The automatic kudingcha water-boiling and enzyme-deactivating processing device as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the water outlet of the spray pipe (10) and the water inlet of the water inlet pipe (11) are respectively positioned in the water-removing groove (3), the spray head (12) is positioned in the middle of the water-removing groove (3), the spray head (12) faces the center of the water-removing groove (3), and the two spray heads (12) are corresponding.
5. The automatic kudingcha water-boiling and enzyme-deactivating processing device as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the spray head (12) is arranged in an upward inclined mode, and the spray head (12) is arranged below the tea containing sieve (4).

The automatic kudingcha water-boiling and enzyme-deactivating processing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: one side of the tea containing sieve (4) close to the end part is fixed with an output shaft of the first driving mechanism (5), and the other side is rotatably connected with the inner side wall of the water-removing groove (3) through a rotating shaft; the tea containing sieve (4) and the first driving mechanism (5) are fixed in the same direction, and the tea containing basket (6) and the second driving mechanism (7) are fixed in the same direction as the tea containing sieve (4).

The automatic kudingcha water-boiling and enzyme-deactivating processing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: one side of the tea containing basket (6) close to the end part is fixed with an output shaft of the second driving mechanism (7), and the other side of the tea containing basket is rotatably connected with the side wall of the water-removing groove (3) through a rotating shaft.

The automatic kudingcha water-boiling and enzyme-deactivating processing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the width of the tea containing sieve (4) is less than that of the water-removing groove (3), and the length of the tea containing sieve is greater than that of the water-removing groove (3).

The automatic kudingcha water-boiling and enzyme-deactivating processing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the tea containing basket (6) is arranged at the end part of the water boiling groove (1) and is positioned at the initial position where the tea containing sieve (4) rotates towards the same direction.
10. The automatic kudingcha water-boiling and enzyme-deactivating processing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the first driving mechanism (5) and the second driving mechanism (7) are respectively a motor or an air cylinder.
