠度。

然后,通过首先将预碳酸化调配物在250mL瓶中以2,000rpm离心12分钟来用二氧化碳对实例1-2中的每一个中的预碳酸化调配物进行碳酸化。然后,将每种离心的预碳酸化调配物转移到单独的500mL SodaStream碳酸化瓶(可从SodaStream USA Inc.获得)中。然后,使用SodaStream碳酸化装置(可从SodaStream USA Inc.获得)将二氧化碳转移到每个碳酸化瓶中,直到触发装置的自动停止。然后摇晃碳酸化瓶的内容物,以使溶解的二氧化碳分布在容器的整个内容物中。容器摇晃之后的此二氧化碳添加步骤重复两次。在最终加载二氧化碳后,允许碳酸化瓶的内容物平衡约十五分钟。如上所述,在碳酸化之前,观察到调配物具有高粘度凝胶状流变学特性。在最终添加二氧化碳和保持平衡之后,观察到碳酸化调配物在整个容器的内容物中显示出均匀的低粘度液体状流变学特性。两个实例1-2中完全碳酸化的调配物的pH为5-5.5,并观察到颜色为黄色。
然后,将碳酸化调配物转移到紧密密封的200mL泵式喷瓶中。然后,将碳酸化调配物喷洒到垂直表面上。观察到两种调配物从低粘度液体状流变特性迅速(在不到10秒内)变稠到类似于预碳酸化调配物所显示的高粘度凝胶状流变特性。观察到喷洒应用材料粘附在垂直表面上持续延长的时间段(>3小时)。在喷洒应用材料的颜色变回到粉红色之后,从垂直表面擦去材料,从而留下更新的、无明显的残留物的表面。
Claims (10)
1.一种硬表面清洁组合物,其包括:
二氧化碳;
离子型丙烯酸基流变改性剂,其包括碱可溶胀乳液聚合物和疏水改性的碱可溶胀乳液聚合物中的至少一种;
pH调节剂;
表面活性剂;
烷基苯磺酸和烷基苯磺酸盐中的至少一种;
水;
共溶剂;以及
任选地,pH颜色指示剂;
其中所述硬表面清洁组合物的pH为3.5到6.0。
2.根据权利要求1所述的硬表面清洁组合物,其进一步包括:
添加剂,其选自由以下组成的组:盐、助洗剂、香料、酶、腐蚀抑制剂、螯合剂、酸、漂白剂和其混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的硬表面清洁组合物,其中所述硬表面清洁组合物含有总计<0.5wt%的碳酸钠和碳酸钾。
4.根据权利要求1所述的硬表面清洁组合物,其中所述硬表面清洁组合物不含单乙醇胺和二乙二醇单丁醚两者。
5.根据权利要求1所述的硬表面清洁组合物,其中所述硬表面清洁组合物提供在单组分系统中。
6.根据权利要求1所述的硬表面清洁组合物,其中所述硬表面清洁组合物含有<0.005wt%的螯合剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的硬表面清洁组合物,其中所述硬表面清洁组合物含有<0.05wt%的正丁烷。
8.根据权利要求1所述的硬表面清洁组合物,其中所述硬表面清洁组合物含有<0.005wt%的聚磺酸,所述聚磺酸选自甲二磺酸、乙二磺酸、丙二磺酸和1,3,6-萘三磺酸;以及发泡剂,所述发泡剂选自烷基硫酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、氧化胺和链烷醇酰胺。
9.根据权利要求1所述的硬表面清洁组合物,其中所述离子型丙烯酸基流变改性剂包括式(I)的化合物:
其中R1和R2各自独立地选自H和C1-C6烷基;其中R3和R4各自独立地选自H和C1-C24烷基或烷氧基化烷基。
10.一种清洁硬表面的方法,其包括:
将根据权利要求1所述的硬表面清洁组合物施加到所述硬表面上,从而形成泡沫;
使所述泡沫停留在所述硬表面上;
其中二氧化碳从所述泡沫逸出,导致所述泡沫的pH随时间变化;
其中所述pH的所述变化触发所述泡沫从施加到所述硬表面时的初始颜色转变为过渡颜色;
其中所述初始颜色和所述过渡颜色不同;并且
其中所述过渡颜色提供了清洁正在发生的视觉提示。
