The technical solution of the present invention will be described in detail with specific examples. Several of the following embodiments may be combined with each other and some details of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments.
The embodiment of the application can be applied to the real estate industry, is used for visually displaying the service index information of the real estate business point, and is convenient for the checking and management of managers.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a first embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, the first embodiment mainly includes:
s101: and acquiring longitude and latitude coordinate information of each boundary point and each boundary point which are enclosed into the target area.
Here, the target area is an area that needs to be displayed on the visual map at present. The visual map is a map for displaying data information and geographical position information in combination. The area displayed on the visual map can be customized according to actual requirements, for example, when the visual map is applied to the house property industry, an area on the visual map can be acquired as a target area according to the actual area range responsible by a house property manager. Here, the area displayed on the visual map is surrounded by a boundary, and the boundary of the acquisition area defines the area displayed on the visual map.
S102: and judging whether the boundary points of the target area exist in the existing area or not under the condition that the existing area exists on the visual map.
In actual implementation, it is sometimes necessary to simultaneously display a plurality of areas on a visual map, the plurality of areas being independent and the plurality of areas not overlapping, intersecting, overlapping, or colliding with each other. Therefore, each time a new target area is obtained, it is required to ensure that the obtained target area is unique and does not completely or partially coincide, intersect, overlap or collide with an existing area existing on the visual map, and specifically, it is possible to determine whether the target area obtained by self-definition completely or partially coincides, intersects, overlaps or collides with an existing area existing on the visual map by determining whether boundary points located in the existing area exist in boundary points of the target area. The existing region is located in the existing region and comprises the existing region located on the boundary of the existing region and located inside the existing region enclosed by the boundary of the existing region.
S103: and when no boundary point positioned in the existing area exists in the boundary points of the target area, acquiring each real estate operation point from a database, and determining at least one real estate operation point positioned in the target area according to the longitude and latitude coordinate information of each real estate operation point and the longitude and latitude coordinate information of each boundary point of the target area.
When no boundary point in the existing region exists in the boundary points of the target region, the target region is not overlapped, crossed, overlapped or collided with the existing region existing on the visual map, and at the moment, the target region is effective and can be saved.
In order to integrate the index information of the real estate business points in the target area for display, all the real estate business points located in the target area need to be determined, and generally at least one real estate business point is located in the target area. Here, the real estate business point is a business unit for performing real estate business, and longitude and latitude coordinate information of a geographical position where the real estate business point is actually located is stored in the database as the longitude and latitude coordinate information of the real estate business point. And judging whether the real estate operation point is located in the target area according to the longitude and latitude coordinate information of each real estate operation point and the longitude and latitude coordinate information of each boundary point of the target area, so that at least one real estate operation point located in the target area is determined. The target area is located in the target area and at least comprises the target area enclosed by the target area boundary.
S104: and acquiring the index information of the at least one real estate operating point from the database, and determining the total index information of the target area according to the index information of the at least one real estate operating point.
Here, index information of all real estate businesses is stored in the database, and specifically, the index information of the real estate businesses may include: business index information, performance index information, sales index information, and the like of the real estate business site. Generally, the database is indexed by the real estate transaction points, for example, index information of each real estate transaction point can be stored by using an identification mark representing the real estate transaction point as an index. According to the real estate business points located in the region determined in step S103, the index information of at least one real estate business point in the target region may be acquired from the database, and the total index information of the target region may be determined according to the index information of at least one real estate business point in the target region. The index information of the real estate business points can be one item or multiple items, and under the condition that the index information of the real estate business points is multiple items, the corresponding target area total index information is obtained through calculation according to the index information of different real estate business points. The determined target area total index information can also be stored in a database so as to be called at any time.
S105: and displaying the target area on a visual map according to the longitude and latitude coordinate information of each boundary point, and displaying the total index information in the target area.
After the target area and the total index information of the target area are determined, the target area and the total index information of the target area need to be displayed on a visual map. The target area can be displayed on the visual map according to the longitude and latitude coordinate information of each boundary point of the target area, the boundary of the target area can be drawn on the visual map according to the longitude and latitude coordinate information of each boundary point of the target area, and in order to obtain a better display effect, the target area displayed on the visual map can be filled with appropriate colors.
For convenience of viewing, the total index information is displayed in the target area, and when there is one item of the total index information, the total index information may be directly displayed in the target area, for example, the total index information may be displayed in the target area in the form of a number, or the total index information may be displayed in the target area in a combination of a number and a name. The total index information can be directly displayed in the target area, and in order to facilitate display, an index information display sub-area can be set in the target area, and the total index information is displayed in the index information display sub-area.
When the total index information has a plurality of items, the total index information may be displayed in the form of at least one of a list, a drop-down list, clickable hyperlink characters, buttons, labels, text boxes and combined text boxes, or may be directly displayed in the form of at least one of index information names, index information types or index information numbers. Similarly, the total index information may be directly displayed in the target area, or the total index information may be displayed in the index information display sub-area.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a second embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 2, the second embodiment mainly includes:
s201: and acquiring longitude and latitude coordinate information of each boundary point which is enclosed into the target area.
