The invention discloses a special drilling clamp for shifting fork parts, which consists of a cylinder, a push rod, a ball head screw, a hexagonal thin nut, a clamping pressure head, a spring washer, a bolt I, a pressure plate, a supporting plate, a lining, a replaceable drill bushing, a screw, a pin I, a flat washer, a nut, a fixed positioning pin, a positioning lining, a clamp body, an L-shaped connecting plate, a pin II, a bolt III, a common flat key, a trimming pin and a processing workpiece. The fixture is mainly used for rapidly clamping and positioning through the air cylinder by utilizing the positioning principle of 'two holes on one surface' so as to improve the processing efficiency. The replaceable drill bushing can be used for accelerating the replacement of the drill bushing, and further the working efficiency is improved. The special fixture for machining the workpiece is ingenious in structure and high in machining precision, and is suitable for various drilling machining of the workpiece. The processing efficiency and the precision of processed products are ensured to a great extent, and the labor intensity is reduced.

The fixed positioning pin (16) is in interference fit with the positioning bushing (17) and is axially positioned through the positioning bushing (17), and a thread is machined at the other end of the fixed positioning pin; is fixed on the clamp body (18) through a nut (15) and a flat washer (14). The supporting plate (9) is accurately positioned through two pins I (13), the replaceable drill bushing (11) and the bushing (10) are in interference fit to form accurate positioning, the bushing (10) and the supporting plate (9) are in transition fit, and the replaceable drill bushing (11) is fixed through the matching of the threaded holes in the screw (12) and the supporting plate (9). The edge cutting pin (24) and a processed workpiece (25) form a hole for positioning, the front end of the other end is provided with a thread, and the middle part is provided with a key groove; is fixed on the clamp body (18) through a nut (15) and a flat washer (14); the chamfered edge pin (24) completes circumferential positioning through a common flat key (23). The lower surface of the clamping pressure head (5) has higher roughness requirement, and is directly contacted with the L-shaped connecting plate (19) and slides on the L-shaped connecting plate; the L-shaped connecting plate (19) is accurately positioned with the clamp body (18) through two pins II (20), and the cylinder (1), the L-shaped connecting plate (19) and the clamp body (18) are fixed through four bolts II (21) in a matching manner with threaded holes in the clamp body (18); the air cylinder (1) pushes the clamping pressure head (5) through the push rod (2) and the ball head screw (3). The ball head screw (3) is fixed with a threaded hole on the push rod through a hexagonal thin nut (4), and the air cylinder is fixed on the clamp body (18) through a bolt II (21).

as shown in the attached drawing 1, the novel adjustable clamping device comprises a cylinder (1), a push rod (2), a ball screw (3), a hexagonal thin nut (4), a clamping pressure head (5), a spring washer (6), a bolt I (7), a pressure plate (8), a supporting plate (9), a bushing (10), a replaceable drill bushing (11), a screw (12), a pin I (13), a flat washer (14), a nut (15), a fixed positioning pin (16), a positioning bushing (17), a clamp body (18), an L-shaped connecting plate (19), a pin II (20), a bolt II (21) and a machining workpiece (25).
As shown in the attached figure 2, the novel adjustable clamp comprises a cylinder (1), a push rod (2), a ball head screw (3), a hexagonal thin nut (4), a clamping pressure head (5), a bolt I (7), a pressure plate (8), a support plate (9), a bushing (10), an interchangeable drill bush (11), a screw (12), a pin I (13), a flat washer (14), a nut (15), a clamp body (18), an L-shaped connecting plate (19), a pin II (20), a bolt II (21), a bolt III (22), a common flat key (23), a trimming pin (24) and a machining workpiece (25).
As shown in the attached figure 3, the invention comprises a ball screw (3), a clamping pressure head (5), a spring washer (6), a bolt I (7), a support plate (9), a bushing (10), a replaceable drill bushing (11), a clamp body (18), an L-shaped connecting plate (19), a trimming pin (24) and a processing workpiece (25).
As shown in fig. 4, the present invention includes machining a workpiece (25).

The working principle of the invention is as follows:

A special drilling clamp for shifting fork parts comprises a cylinder, a push rod, a ball head screw, a hexagonal thin nut, a clamping pressure head, a spring washer, a bolt I, a pressure plate, a supporting plate, a bushing, a replaceable drill bushing, a screw, a pin I, a flat washer, a nut, a fixed positioning pin, a positioning bushing, a clamp body, an L-shaped connecting plate, a pin II, a bolt III, a common flat key, a trimming pin and a machining workpiece; the method is characterized in that a processing workpiece (25) is pressed by a fixed positioning pin (16) and a clamping pressure head (5) to perform hole positioning, meanwhile, the processing workpiece (25) is positioned by a pressing completion surface of the clamping pressure head (5), and the processing workpiece (25) is matched with a trimming pin (16) to form another hole positioning.
