The invention provides a PE pipe rainwater recovery pipeline system, which adopts a water storage tank 1 to collect and filter rainwater and can filter sundries such as leaves and the like; large-particle garbage in rainwater can be intercepted by adopting the sewage intercepting hanging basket 3; the filter box 4 is adopted for primary coarse filtration, and can be directly used for irrigating green plants and washing the ground; the flow distribution box 5 adopts an overflow ball valve 5b to overflow rainwater of the flow distribution box body 5a, so that overhigh water level and overlarge pressure of a water tank are avoided; the purified water tank 7 is adopted to filter and disinfect the rainwater for many times; the water collecting tank 8 comprises a water collecting submersible pump 8b which can directly use clean rainwater for flushing a closestool or cleaning an automobile; the recovery pipes 2 are all made of PE pipes and are reliable in connection, good in low-temperature impact resistance, good in chemical corrosion resistance, ageing resistance, wear resistance and small in water flow resistance; the invention has simple structure, adopts modular composition, and has wide application range, energy saving and environmental protection.

Claims (9)

1. A PE pipe rainwater recovery pipeline system is characterized by comprising a water storage tank (1), a recovery pipe (2), a sewage interception hanging basket (3), a filter tank (4), a flow distribution tank (5), an overflow tank (6), a water purification tank (7) and a water collection tank (8), wherein the water storage tank (1) is arranged on an eave, the water collecting device is used for collecting water, recovery pipe (2) is installed to catch basin (1) lower extreme, recovery pipe (2) downside left end installation is cut dirty and is hung basket (3), cut dirty basket (3) left end installation rose box (4), rose box (4) are from the past backward install flow distribution box (5) in proper order, water purification case (7) and header tank (8), flow distribution box (5) left end installation overflow case (6), between rose box (4) and flow distribution box (5), all be connected through recovery pipe (2) between flow distribution box (5) and overflow box (6) and water purification case (7) in addition between water purification case (7) and header tank (8).

The PE pipe rainwater recovery pipeline system according to claim 1, wherein the water storage tank (1) comprises a water storage tank body (1a), water storage holes (1b) and water storage and outlet pipes (1c), the water storage holes (1b) are uniformly distributed at the upper end of the water storage tank body (1a) at equal intervals, and the two symmetrical water storage and outlet pipes (1c) are mounted on the left side and the right side of the lower end of the water storage tank body (1 a).

The PE pipe rainwater recovery pipeline system according to claim 2, wherein the recovery pipe (2) comprises reducer pipes (2a), vertical pipes (2b), connecting elbows (2c), three-way joints (2d), a horizontal pipe (2e) and connectors (2f), the upper ends of the two vertical pipes (2b) are connected to a water storage and outlet pipe (1c) through the connectors (2f), the lower ends of the vertical pipes (2b) are respectively provided with the connecting elbows (2c), the rear ends of the connecting elbows (2c) at the right end are provided with the connecting elbows (2c), the connecting elbows (2c) at the right end are provided with the three-way joints (2d), the horizontal pipe (2e) is arranged between the three-way joints (2d) and the connecting elbows (2c) at the front end, the reducer pipes (2a) are arranged at the left ends of the three-way joints (2d), and the sewage intercepting baskets (3) are arranged between the two, the filter tank (4) and the flow dividing tank (5), the overflow tank (6) and the purified water tank (7) are connected and installed through a connector (2f) of the recovery pipe (2); the recovery pipes (2) are all made of PE pipes.

The PE pipe rainwater recovery pipeline system according to claim 1, wherein the filter box (4) comprises a box body, a filter cotton layer (4a) and a filter water outlet pipe (4b), the filter cotton layer (4a) is installed inside the box body, and the filter water outlet pipe (4b) is welded at the rear end of the box body.