Here, the target area is an area that needs to be displayed on the visual map at present. The visual map is a map for displaying data information and geographical position information in combination. For example, the image presentation and user interaction functions of the visual map can be realized based on a combined framework of HTML5 and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) by using a read library of a JavaScript language.
Specifically, each boundary point on the visual map which encloses a target area and longitude and latitude coordinate information of each boundary point can be obtained through mouse operation. For example, when the mouse performs at least one click operation on the visual map, the actual longitude and latitude coordinate information corresponding to each click operation is acquired in a manner that the mouse clicks on the visual map; the actual longitude and latitude coordinate information corresponding to the current position of the mouse moving on the visual map is obtained in a preset step length or preset time interval when the mouse moves on the visual map, and when the preset step length or the preset time interval is smaller, the set of boundary points is larger, that is, the number of the boundary points is larger, the boundary of the obtained area is smoother, and a circular or elliptical target area can be obtained under the limit condition. And the target area on the visual map can be saved by saving the longitude and latitude coordinate information of each boundary point.
Or, the longitude and latitude coordinate information of each boundary point on the visual map which encloses the target area can be directly obtained through keyboard input and other modes. Or directly acquiring longitude and latitude coordinate information of each boundary point which encloses the target area from the database, thereby acquiring the boundary points which enclose the target area. Therefore, a drawn target area can be directly copied from the database in a mode of copying longitude and latitude coordinate information of the boundary point. A target area can be modified by modifying the longitude and latitude coordinate information of at least one boundary point; or deleting a target area by deleting the longitude and latitude coordinate information of each boundary point.
When a plurality of users exist simultaneously or the same user modifies the target area, the database may use version numbers, area identifiers, and the like as identification identifiers, store the target areas generated by different users or the target areas acquired at different times by using the identification identifiers as distinction and manage the area versions, or set a version number for the visual map drawn with the target area, and store the visual map drawn with the target area and the total index information of the target area together by using the version numbers as identification identifiers.
S202: and judging whether the boundary point is positioned in the existing area or not aiming at each boundary point of the target area under the condition that the existing area exists on the visual map.
In actual implementation, whether the existing area exists on the visual map can be judged according to whether longitude and latitude coordinate information of the boundary point of the existing area is stored in the database; and whether the existing region exists on the visual map can be prompted in a mode of setting a flag bit and the like. Each existing area is defined by at least one boundary point, and the position of each existing area is represented by longitude and latitude coordinate information of each boundary point. If there is no existing area on the visual map, the process proceeds directly to step S204.
In the case where there is an existing area on the visual map, since each area on the visual map is independent and each area on the visual map cannot overlap, intersect, overlap or collide with each other, it is first necessary to determine whether the target area acquired in step S201 overlaps, intersects, overlaps or collides with the existing area.
Under the condition that only one existing area exists on the visual map, directly judging whether the target area and the existing area are overlapped, crossed, overlapped or collided; when a plurality of existing regions exist on the visual map, whether or not existing regions in which the target regions overlap, intersect, overlap, or collide exist may be sequentially determined.
Specifically, two possible embodiments may be adopted, that is, for each boundary point of the target area, whether the boundary point is located in the existing area is determined:
a: in a possible implementation mode, a ray is made by taking the boundary point as an end point, and whether the boundary of the existing area is intersected with the ray or not is judged according to the longitude and latitude coordinate information of each boundary point of the existing area; when the boundary of the existing area is intersected with the ray, recording the intersection times of the ray and the boundary of the existing area; and judging whether the times are odd numbers or even numbers, and when the times are odd numbers, locating the boundary point in the existing area.
B: in another possible implementation, a direction is set for each edge of the boundary of the existing region; aiming at each boundary point of the target area, taking the boundary point as an end point to make a ray, and judging whether the ray intersects with the boundary of the existing area according to the longitude and latitude coordinates of each boundary point of the existing area; when the ray intersects with the boundary of the existing region, determining a surrounding coefficient according to the direction of the edge intersected with the ray; determining whether the boundary point is in the existing region according to the surrounding coefficient; and if the boundary point is located in the existing area, the boundary point located in the existing area exists in the boundary point of the target area.
S203: and if the boundary point is positioned in the existing area, generating reminding information for prompting the overlapping of the target area and the existing area.
If the boundary point is located in the existing area, the boundary point located in the existing area exists in the boundary point of the target area, if the boundary point located in the existing area exists in the boundary point of the target area, the target area is proved to be overlapped, crossed, overlapped or collided with the existing area, at the moment, reminding information for prompting that the target area is overlapped with the existing area is generated, and the reminding information can be sent or displayed to a user. The latitude and longitude coordinate information of the boundary point of the target area overlapped with the existing area cannot be stored, and the latitude and longitude coordinate information of each boundary point needs to be obtained again. For example, the boundary point of the current target area and the latitude and longitude coordinate information of the boundary point may not be saved, and a prompt message of "please redraw the current area" may be generated and displayed to prompt the user to redraw the target area that is not overlapped with the existing area.
