Abstract
The invention provides a visible double-cavity bronchial catheter which comprises an airway catheter main body, a catheter group and a catheter bag sleeve group, wherein the catheter group and the catheter bag sleeve group are arranged on the airway catheter main body; the input end of the wireless communication module is electrically connected with the small camera; the output end of the wireless communication module is in wireless communication connection with an external receiver. According to the visible double-cavity bronchial catheter provided by the invention, the small camera is arranged on the main body of the ventilation catheter, so that the visual operation of the lung insertion position is realized while the lung ventilation is performed on the surgical patient by using the double-cavity bronchial catheter; the small-sized camera is electrically connected with the wireless communication module, and image data collected by the small-sized camera is wirelessly transmitted to an external receiver for image display, so that a doctor can conveniently check and treat the condition of a patient.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a visible double-cavity bronchial catheter.
Background
The double-cavity bronchial catheter is widely used for separating the two lungs in the chest surgery lung operation, so that the two lungs are isolated while the lungs of a patient keep ventilating, and the phenomenon that secretions, interstitial fluid or blood in the lung which is subjected to the operation enter the other lung to infect the lung which is not subjected to the operation is avoided, and the protective effect is achieved.

the drainage catheter is used for draining secretions in the lung.
Wherein the catheter balloon set comprises a primary airway balloon set and a secondary airway balloon set; wherein:
the main airway tube bag sleeve and the auxiliary airway tube bag sleeve are both arranged on the airway tube main body;
the main inflation catheter inflates the main airway catheter cuff through the airway catheter main body;
the secondary inflation catheter inflates the secondary inflation catheter cuff through the main body of the ventilation catheter;
the small camera is arranged between the main air duct sac sleeve and the auxiliary air duct sac sleeve.
In the scheme, the auxiliary ventilation catheter sac sleeve is arranged at the tail end of the ventilation catheter main body and is used for sealing the bronchus of an operator; the position of the main air duct bag sleeve is spaced from the position of the auxiliary air duct bag sleeve by a certain distance, and the main air duct of an operator is sealed; the small-sized camera is arranged at the distance between the main air duct bag sleeve and the auxiliary air duct bag sleeve to collect lung images.

The air duct main body is provided with an LED lamp, and the LED lamp is arranged on one side, far away from the main air duct bag sleeve, of the auxiliary air duct bag sleeve.
In the above scheme, the LED lamp provides the light source for small-size camera image acquisition, improves the imaging quality.
Wherein, a liquid discharge cavity is arranged on the ventilation catheter main body, and the liquid discharge catheter is connected with the liquid discharge cavity through the ventilation catheter main body.
In the scheme, the drainage catheter is connected with the drainage cavity and is used for draining secretions, interstitial fluid and blood in the lung of an operator and preventing the other lung from being infected.
Wherein the ventilation catheter main body is also provided with a power supply module and a power supply line; the power supply module supplies power for the small camera and the wireless communication module through the power supply line.
The small camera adopts a DWC1 type digital wireless micro camera.
The wireless communication module adopts an H7000E type micro wireless communication module.
In the scheme, the LED lamps adopt point-shaped LED lamp groups; the wireless communication module transmits the influence collected by the small camera to an external receiver through a 2.4Hz wireless signal, and the influence is displayed on a screen of the receiver; the power supply module supplies power to the LED lamp, the small-sized camera and the wireless communication module, and the power supply voltage is 5V.

As shown in fig. 1, a visible double-lumen bronchial catheter comprises an airway tube main body 1, a catheter group 2 and a catheter bag sleeve group 3 which are arranged on the airway tube main body 1, wherein a small-sized camera 4 and a wireless communication module 5 are arranged in the airway tube main body 1; the input end of the wireless communication module 5 is electrically connected with the small camera 4; and the output end of the wireless communication module 5 is in wireless communication connection with an external receiver.
In the specific implementation process, the small camera 4 is arranged on the ventilation catheter main body 1, so that the visual operation of the lung insertion position is realized while the lung ventilation of a surgical patient is carried out by using the double-cavity bronchial catheter; small-size camera 4 carries out electric connection with wireless communication module 5, with the image data wireless transmission that small-size camera 4 gathered to outside receiver on for image display, the doctor of being convenient for looks over and the treatment of patient's condition.

More specifically, on the basis of embodiment 1, the tube group 2 includes a primary inflation tube 21, a secondary inflation tube 22, and a drainage tube 23; wherein:

In a specific implementation, the secondary airway tube cuff 32 is provided at the distal end of the airway tube body 1 for sealing the bronchus of the operator; the main air duct bag sleeve 31 is arranged at a position which has a certain distance with the auxiliary air duct bag sleeve 32 and is used for sealing the main air duct of an operator; the small-sized camera 4 is arranged at the distance between the main airway tube bag sleeve 31 and the auxiliary airway tube bag sleeve 32 and is used for collecting lung images.

the main inflation conduit (21), the auxiliary inflation conduit (22) and the liquid drainage conduit (23) are communicated with the ventilation conduit main body (1);
the main inflation conduit (21) and the auxiliary inflation conduit (22) are used for inflating the conduit balloon set (3);
the drainage catheter (23) is used for discharging secretions in the lung.
3. A visual dual lumen bronchial catheter as set forth in claim 2, wherein: the catheter balloon set (3) comprises a main airway catheter balloon sleeve (31) and an auxiliary airway catheter balloon sleeve (32); wherein:
the main airway tube bag sleeve (31) and the auxiliary airway tube bag sleeve (32) are both arranged on the airway tube main body (1);
the main inflation catheter (21) inflates the main airway cuff (31) through the airway catheter body (1);
the secondary inflation catheter (22) inflates the secondary airway cuff (32) through the airway catheter body (1);
the small-sized camera (4) is arranged between the main airway tube bag sleeve (31) and the auxiliary airway tube bag sleeve (32).
4. A visual dual lumen bronchial catheter as in claim 3, wherein: an image acquisition channel (6) is further arranged between the main airway tube bag sleeve (31) and the auxiliary airway tube bag sleeve (32), and the small camera (4) acquires images through the image acquisition channel (6).
5. A visual dual lumen bronchial catheter as in claim 3, wherein: the air duct main body (1) is provided with an LED lamp (7), and the LED lamp is arranged on one side of the auxiliary air duct bag sleeve (32) far away from the main air duct bag sleeve (31).
6. A visual dual lumen bronchial catheter as in claim 4, wherein: the ventilation catheter main body (1) is provided with a liquid discharge cavity (8), and the liquid discharge catheter (23) is connected with the liquid discharge cavity (8) through the ventilation catheter main body (1).
