specifically, the product identification and the infringement evidence information of the product to be monitored are recorded in an associated manner, the recorded information is used as infringement use information for infringed use of the product to be monitored, and the infringement use information is stored in the block chain.
By storing the infringement evidence information into the block chain, the infringement evidence of the infringement party using the to-be-monitored work can not be erased even if the infringement party deletes the infringement work, so that the problems that the evidence is difficult to obtain in the infringement judgment process and the like are avoided, and an effective basis is provided for the infringement judgment.
In the infringement judgment process or the claim settlement process, the designated institution user and the insurance institution user can inquire the work information, the infringement evidence information and the like based on the data stored in the block chain. Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the method further includes:
step H2, receiving a work query request sent by the terminal equipment of the third party organization user, wherein the work query request comprises a work identifier of the work to be queried;

Step H4, acquiring corresponding supervision information and/or infringement evidence information in the block chain according to the work identification of the work to be inquired;
specifically, when the information to be queried included in the product query request is the content of the product and/or the application information, matching the product identifier of the product to be queried with the product identifier in the supervision information stored in the block chain, and using the supervision information where the successfully matched product identifier is located as the supervision information corresponding to the product identifier of the product to be queried; when the information to be inquired included in the product inquiry request is an infringement evidence, acquiring the infringement evidence information stored in a related manner in the block chain according to the product identification of the product to be inquired; when the information to be inquired included in the product inquiry request is the product content and the infringement evidence, or the insurance information and the infringement evidence, or the product inquiry request does not contain the information to be inquired, respectively matching the product identification of the product to be inquired with the product identification in the supervision information stored in the block chain, taking the supervision information where the successfully matched product identification is located as the supervision information corresponding to the product identification of the product to be inquired, and obtaining the associated and stored infringement evidence information in the block chain according to the product identification of the product to be inquired.
And step H6, sending the inquiry response data to the terminal equipment of the third-party organization user according to the acquired supervision information and/or infringement information.
Specifically, when the information to be queried included in the product query request is the product content and/or the application information, correspondingly, query response data is generated and sent to the terminal equipment of the third-party organization user according to the product content and/or the application information included in the acquired supervision information; when the information to be inquired included in the product inquiry request is the infringement evidence, generating inquiry response data according to the acquired infringement evidence information and sending the inquiry response data to the terminal equipment of the third-party organization user; when the information to be inquired included in the product inquiry request is the product content and the infringement evidence, generating inquiry response data according to the product content included in the acquired supervision information and the acquired infringement evidence information, and sending the inquiry response data to the terminal equipment of the third-party organization user; when the information to be inquired included in the product inquiry request is insurance information and infringement evidence, generating inquiry response data according to the insurance information included in the acquired supervision information and the acquired infringement evidence information, and sending the inquiry response data to the terminal equipment of the third-party organization user; and when the work inquiry request does not contain the information to be inquired, generating inquiry response data according to the acquired supervision information and infringement evidence information and sending the inquiry response data to the terminal equipment of the third-party organization user. In one or more embodiments of the present description, an intelligent contract related to a work to be supervised is deployed based on application information sent by a terminal device of a copyright party, so that when the work to be supervised is infringed for use, the claim settlement information of the claim settlement performed by an application institution when the work to be supervised is infringed for use can be automatically performed based on the related intelligent contract according to agreement between the copyright party and the application institution, and thus, not only is fast claim settlement realized, but also the problem of difficult claim settlement of the copyright party in the process of maintaining rights is solved, and field follow-up and supervision of judicial personnel are not needed, and the claim settlement efficiency is improved.
Based on the same technical concept, fig. 7 is another block chain-based infringement claim settlement method provided in one or more embodiments of the present specification, and the method in fig. 7 can be executed by a terminal device of a copyright party in fig. 1, as shown in fig. 7, and includes the following steps:
step S302, responding to the works processing request of the copyright side, and acquiring the works information and the application information of the works to be monitored, wherein the application information comprises the claim settlement information which is agreed by the copyright side and the application institution and is used for settlement by the application institution when the works to be monitored are infringed;
step S304, the work information and the application information are sent to the block chain nodes, so that the block chain nodes deploy intelligent contracts related to the works to be supervised according to the application information, and when a claim trigger condition meeting the intelligent contracts is detected, claim settlement corresponding to the claim settlement information is performed based on the intelligent contracts.