In a possible implementation manner, the respective boundary points of the plurality of target areas and the latitude and longitude coordinate information of each boundary point may also be acquired, and after the boundary points of the plurality of target areas are acquired, it is determined for each target area whether there is a boundary point located in another target area in the boundary points of the target area.
After the prompting information prompting that the target area is overlapped with the existing area is generated and sent or displayed to the user, the step S201 may be returned to, and the longitude and latitude coordinate information of each boundary point enclosing the target area is obtained again. The process may also be directly ended, for example, the visual map may be exited until next time, in a manner of mouse operation, keyboard input, database reading, or the like, longitude and latitude coordinate information of each boundary point and each boundary point on the visual map that encloses a target area are acquired.
S204: and when no boundary point positioned in the existing area exists in the boundary points of the target area, acquiring each real estate operation point from a database, and determining at least one real estate operation point positioned in the target area according to the longitude and latitude coordinate information of each real estate operation point and the longitude and latitude coordinate information of each boundary point of the target area.
Here, the location of the real estate business point is represented by using the longitude and latitude coordinate information of the real estate business point, and since each real estate business point actually exists, the longitude and latitude coordinate information of the real estate business point is the longitude and latitude coordinate information of the location where the real estate business point actually exists. The position of the target area is characterized by longitude and latitude coordinate information of boundary points of the area.
Specifically, two possible implementations are described below for determining whether the real estate transaction is located within a region.
a: aiming at each real estate operating point, according to longitude and latitude coordinate information of the real estate operating point, a ray is made by taking the real estate operating point as an end point, and whether the boundary of the target area is intersected with the ray or not is judged according to the longitude and latitude coordinate information of each boundary point of the target area; recording the number of times of intersection of the ray and the boundary of the target area when the boundary of the target area is intersected with the ray; and judging whether the times are odd numbers or even numbers, and when the times are odd numbers, the real estate business point is positioned in the target area.
b: setting a direction for each edge of the boundary of the target area; aiming at each real estate operating point, a ray is made by taking the real estate operating point as an end point, and whether the ray intersects with the boundary of the target area or not is judged according to the longitude and latitude coordinates of each boundary point of the target area; when the ray intersects with the boundary of the target area, determining a surrounding coefficient according to the direction of the edge intersected with the ray; and determining whether the real estate business point is in the target area according to the surrounding coefficient.
If the real estate transaction point is located within the target area, the real estate transaction point is determined to be a real estate transaction point located within the target area. All real estate business points located within the target area can be determined using the same method.
S205: and acquiring the index information of the at least one real estate operating point from the database, and determining the total index information of the target area according to the index information of the at least one real estate operating point.
Here, the database stores index information of each real estate transaction point, and after determining the real estate transaction points located in the area, the index information of the real estate transaction points located in the area is obtained from the database, for example, when the embodiment of the present application is specifically applied to the real estate industry, the index information of the real estate transaction points includes: the system comprises a real estate business point, a plurality of index information data, such as Gross business Volume (GMV) of new houses, second-hand house single amount of the real estate business point, second-hand house commission amount of the real estate business point, brokerage number of the supply and the like of the real estate business point, wherein the GMV is the total Volume of new houses trades of the new houses trades in a preset time period. Further, different kinds of users can acquire different items of real estate business point index information, or different kinds of users can acquire different types of real estate business point index information.
The database herein may use an external database, for example, a database in which different companies record index information of the real estate business site, or a database provided by a third party platform, through an Application Programming Interface (API), in addition to a database in which index information of the real estate business site is daily recorded. The database may be any one of commonly used databases such as Mysql and Redis, or may be a distributed database. The method can be used for establishing a background server framework for accessing and maintaining the database by combining frameworks such as SpringBoot, Quartz, JDK1.8, Mybatis, Dubble and the like, can be used for storing and reading obtained visual maps of different versions and target areas on the visual maps, can also be used for providing an API interface capable of customizing the target areas for the outside by reserving APIs, or can be used for reserving an API interface capable of inquiring index information of real estate business points or total index information of the target areas, and can also be used for reserving the API interface capable of customizing the total index calculation method.
The database can take the real estate business points as indexes and store each real estate business point and longitude and latitude coordinate information and index information corresponding to each real estate business point. Or storing each real estate operating point and the corresponding relation between each real estate operating point and the corresponding longitude and latitude coordinate information and index information thereof in any common data structure.
Here, the total index information in the calculation may be determined from the index information of each real estate operation point within the target area using a summing, averaging, variance, or the like. And under the condition that the real estate business point index information contains a plurality of index information data, respectively calculating to obtain corresponding target area total index information according to different items of real estate business point index information. For example, the total amount of new house deals performed in the preset time period in the target area can be calculated according to the total amount of new house deals performed in the preset time period in each real estate operating point in the target area.
After determining the total index information of the target area, the total index information may be further stored in the database with the target area as an index.
