The convenient monitoring device with the dust removal function based on the 5G network is characterized by comprising a camera (1), an installation block (2), an installation box (3), a dust removal mechanism, a baffle (4) and two installation mechanisms, wherein the installation block (2) is fixed below the camera (1), an opening is formed in the upper portion of the installation box (3) and matched with the installation block (2), the installation block (2) is arranged in the installation box (3), the baffle (4) is arranged above the camera (1), two ends of the lower portion of the baffle (4) are respectively connected with the two installation mechanisms, the dust removal mechanism is arranged on the baffle (4), notches are formed in two sides of the installation block (2) and correspond to the installation mechanisms one to one, and a 5G signal transceiving module and a PLC are arranged in the installation box (3), the camera (1) and the 5G signal transceiving module are electrically connected with the PLC;
the installation mechanism comprises a motor (5), a worm (6), a worm wheel (7), a rotating shaft (8), a rotating rod (9), a swinging rod (10), a fixing rod (11), a first bearing, a second bearing, a connecting assembly and two limiting assemblies, wherein the motor (5) is fixed at the bottom in the main body, the first bearing is fixed at the top in the main body, the motor (5) is connected with one end of the worm (6) in a transmission manner, the other end of the worm (6) is fixedly connected with the inner ring of the first bearing, the second bearing is fixed on the inner wall of one side of the main body, two ends of the rotating shaft (8) are respectively fixedly connected with the inner ring of the second bearing and one end of the rotating rod (9), the rotating shaft (8) is vertically arranged with the worm (6), the worm wheel (7) is fixed on the rotating shaft (8), the worm wheel (7) is meshed with the worm (6), and the other end of the rotating rod (9) is hinged with one end of the fixing rod (, the other end of the fixed rod (11) is arranged inside the notch, the other end of the fixed rod (11) is matched with the notch, the upper part and the lower part of the fixed rod (11) are respectively connected with the top and the bottom in the main body through two limiting assemblies, two through holes are formed in the upper part of the main body and correspond to the connecting assemblies one by one, and the worm (6) is connected with the baffle (4) through the connecting assemblies;
dust removal mechanism includes aspiration pump (17), intake pipe (18), hose (19), nozzle (20), back shaft and drive assembly, bottom in baffle (4) is fixed in aspiration pump (17), aspiration pump (17) pass through the outside intercommunication of intake pipe (18) and baffle (4), the below at intake pipe (18) is fixed to the one end of back shaft, the other end and the nozzle (20) of back shaft are articulated, aspiration pump (17) are connected with nozzle (20) through hose (19), drive assembly sets up the inside at intake pipe (18), drive assembly is connected with nozzle (20), aspiration pump (17) are connected with PLC electricity.

The convenient monitoring device with the dust removal function based on the 5G network is characterized in that the connecting assembly comprises a screw rod (14), a third bearing and a sleeve (15), the third bearing is fixed above the mounting box (3), the screw rod (14) is fixedly connected with an inner ring of the third bearing, one end of the screw rod (14) penetrates through a through hole and is fixedly connected with one end, far away from the motor (5), of the worm (6), one end of the sleeve (15) is sleeved at the other end of the screw rod (14), a connecting part of the sleeve (15) and the screw rod (14) is provided with a thread matched with the screw rod (14), and the other end of the sleeve (15) is fixedly connected with the baffle (4).