In one or more embodiments of the present description, the piece information and the application information are sent to the block chain nodes, so that the block chain nodes deploy intelligent contracts related to the piece to be supervised according to the application information, so that when the piece to be supervised is infringed and used, the claim settlement information that is claimed by the application mechanism when the piece to be supervised is infringed and used can be automatically claimed and processed based on the related intelligent contracts according to the agreement between the copyright party and the application mechanism, thereby not only realizing fast claim settlement, but also solving the problem of claim difficulty of the copyright party in the rights maintenance process, and improving the claim processing efficiency without field follow-up and supervision of judicial personnel.
Considering that a copyright side may have a plurality of works to be supervised, in order to effectively partition each work to be supervised, in one or more embodiments of the present specification, a block chain node allocates a work identifier for the work to be supervised, and correspondingly, after the step S304 of sending the work information and the application information to the block chain node, the method further includes:
step S306, receiving a work identification of the work to be supervised, which is sent by a blockchain node;
after a copyright party releases works to be supervised, the copyright party can automatically detect whether the works to be supervised are infringed and used through an infringement detection tool, and acquires infringement evidence information when the infringed and used works are detected, such as by means of screen recording, screenshot and the like, so as to obtain the infringement evidence information; or, the copyright party authorization detection mechanism detects whether the works to be monitored are infringed and used, and receives infringement evidence information sent by the detection mechanism; when the copyright party obtains the infringement evidence information, the infringement evidence information can be sent to the block chain nodes through the terminal equipment so as to store the infringement evidence information in the block chain, and therefore the problems that the infringement party deletes an infringement product and erases the infringement evidence to cause difficult evidence obtaining in the infringement judgment process and the like are avoided. Correspondingly, after step S306, the method further includes:
step K2, responding to an infringement processing request of a copyright party, wherein the infringement processing request comprises a work identification of the work to be supervised and infringement evidence information;
and step K4, sending the product identification and the infringement evidence information of the to-be-supervised work to the blockchain nodes, so that the blockchain nodes store the product identification and the infringement evidence information of the to-be-supervised work in a related manner into the blockchain.
By storing the infringement evidence information into the block chain, an effective judgment basis can be provided for infringement judgment.
Further, when the infringement judgment result is that the infringement usage behavior of the infringement party is substantial and the infringement party needs to carry out the compensation to the copyright party, if the infringement party refuses the compensation, the copyright party can choose to be compensated by the application institution. Specifically, the method further comprises:
step L, responding to a claim processing request of a copyright party, and sending a claim settlement request to the block chain nodes according to the work identification included in the claim processing request so as to enable the block chain nodes to carry out claim settlement processing corresponding to the claim settlement information based on an intelligent contract; thus, quick claims settlement is realized.
In one or more embodiments of the present description, the piece information and the application information are sent to the block chain nodes, so that the block chain nodes deploy intelligent contracts related to the piece to be supervised according to the application information, so that when the piece to be supervised is infringed and used, the claim settlement information that is claimed by the application mechanism when the piece to be supervised is infringed and used can be automatically claimed and processed based on the related intelligent contracts according to the agreement between the copyright party and the application mechanism, thereby not only realizing fast claim settlement, but also solving the problem of claim difficulty of the copyright party in the rights maintenance process, and improving the claim processing efficiency without field follow-up and supervision of judicial personnel.

Fig. 8 is a schematic block diagram of an apparatus for block chain-based infringement claim settlement provided in one or more embodiments of the present specification, the apparatus being configured to perform the method for block chain-based infringement claim settlement described in fig. 2 to 6, and as shown in fig. 8, the apparatus includes:

According to the infringement claim arrangement device based on the block chain, provided by one or more embodiments of the specification, the piece information and the application information are sent to the block chain nodes, so that the block chain nodes deploy intelligent contracts related to the pieces to be supervised according to the application information, when the pieces to be supervised are infringed and used, the claim information subjected to claim arrangement by the application mechanism can be automatically subjected to claim arrangement processing according to the related intelligent contracts and the agreement between a copyright party and an application mechanism, when the pieces to be supervised are infringed and used, and therefore not only is the fast claim arrangement realized, but also the problem that the copyright party is difficult to claim in the rights maintenance process is solved, field follow-up and supervision of legal personnel are not needed, and the claim arrangement processing efficiency is improved.

