The fixed platform 3 further comprises: a support beam 33; the support beam 33 is arranged above the active lock plate 31; the supporting beam 33 spans the door-shaped beam 12, and two ends of the supporting beam 33 are respectively connected with the driven locking plates 32; the supporting beam 33 is provided with a transmission rod 35, the two driven locking plates 32 are respectively in threaded connection with the transmission rod 35, and the 10kV handcart type circuit breaker is fixed by moving the driven locking plates 32.
According to the control of a user, the energy storage device 21 supports the manual pressure rod 23 to drive the movable chain 22 to ascend, further pulls the driving locking plate 31 to ascend, and drives the driven locking plate 32 to ascend until the height required by the user after the driving locking plate 31 touches the driven locking plate 32. The position of the driven lock plate 32 is fixed by the matching connection of the limit pin 36 at the end of the driven lock plate 32 and the positioning hole on the door-shaped frame of the door-shaped beam 12. The energy storage device 21 also retrieves the ram 5 according to user control. When the energy storage device 21 needs to descend, the energy storage device 21 is also controlled by a user to push the manual pressure lever 23 to drive the movable chain 22 to ascend, the driving locking plate 31 is separated from the positioning hole in the door frame of the door beam 12 after reaching the driven locking plate 32, the ejector rod 5 is recovered, the driving locking plate 31 and the driven locking plate 32 synchronously descend to the preset position, and the limiting pin 36 at the end of the driven locking plate 32 is matched and connected with the positioning hole in the door frame of the door beam 12, so that the position of the driven locking plate 32 is fixed.
