Background
At present, bronchoscopy is one of important diagnosis and treatment means for respiratory diseases, and can be used for directly carrying out visual observation on a trachea and a bronchial lumen and simultaneously carrying out biopsy so as to correctly identify the diseases; bronchoscopes can also be used for treating lung diseases, such as sputum suction, local hemostasis, removal of new organisms and the like; but also can be administered topically for better therapeutic effect. However, since the trachea and the bronchus are narrow channels of the respiratory system of the human body, when the bronchoscope is inserted into the channels, the cross-sectional area of the channels for air to pass through is smaller, so that the patient feels extremely uncomfortable and coughs, asthma or even fainting due to oxygen deficiency, especially for the patient suffering from the tracheal diseases. When these conditions occur, not only is pain given to the patient, but also the accuracy of the examination is lowered. The current bronchoscope often needs to be disinfected through complicated and complicated operations after being used, so that the body of the bronchoscope is greatly lost, and the cost is high.

Detailed Description
In the description of the present invention, it is to be understood that the terms "upper", "lower", "inner", "outer", "front", "rear", "near", and "far", etc., indicate orientations or positional relationships based on those shown in the drawings, and are used only for convenience in describing the present invention and for simplicity in description, but do not indicate or imply that the device or element being referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and thus, are not to be construed as limiting the present invention. In the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means at least two, e.g., two, three, etc., unless specifically limited otherwise.
In the present invention, unless otherwise expressly stated or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," "secured," and the like are to be construed broadly and can, for example, be fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally formed; may be mechanically coupled, may be electrically coupled or may be in communication with each other; they may be directly connected or indirectly connected through intervening media, or they may be connected internally or in any other suitable relationship unless expressly stated otherwise. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
Example 1
Due to the deformability of the hose and the slender shaft characteristic of the endoscope, the insertion is inconvenient in the insertion process, and the endoscope shaft is not tightly attached to the hose after the insertion, so that the imaging effect of the front end is affected, and the insertion is not smooth.
In view of the above technical problems, referring to fig. 1 and 2, an endoscope sheath provided in this embodiment includes a flexible tube 1 extending from a proximal end to a distal end, the proximal end of the flexible tube 1 forms a connection seat 2 communicated with the proximal end, a sealing valve 5 is disposed between the connection seat 2 and the flexible tube 1, the interior of the flexible tube 1 forms a sealed chamber when an endoscope is inserted into the flexible tube through the sealing valve 5, and specifically, the sealing valve is configured to allow the endoscope to pass through so as to be inserted into the flexible tube;
the hose or the connecting seat is provided with an air valve 3 communicated with the sealing cavity, the air valve 3 has an inflation state of inflating to the sealing cavity and a deflation state of extracting the sealing cavity from an external environment, and specifically, when the endoscope is inserted into the hose 1 through the sealing valve, the air valve 3 is used for inflating air into the sealing cavity of the hose, so that the hose 3 is expanded and tense, the caliber of an internal channel is increased, and the endoscope can be conveniently and quickly inserted into the endoscope sleeve; and after inserting, through the subassembly of bleeding for example the aspiration pump with the gas evacuation in the sealed cavity for hose inner wall and endoscope pole laminating, so, the formation of image effect is better and insert the human body more smoothly.
The prior art provides a plurality of air valves, which only have the function of inflation and deflation, and are not listed here.
A sealing sleeve 5 attached to the inner wall of the connecting seat is formed in the connecting seat, a valve port 51 is arranged at the bottom of the sealing sleeve, and the valve port 51 can be in sealing fit with the outer diameter of the endoscope rod; so, this seal cover 5 sets up in the connecting seat as the seal valve, in this embodiment, seal cover 5 adopts the silica gel material, the bottom of silica gel cover forms the opening and constitutes the valve port, endoscope mirror pole and valve port 51 interference fit because the elasticity of silica gel is in its sealed fit after inserting, and can follow-up pull out smoothly.
In particular, the sealing sleeve is conical in shape.
In order to be matched with the structure of the existing endoscope for use, the connecting seat 2 is provided with a flaring section 21 made of a hard material and a conical section 22 made of a soft material, and the narrow opening of the conical section 22 is communicated and connected with the hose 1; the air valve is connected and arranged on the conical section, the conical section is arranged to be matched with the conical pipe section of the endoscope, and specifically, the conical section is made of a material with the hardness being in the range of 60-40A.
In the present embodiment, the flaring segment is provided with a fixing buckle 20 for fixedly connecting with the endoscope, and the endoscope sleeve can be fixedly connected with the endoscope through the fixing buckle 20.
More specifically, for image clarity, the distal end of the hose has a transparent lens 11, and preferably, the lens is a high-transparency lens 11.
Example 2
Based on the endoscope sleeve provided in embodiment 1, the present invention also provides a double-lumen endoscope sleeve, which comprises the endoscope sleeve and a suction tube 6 separately arranged in parallel with the flexible tube 1, wherein the suction tube provides suction and fetching functions when being applied to an examination type endoscope, and provides convenience for doctors.
However, the presence of the suction tube can lead to an increase in the volume of the insertion instrument and the unconstrained suction tube can interfere with the insertion process; based on this, attract pipe 6 and hose 1 near side to pass through mounting 7 and link to each other, attract pipe 6 and hose 1 outside cover to be equipped with protection casing 8, so, the protection casing will attract pipe and hose restraint as a whole, convenient quick the inserting.
Specifically, a suction port 61 is communicated with the proximal end of the suction tube 6, and the suction port 61 extends out of the protective cover 8; the fixing piece is a fixing sleeve 7 which is sleeved on the near side of the suction tube and the hose, and in the embodiment, the fixing sleeve is connected with the hose and the suction tube in an adhesion mode.
In this embodiment, the protective cover is made of a material with a hardness of 60-40A.