responding to a work processing request of a copyright party, and acquiring work information and application information of a work to be supervised, wherein the application information comprises claim settlement information agreed by the copyright party and an application institution and used for claim settlement by the application institution when the work to be supervised is infringed;
and sending the work information and the application information to block chain nodes so that the block chain nodes deploy intelligent contracts related to the claims of the works to be supervised according to the application information, and when detecting that a claim trigger condition of the intelligent contracts is met, performing claim processing corresponding to the claim information based on the intelligent contracts.
In one or more embodiments of the present description, the piece information and the application information are sent to the block chain nodes, so that the block chain nodes deploy intelligent contracts related to the piece to be supervised according to the application information, so that when the piece to be supervised is infringed and used, the claim settlement information that is claimed by the application mechanism when the piece to be supervised is infringed and used can be automatically claimed and processed based on the related intelligent contracts according to the agreement between the copyright party and the application mechanism, thereby not only realizing fast claim settlement, but also solving the problem of claim difficulty of the copyright party in the rights maintenance process, and improving the claim processing efficiency without field follow-up and supervision of judicial personnel.
Optionally, the computer executable instructions, when executed, further comprise, after sending the work information and the application information to a blockchain node:
receiving the product identification of the to-be-supervised product sent by the blockchain node; and the number of the first and second groups,
responding to a claim processing request of the copyright party, and sending a claim processing request to the block chain nodes according to the work identification included in the claim processing request, so that the block chain nodes perform claim processing corresponding to the claim information based on the intelligent contract.
Optionally, after receiving the work identifier of the work to be supervised, sent by the blockchain node, the computer-executable instructions further include:
responding to an infringement processing request of the copyright party, wherein the infringement processing request comprises a work identification and infringement evidence information of the work to be supervised;
and sending the work identification of the work to be supervised and the infringement evidence information to the block chain nodes, so that the block chain nodes store the work identification of the work to be supervised and the infringement evidence information in the block chain in an associated manner.
According to the infringement claim processing equipment based on the block chain, provided by one or more embodiments of the specification, the piece information and the application information are sent to the block chain nodes, so that the block chain nodes deploy intelligent contracts related to the piece to be supervised according to the application information, when the piece to be supervised is infringed and used, the claim information subjected to claim processing by the application mechanism can be automatically subjected to claim processing according to the related intelligent contracts and the agreement between a copyright party and an application mechanism, when the piece to be supervised is infringed and used, so that not only is the fast claim processing realized, but also the problem that the claim party is difficult to claim in the right maintenance process is solved, field follow-up and supervision of a judicial staff is not needed, and the claim processing efficiency is improved.
It should be noted that, the embodiment of the infringing claim device based on the block chain in this specification and the embodiment of the infringing claim method based on the block chain in this specification are based on the same inventive concept, and therefore, specific implementation of this embodiment may refer to implementation of the corresponding infringing claim method based on the block chain, and repeated details are not repeated.
Further, corresponding to the method for claim for infringement claim settlement based on block chaining described above, based on the same technical concept, one or more embodiments of the present specification further provide a storage medium for storing computer-executable instructions, in a specific embodiment, the storage medium may be a usb disk, an optical disk, a hard disk, and the like, and the storage medium stores computer-executable instructions that, when executed by a processor, can implement the following processes:
receiving work information and application information of works to be supervised, which are sent by terminal equipment of a copyright party, wherein the application information comprises claim settlement information agreed by the copyright party and an application institution, and the application institution performs claim settlement when the works to be supervised are infringed and used;
deploying an intelligent contract related to the claim settlement of the work to be supervised according to the application information, and storing the work information and the application information into a block chain in a correlation manner;
and if the claim settlement triggering condition meeting the intelligent contract is detected, carrying out claim settlement processing corresponding to the claim settlement information based on the intelligent contract.
