The replacement operation is greatly facilitated, the cable bin can be deeply inserted into the cable bin, the supporting platform 6 can completely avoid spanning the bottom frame, and the replacement process is safer and more reliable. The safety of personnel and equipment is greatly ensured. Mutual inductor is transported through the trolley, so that the risk that the mutual inductor slips and falls to be injured and a person injures by a crashing object in the manual transportation process is avoided. The trolley lifting system does not need workers to drill into the cable bin, and collision and damage of the workers in the cable bin are avoided.

A trolley special for replacement of a current transformer of an armored switch cabinet is characterized by comprising a device frame body, a moving system, a rotary supporting system and a lifting system, wherein the device frame body comprises an underframe (14), stand columns (17) are fixedly arranged on two sides of the front end of the underframe (14) respectively, the tops of the two stand columns (17) are connected through a chain fixing plate (16), a transport handle (3) is fixedly arranged on the top of the rear end of the underframe (14), and anti-overturning components are arranged on two sides of the top of the underframe (14) respectively; the moving system comprises front transport wheels (9) arranged on two sides of the bottom of the front end of the underframe (14) and rear transport wheels (12) arranged on two sides of the bottom of the rear end of the underframe (14), and pulley brakes are arranged on the rear transport wheels (12); the lifting system comprises a hydraulic pump (1) arranged in the middle of the bottom frame (14), the hydraulic pump (1) is connected with a sliding plate (13) through a chain transmission mechanism, and the sliding plate (13) is slidably mounted on two upright posts (17) through sliding components at two ends; the rotary supporting system comprises a stepped transition platform fixedly connected to a sliding plate (13), the front end of the stepped transition platform is rotatably connected with a connecting rod (10) through a first rotating shaft (11) which is vertically arranged, a supporting platform (6) is fixed to the end portion of the connecting rod, a motor (19) is fixed to one side of the connecting rod (10) and located on the stepped transition platform, the motor (19) is connected with the fixed end of an electric telescopic rod (20), and the extending end of the electric telescopic rod (20) is rotatably connected with the connecting rod (10) through a second rotating shaft (18).

The trolley special for replacement of the armored switch cabinet current transformer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the overturn-preventing assembly comprises overturn-preventing brackets mounted on both sides of the top of the bottom frame (14) through rotating shafts; the overturn preventing support comprises a first support rod (71) and a second support rod (72) which are perpendicular to each other, one end of the first support rod (71) is installed on two sides of the top of the underframe (14) through the rotating shaft, and the other end of the first support rod (71) is fixedly connected with the second support rod (72); the anti-overturning device is characterized in that first fixing seats (75) used for fixing the anti-overturning support are respectively arranged on two sides of the top of the bottom frame (14), second fixing seats (73) are respectively arranged on handle upright rods (31) on two sides of the transportation handle (3), and through holes which can be matched with the second fixing seats (73) and the first fixing seats (75) are formed in the first support rod (71).
