Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. And can be adjusted as needed by those skilled in the art to suit particular applications. For example, although the description describes the steps S312 and S322, it is obvious that the present invention may omit these two steps as long as the heating electrode can be normally controlled to perform heating.
First, referring to fig. 1 and 3, a method of controlling the electrode humidifier of the present invention will be described. Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a control method of an electrode humidifier according to the present invention, and fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of the electrode humidifier according to the present invention.
In the prior art, if the water conductivity in a certain area is low, when an electrode humidifier is used, after water flows into the humidifying barrel 2, electrolytes such as sodium chloride and the like are added into the humidifying barrel 2, so that an additional feeding device is needed for the air conditioner, and inconvenience is brought to the production process or the process of controlling the feeding device.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, in order to solve the problem that the conventional electrode humidifier can normally work only by adding an extra electrolyte when the conductivity of water is low, the electrode humidifier of the present invention includes a water inlet pipeline 1, a humidification barrel 2, a water outlet pipeline 3, a heating electrode 4 disposed in the humidification barrel 2, and a conductivity detector communicated with the water inlet pipeline 1 and the inner bottom of the humidification barrel 2, which are sequentially communicated, and the control method of the electrode humidifier includes:
s100, detecting the water quality conductivity sigma of the water inlet pipeline through a conductivity detector while injecting water into the humidifying barrelg;
S200, comparing water quality conductivity sigma of water inlet pipelinegWith threshold value sigma of water conductivity0The size of (d);
and S300, selectively controlling the electrode humidifier to enter an operation mode of improving the water quality conductivity in the humidification barrel based on the comparison result.
In the method for controlling the electrode humidifier of the present invention, first, the water conductivity σ of the water flow in the water inlet pipe 1 is detected by the step S100gThen, σ is set in step S200gAnd a preset water conductivity threshold value sigma0A comparison is made, where σ0The water quality conductivity of the electrode humidifier is appropriate when the electrode humidifier is normally used, and finally whether the electrode humidifier enters an operation mode for improving the water quality conductivity in the humidification barrel is determined according to the water quality conductivity and the water quality conductivity in the humidification barrel in the step S300, if the water quality conductivity in the humidification barrel 2 is in a normal range, the electrode humidifier is controlled to normally operate, and if the water quality conductivity is low, the electrode humidifier is controlled to enter the operation mode for improving the water quality conductivity, so that the water quality conductivity is improved. The method is a control method, and an electrolyte feeding device is not required to be additionally arranged, so that the problem that the existing electrode type humidifier can normally work only by additionally adding the electrolyte when the water conductivity is low is solved.
An embodiment of a method for controlling an electrode humidifier according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 3. Fig. 2 is a logic diagram of a control method of the electrode humidifier according to the present invention.
The steps of S100-S300 have been described above, and will not be described herein again, and since the conductivity of the water quality in each area is different, in order to further determine whether the conductivity of the water quality needs to be improved, it is necessary to first determine the conductivity σ of the existing water qualitygAnd passing through a preset water conductivity threshold value sigma0The comparison is made to confirm whether the operation mode for raising the water conductivity in the humidification tub 2 is required. Because pure water is not conductive, the electrolyte dissolved in water is really conductive, and the proportion of the electrolyte directly influences the conductivity of the water. Specifically, the step of S300 further includes:
s310, when sigma isg<σ0When the electrode type humidifier is used, the electrode type humidifier is controlled to enter an operation mode of improving the water quality conductivity in the humidifying barrel;
s311, continuing to inject water into the humidification barrel until the humidification barrel reaches a set water level, and stopping injecting water;
s312, discharging a second set amount of water from the humidifying barrel;
s313, controlling the heating electrode to heat;
s314, detecting the water quality conductivity sigma in the humidification barrel while controlling the heating electrode to heat or after controlling the heating electrode to heatn;
After the step S314, σ is judgednAnd σ0And σ0Selectively entering step S315 or step S316 according to the value of the plus delta sigma, wherein the delta sigma is a water conductivity compensation value;
when sigma is0+△σ≥σn≥σ0When the water level in the humidifying barrel 2 reaches the set water level, which indicates that the value of the water conductivity is still insufficient at the moment, the water conductivity still needs to be increased continuously, step S315 is executed, the water injection into the humidifying barrel 2 is stopped, the step S313 is repeated, and the above operations are repeated; when the water level in the humidifying barrel 2 does not reach the set water level but sigman<σ0When the water quality conductivity is too low in the water injection process, the normal electric heating power-on process is influenced by water injection, step S315 is executed, water injection into the humidifying barrel 2 is stopped, the step S313 is returned again, and the operations are repeated;
when sigma isn≥σ0When the temperature is + Δ σ, the process proceeds to step S316, and water is refilled into the humidification tub 2. When the water level in the humidifying barrel 2 reaches the set water level and sigman≥σ0And the water quantity in the humidifying barrel 2 is sufficient, and the water quality conductivity in the humidifying barrel 2 is improved.