In one or more embodiments of the present description, an intelligent contract related to claim settlement of a work to be supervised is deployed based on application information sent by a terminal device of a copyright party, so that when the work to be supervised is infringed for use, the claim settlement information of the claim settlement performed by an application authority when the work to be supervised is infringed for use can be automatically processed based on the related intelligent contract according to rules agreed by the copyright party and the application authority, and thus not only is fast claim settlement realized, but also the problem of claim difficulty of the copyright party in the process of maintaining rights is solved, and judicial personnel is not required to follow up and supervise on site, and the claim processing efficiency is improved.
Optionally, the storage medium stores computer-executable instructions, when executed by the processor, where the work information includes work content, and after receiving the work information and the application information of the work to be regulated, which are sent by the terminal device of the copyright side, the method further includes:
calculating a hash value of the content of the work, and taking the hash value as a work identifier of the work to be supervised;
sending the work identification to terminal equipment of the copyright party and sending the work identification to terminal equipment of a third party organization user, wherein the third party organization comprises the insurance application organization and a designated organization for infringement judgment;
after the intelligent contract related to the claim settlement of the to-be-supervised work is deployed according to the insurable information, the method further comprises the following steps:
determining a contract identification of the intelligent contract;
and performing association recording on the work identification and the contract identification to obtain association recording information.
Optionally, when executed by the processor, the application information includes an application term, and if it is detected that a claim trigger condition of the intelligent contract is satisfied, performing claim processing corresponding to the claim information based on the intelligent contract, includes:
if a claim settlement request sent by the terminal equipment of the copyright party or the terminal equipment of the third-party institution user is received and the current time is detected not to exceed the guarantee period, determining that the triggering condition of the intelligent contract is met;
acquiring associated contract identifications in the associated recording information according to the work identifications included in the claim settlement request;
and calling the intelligent contract corresponding to the acquired contract identification, and performing claim settlement processing corresponding to the claim settlement information based on the intelligent contract.
Optionally, the storage medium stores computer-executable instructions that, when executed by the processor, store the association of the work information and the application information in a blockchain, including:
performing associated recording on the work information, the application information and the work identification, and taking the recorded information as the supervision information of the work to be supervised;
and saving the supervision information to a block chain.
Optionally, the storage medium stores computer executable instructions that, when executed by the processor, further comprise:
receiving the work identification and infringement evidence information of the work to be supervised, which are sent by the terminal equipment of the copyright party;
and storing the product identification of the to-be-supervised product and the infringement evidence information into the block chain in an associated manner.
Optionally, the storage medium stores computer executable instructions that, when executed by the processor, further comprise:
receiving a work query request sent by terminal equipment of a third party organization user, wherein the work query request comprises a work identifier of a work to be queried;
acquiring corresponding supervision information and/or infringement evidence information in the block chain according to the work identification of the work to be inquired;
and sending inquiry response data to the terminal equipment of the third-party institution user according to the acquired supervision information and/or the infringement evidence information.
Optionally, the storage medium stores computer executable instructions that when executed by a processor, deploy intelligent contracts related to claims of the works to be regulated according to the application information, including:
sending the insurance application information to the terminal equipment of the insurance application mechanism user;
and if the confirmation information sent by the terminal equipment of the insurance application mechanism user is received, deploying the intelligent contract related to the claim settlement of the to-be-supervised work according to the insurance application information.
When the computer executable instructions stored in the storage medium provided by one or more embodiments of the present specification are executed by the processor, the intelligent contract related to the claim settlement of the work to be supervised is deployed based on the application information sent by the terminal device of the copyright party, so that when the work to be supervised is infringed and used, the claim settlement information of the claim settlement is automatically performed by the application and protection organization according to the agreement between the copyright party and the application and protection organization, based on the related intelligent contract, not only is the fast claim settlement realized, but also the problem that the claim is difficult to claim by the copyright party in the rights maintenance process is solved, and judicial personnel is not required to follow and supervise on site, thereby improving the efficiency of the claim settlement.
In another specific embodiment, the storage medium may be a usb disk, an optical disk, a hard disk, or the like, and the storage medium stores computer-executable instructions that, when executed by the processor, implement the following process:

responding to an infringement processing request of the copyright party, wherein the infringement processing request comprises a work identification and infringement evidence information of the work to be supervised;
and sending the work identification of the work to be supervised and the infringement evidence information to the block chain nodes, so that the block chain nodes store the work identification of the work to be supervised and the infringement evidence information in the block chain in an associated manner.
