Referring to fig. 5, when the present invention is in an automatic mode, i.e. an intelligent control electric mode, a control system 18 on the movable furniture platform controls a driving motor 11, the boss 17 of the clutch shaft 9 engages with the groove 16 of the driving sprocket 10, and the driving motor operates according to a command, and the driving sprocket 10 is transmitted to a driven sprocket 20 on the movable furniture platform through a chain 19 to drive the driven sprocket 20 to rotate, so that the movable furniture platform moves according to the command of the control system.
When the manual mode is used, please refer to fig. 6, that is, when a power failure or a fault occurs and manual operation is required, the hand wheel 1 is only required to be rotated, the hand wheel 1 drives the movable rod 4 to make horizontal linear motion leftward in the sleeve 2 through the adjusting screw rod 3, and further drives the clutch shaft 9 to make horizontal linear motion leftward, and the clutch shaft 9 and a motor shaft of the driving motor 11 are connected through the second guiding flat key 15, so that the clutch shaft 9 keeps directional horizontal movement in the moving process; finally, the boss 17 of the clutch shaft 9 is disengaged from the groove 16 of the driving sprocket 10; when the furniture platform is moved, the driven sprocket 20 drives the driving sprocket 10 to rotate, and the driving sprocket 10 is idle at the moment because the driving sprocket 10 is disengaged from the clutch shaft 9 and is not matched with the driving motor 11 by a key groove, so that the furniture platform is moved manually.
When the incoming call is recovered or the intelligent electric mode is reused after the fault is eliminated, the hand wheel 1 is rotated reversely, the hand wheel 1 drives the movable rod 4 to do horizontal linear motion rightwards in the sleeve 2 through the adjusting screw rod 3, and further drives the clutch shaft 9 to do horizontal linear motion rightwards, and the clutch shaft 9 and the motor shaft of the driving motor 11 are connected through the second guide flat key 15, so that the clutch shaft 9 keeps directional horizontal movement in the moving process; and finally, the boss 17 of the clutch shaft 9 is meshed with the groove 16 of the driving sprocket 10, the driving motor works according to the instruction, and the driving sprocket 10 is transmitted to a driven sprocket 20 on the movable furniture platform through a chain 19 to drive the driven sprocket 20 to rotate, so that the movable furniture platform moves according to the instruction of a control system. Because the clutch shaft 9 is matched with the movable rod 4 by the bearing 5, when the clutch shaft 9 rotates, the outer ring of the bearing 5 actually rotates, and the inner ring of the bearing is installed on the movable rod 4, so that the movable rod 4, the adjusting screw rod 3 and the hand wheel 1 are all static even if the driving motor 11 drives the clutch shaft 9 and the driving chain wheel 10 to rotate.