The principle of improving the water quality conductivity in the humidifying barrel is expressed as follows: the step S310 represents that the existing humidification bucket has a low water conductivity, and the step S311 is performed to fill the existing humidification bucket with water, and for safety, the step S312 of discharging water is usually added, so as to avoid the situation that the water in the humidification bucket 2 is overfilled and water overflow possibly causes electric leakage. After the liquid level sensor 10 detects that the water is full, the step S313 is performed, the heating electrode is controlled to heat, and since the electrolyte cannot be volatilized, the concentration of the electrolyte remaining in the humidification barrel 2 will become higher along with the volatilization of the water vapor, and accordingly the water conductivity will become higher. Proceeding to step S314, addingWhile or after heating, the water conductivity sigma in the humidifying barrel 2 is detectednWhen σ is0+△σ≥σn≥σ0However, when the water level in the humidification tub 2 reaches the set water level, or when the water level in the humidification tub 2 does not reach the set water level but σn<σ0Then, if the water injection is continued, the conductivity of the water is not yet at the preset value sigman=σ0Therefore, the process proceeds to step S315, the water supply into the humidification tub 2 is stopped, and the process returns to step S313 again, so that the water conductivity is further increased. When sigma isn≥σ0At the moment that the water quality conductivity is still high, water injection can be continued, and the step S316 is executed until the water in the humidifying cylinder 2 reaches the set water level, and the sigma isn≥σ0And a +/- Δ σ, indicating that the increase of the conductivity of the water in the humidification tub 2 has been completed, at which the operation mode of increasing the conductivity of the water in the humidification tub is finished.
Of course, if when σ isg≥σ0In this case, it is not necessary to increase the water conductivity. Therefore, the step of S300 further includes:
s320, when sigmag≥σ0When the electrode type humidifier is used, the electrode type humidifier is controlled to enter an operation mode of maintaining the water quality conductivity in the humidifying barrel;
s321, continuing to inject water into the humidification barrel until the humidification barrel reaches a set water level, and stopping injecting water;
s322, discharging a second set amount of water from the humidifying barrel;
s323, controlling the heating electrode to heat;
s324, the first set amount of water is discharged from the humidifying tub, and the process returns to S321 again.
The following describes the principle of maintaining the water conductivity in the humidification bucket: due to sigmag≥σ0It has been shown that the water in the existing water inlet pipeline 1 does not need to be subjected to water quality conductivity improvement, and only needs to be maintained. S321, filling water in the humidifying barrel to prepare for the subsequent humidifier work; the step S322 has the same function as the step S312, and is added for safety; step S323 is to control the heating electrode to heat, that is to sayThe normal course of operation of humidifier, because the working process can make the quality of water conductivity increase in the humidification bucket, the quality of water conductivity is too high can produce the electric spark, the too big evaporation of water that can make of electric current is faster, also can cause the potential safety hazard, therefore, increase S324 step, the water of first setting volume of discharging in the humidification bucket, and return S321 again and carry out the moisturizing, because the water with high concentration electrolyte discharges first setting volume, and the water of new normal concentration has been introduced, just so can stabilize the quality of water conductivity in the humidification bucket.
In conclusion, by the operation mode of improving the conductivity of the water in the humidification barrel 2, the throwing of the electrolyte is avoided, the cost is saved, the number of parts is reduced, the operation mode is simple and feasible, and the application range of the electrode humidifier is wider.

Increase water injection box 9, can save the water in the inlet channel 1, when detecting quality of water conductivity, static water detects more accurately than the water that flows, consequently, has increased water injection box 9 and has just also made the quality of water conductivity sigma of the water in the inlet channel 1gThe measurement is more accurate.