When executed by a processor, the computer-executable instructions stored in the storage medium provided in one or more embodiments of the present specification send the work information and the application information to the blockchain nodes, so that the blockchain nodes deploy the intelligent contracts related to the works to be supervised according to the application information, so that when the works to be supervised are infringed for use, the claim settlement information of the claims to be supervised by the application authority can be automatically processed based on the related intelligent contracts according to the agreement between the copyright owner and the application authority, thereby not only realizing fast claim settlement, but also solving the problem of claim difficulty of the copyright owner in the process of maintaining rights, and improving the efficiency of claim settlement without field follow-up and supervision of judicial personnel.
It should be noted that the embodiment of the storage medium in this specification and the embodiment of the method for claim based on block chain infringement in this specification are based on the same inventive concept, and therefore, for specific implementation of this embodiment, reference may be made to implementation of the method for claim based on block chain infringement, and repeated details are not repeated.

In the 30 s of the 20 th century, improvements in a technology could clearly be distinguished between improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements in circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) and improvements in software (improvements in process flow). However, as technology advances, many of today's process flow improvements have been seen as direct improvements in hardware circuit architecture. Designers almost always obtain the corresponding hardware circuit structure by programming an improved method flow into the hardware circuit. Thus, it cannot be said that an improvement in the process flow cannot be realized by hardware physical modules. Furthermore, nowadays, instead of manually making an integrated Circuit chip, such Programming is often implemented by "logic compiler" software, which is similar to a software compiler used in program development and writing, but the original code before compiling is also written by a specific Programming Language, which is called Hardware Description Language (HDL), and HDL is not only one but many, such as abel (advanced Boolean Expression Language), ahdl (alternate Language Description Language), traffic, pl (core unified Programming Language), HDCal, JHDL (Java Hardware Description Language), langue, Lola, HDL, laspam, hardsradware (Hardware Description Language), vhjhd (Hardware Description Language), and vhigh-Language, which are currently used in most common. It will also be apparent to those skilled in the art that hardware circuitry that implements the logical method flows can be readily obtained by merely slightly programming the method flows into an integrated circuit using the hardware description languages described above.
The controller may be implemented in any suitable manner, for example, the controller may take the form of, for example, a microprocessor or processor and a computer-readable medium storing computer-readable program code (e.g., software or firmware) executable by the (micro) processor, logic gates, switches, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a programmable logic controller, and an embedded microcontroller, examples of which include, but are not limited to, the following microcontrollers: ARC 625D, Atmel AT91SAM, Microchip PIC18F26K20, and Silicone Labs C8051F320, the memory controller may also be implemented as part of the control logic for the memory. Claims (19)

1. An infringement claim settlement method based on a block chain is applied to block chain nodes and comprises the following steps:
receiving work information and application information of works to be supervised, which are sent by terminal equipment of a copyright party, wherein the application information comprises claim settlement information agreed by the copyright party and an application institution, and the application institution performs claim settlement when the works to be supervised are infringed and used;
deploying an intelligent contract related to the claim settlement of the work to be supervised according to the application information, and storing the work information and the application information into a block chain in a correlation manner;
and if the claim settlement triggering condition meeting the intelligent contract is detected, carrying out claim settlement processing corresponding to the claim settlement information based on the intelligent contract.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the work information includes work content, and after receiving the work information and the application information of the works to be regulated, which are sent by the terminal device of the copyright side, the method further comprises:
calculating a hash value of the content of the work, and taking the hash value as a work identifier of the work to be supervised;
sending the work identification to terminal equipment of the copyright party and sending the work identification to terminal equipment of a third party organization user, wherein the third party organization comprises the insurance application organization and a designated organization for infringement judgment;
after the intelligent contract related to the claim settlement of the to-be-supervised work is deployed according to the insurable information, the method further comprises the following steps:
determining a contract identification of the intelligent contract;
and performing association recording on the work identification and the contract identification to obtain association recording information.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the application information includes an application term, and if it is detected that a claim settlement trigger condition of the intelligent contract is met, the claim settlement processing corresponding to the claim settlement information is performed based on the intelligent contract, including:
if a claim settlement request sent by the terminal equipment of the copyright party or the terminal equipment of the third-party institution user is received and the current time is detected not to exceed the guarantee period, determining that the triggering condition of the intelligent contract is met;
acquiring associated contract identifications in the associated recording information according to the work identifications included in the claim settlement request;
and calling the intelligent contract corresponding to the acquired contract identification, and performing claim settlement processing corresponding to the claim settlement information based on the intelligent contract.
4. The method of claim 2, the saving the association of the work information and the application information into a blockchain, comprising:
performing associated recording on the work information, the application information and the work identification, and taking the recorded information as the supervision information of the work to be supervised;
and saving the supervision information to a block chain.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
receiving the work identification and infringement evidence information of the work to be supervised, which are sent by the terminal equipment of the copyright party;
and storing the product identification of the to-be-supervised product and the infringement evidence information into the block chain in an associated manner.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
receiving a work query request sent by terminal equipment of a third party organization user, wherein the work query request comprises a work identifier of a work to be queried;
acquiring corresponding supervision information and/or infringement evidence information in the block chain according to the work identification of the work to be inquired;
and sending inquiry response data to the terminal equipment of the third-party institution user according to the acquired supervision information and/or the infringement evidence information.
7. The method of any of claims 1-6, the deploying, according to the application information, an intelligent contract related to a claim for the work to be regulated, comprising:
sending the insurance application information to the terminal equipment of the insurance application mechanism user;
and if the confirmation information sent by the terminal equipment of the insurance application mechanism user is received, deploying the intelligent contract related to the claim settlement of the to-be-supervised work according to the insurance application information.
8. A block chain-based infringement claim settlement method is applied to terminal equipment of a copyright side, and comprises the following steps:
responding to a work processing request of a copyright party, and acquiring work information and application information of a work to be supervised, wherein the application information comprises claim settlement information agreed by the copyright party and an application institution and used for claim settlement by the application institution when the work to be supervised is infringed;
and sending the work information and the application information to block chain nodes so that the block chain nodes deploy intelligent contracts related to the claims of the works to be supervised according to the application information, and when detecting that a claim trigger condition of the intelligent contracts is met, performing claim processing corresponding to the claim information based on the intelligent contracts.
9. The method of claim 8, after sending the work information and the application information to a blockchain node, further comprising:
receiving the product identification of the to-be-supervised product sent by the blockchain node; and the number of the first and second groups,
responding to a claim processing request of the copyright party, and sending a claim processing request to the block chain nodes according to the work identification included in the claim processing request, so that the block chain nodes perform claim processing corresponding to the claim information based on the intelligent contract.
10. The method of claim 9, after receiving the work identifier of the work to be supervised, sent by the blockchain node, further comprising:
responding to an infringement processing request of the copyright party, wherein the infringement processing request comprises a work identification and infringement evidence information of the work to be supervised;
and sending the work identification of the work to be supervised and the infringement evidence information to the block chain nodes, so that the block chain nodes store the work identification of the work to be supervised and the infringement evidence information in the block chain in an associated manner.
11. An infringement claim settlement device based on a block chain, applied to a block chain node, comprises:
the system comprises a receiving module, a monitoring module and a monitoring module, wherein the receiving module receives the works information and the application information of works to be monitored, which are sent by terminal equipment of a copyright party, wherein the application information comprises the claim settlement information which is agreed by the copyright party and an application and protection organization and is used for settling the claims by the application and protection organization when the works to be monitored are infringed;
the deployment module is used for deploying the intelligent contract related to the work to be supervised according to the insuring information;
the storage module is used for storing the work information and the application information into a block chain in an associated manner;
and the processing module is used for processing the claim settlement corresponding to the claim settlement information based on the intelligent contract if the claim settlement triggering condition meeting the intelligent contract is detected.
12. The apparatus of claim 11, the work information comprising work content, the apparatus further comprising: the device comprises a calculation module, a sending module and a recording module;
the calculation module is used for calculating the hash value of the content of the work after the receiving module receives the work information and the application information of the work to be supervised, which are sent by the terminal equipment of the copyright party, and taking the hash value as the work identification of the work to be supervised;
the sending module is used for sending the work identification to the terminal equipment of the copyright party and sending the work identification to the terminal equipment of a third party organization user, wherein the third party organization comprises the insurance application organization and a designated organization for infringement judgment;
the recording module is used for determining contract identification of the intelligent contract after the deployment module deploys the intelligent contract related to the work to be supervised according to the insurable information; and the number of the first and second groups,
and performing association recording on the work identification and the contract identification to obtain association recording information.
13. The apparatus of claim 12, the application information comprising an application deadline;
the processing module is used for determining that the triggering condition of the intelligent contract is met if a claim settlement request sent by the terminal equipment of the copyright party or the terminal equipment of the third-party institution user is received and the current time is detected not to exceed the guarantee period; and the number of the first and second groups,
acquiring associated contract identifications in the associated recording information according to the work identifications included in the claim settlement request;
and calling the intelligent contract corresponding to the acquired contract identification, and performing claim settlement processing corresponding to the claim settlement information based on the intelligent contract.
14. An infringement claim settlement device based on a block chain is applied to terminal equipment of a copyright side, and comprises the following components:
the acquisition module is used for responding to a work processing request of a copyright party and acquiring work information and application information of a work to be supervised, wherein the application information comprises claim settlement information agreed by the copyright party and an application and protection organization and used for claim settlement by the application and protection organization when the work to be supervised is infringed and used;
and the sending module is used for sending the work information and the application information to block chain nodes so as to enable the block chain nodes to deploy intelligent contracts related to the works to be supervised according to the application information, and when detecting that a claim trigger condition of the intelligent contracts is met, carrying out claim processing corresponding to the claim information based on the intelligent contracts.
15. The apparatus of claim 14, further comprising: a receiving module;
the receiving module is used for receiving the product identification of the to-be-supervised product sent by the blockchain node after the sending module sends the product information and the application information to the blockchain node;
the sending module is further used for responding to a claim processing request of the copyright party, sending a claim settlement request to the block chain nodes according to the work identification included in the claim processing request, so that the block chain nodes perform claim settlement corresponding to the claim settlement information based on the intelligent contract.
16. A blockchain-based infringement claims device, comprising:
a processor; and the number of the first and second groups,
a memory arranged to store computer executable instructions that, when executed, cause the processor to:
receiving work information and application information of works to be supervised, which are sent by terminal equipment of a copyright party, wherein the application information comprises claim settlement information agreed by the copyright party and an application institution, and the application institution performs claim settlement when the works to be supervised are infringed and used;
deploying an intelligent contract related to the claim settlement of the work to be supervised according to the application information, and storing the work information and the application information into a block chain in a correlation manner;
and if the claim settlement triggering condition meeting the intelligent contract is detected, carrying out claim settlement processing corresponding to the claim settlement information based on the intelligent contract.
17. A blockchain-based infringement claims device, comprising:
a processor; and the number of the first and second groups,
a memory arranged to store computer executable instructions that, when executed, cause the processor to:
responding to a work processing request of a copyright party, and acquiring work information and application information of a work to be supervised, wherein the application information comprises claim settlement information agreed by the copyright party and an application institution and used for claim settlement by the application institution when the work to be supervised is infringed;
and sending the work information and the application information to block chain nodes so that the block chain nodes deploy intelligent contracts related to the claims of the works to be supervised according to the application information, and when detecting that a claim trigger condition of the intelligent contracts is met, performing claim processing corresponding to the claim information based on the intelligent contracts.
18. A storage medium storing computer-executable instructions that when executed implement the following:
receiving work information and application information of works to be supervised, which are sent by terminal equipment of a copyright party, wherein the application information comprises claim settlement information agreed by the copyright party and an application institution, and the application institution performs claim settlement when the works to be supervised are infringed and used;
deploying an intelligent contract related to the claim settlement of the work to be supervised according to the application information, and storing the work information and the application information into a block chain in a correlation manner;
and if the claim settlement triggering condition meeting the intelligent contract is detected, carrying out claim settlement processing corresponding to the claim settlement information based on the intelligent contract.
19. A storage medium storing computer-executable instructions that when executed implement the following:
