Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
Currently, a large number of existing B2B (Business-to-Business) platforms mainly adopt two logistics systems, one is that the transaction platform has a self-built logistics system, and a merchant who is resident in the transaction platform only needs to use the warehousing resources provided by the transaction platform to complete the storage of the goods; another transaction platform completely has no logistics and is a pure transaction platform system for transaction control, when a logistics operation needs to be performed, merchants (including brands, distributors and the like) who are resident in the transaction platform need to be warehoused and distributed through own logistics resources (including warehouses and distribution resources) or by means of third-party special logistics mechanisms.
In the two systems, the former system may cause secondary waste of logistics resources, so that the logistics market which is partially saturated tends to be competitive with low price and low quality; the second free logistics management mode does not involve the transformation of a supply chain, so that offline business networking which belongs to the fool type in the field of fast-moving goods with low gross profit is realized, and no supply chain cost effect is brought to the society.
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a warehouse resource allocation logic according to an embodiment of the invention; the logic diagram centrally embodies the idea of coordinating and distributing the warehousing resources registered on the transaction platform according to the actual warehousing requirements of each merchant.
Firstly, when a merchant is stationed in a trading platform, self-built warehousing resources, such as different types of warehousing resources including a front warehouse, a city warehouse, a region warehouse and the like, can be registered in a database of the trading platform. Of course, the trading platform can also cooperate with the logistics agency of a third party, and the warehousing resources of the logistics agency are also incorporated into the database of the trading platform. Then, when the merchant needs to store the commodities by using the storage resources except the self-built storage resources belonging to the merchant, the self-built storage resources of other merchants or the storage resources of the logistics agency can be used for storing the commodities by resource allocation of the transaction platform, so that social storage resource allocation is realized. The warehousing resources herein may include warehouse resources and distribution logistics resources.
In addition, the trading platform can analyze and obtain the warehousing resources required by the merchants at different periods according to the sales information of each merchant who is already resident on the trading platform, such as the commodity content information of orders, the order distribution place, the delivery place and the like, and then actively push the appropriate warehousing resource information to the merchants for the merchants to select, so that the efficiency of the merchants for warehousing and distributing the commodities per se is improved.
Based on the schematic diagram of the warehousing resource allocation logic shown in fig. 1, as shown in fig. 2, it is a structural diagram of the warehousing resource allocation system provided by the embodiment of the present invention, and the structural diagram includes: the trading platform 210 is provided with a warehousing resource allocation device 230 and a database 240 for storing registered warehousing resource information, and the merchant performs information interaction with the warehousing resource allocation device 230 through the merchant client 220 to realize allocation of the registered warehousing resources by the trading platform. The warehousing resource allocation device 230 includes:
the demand acquisition module is used for acquiring information of the warehousing resources required by the merchant residing in the transaction platform within a future specified time period;
the resource matching module is used for acquiring warehousing resources matched with the warehousing requirements of the merchants from the registered warehousing resource information;
and the resource allocation module is used for executing a warehousing resource allocation process for allocating the warehousing resources to the merchants for use based on the acquired warehousing resources matched with the warehousing requirements of the merchants.
The warehousing resource information in the scheme may include, but is not limited to, information such as warehousing location (location of warehouse), warehousing quantity (warehousing volume available for warehouse), and warehousing duration.
In particular, a merchant residing in the trading platform 210 may pre-register its own self-established warehousing resources in the database 240 of the trading platform 210. The trading platform 210 may allocate the warehousing resources registered in the database 240 for the merchants to use according to the acquired information of the warehousing resources required by each merchant in a specified time period in the future. In the process of acquiring the warehousing resources matched with the warehousing requirements of the merchants from the registered warehousing resource information, the warehousing resources matched with the high probability are the warehousing resources of other merchants, so that negotiation with other merchants to which the warehousing resources belong is required in the resource allocation process to complete the warehousing resource allocation process.
Further, the demand obtaining module may include:
the first demand acquisition unit is used for receiving a warehousing resource allocation request which is submitted by a merchant and contains information of the required warehousing resources;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and the second demand acquisition unit is used for carrying out statistical analysis on historical sales information of products sold by the merchant and acquiring the information of the warehousing resources required by the merchant in a future specified time period.
Specifically, the transaction platform 210 may obtain information about the warehousing resources required by the merchant in, but not limited to, the following two ways. One way is that a merchant evaluates the warehousing resources needed by the merchant to sell the goods and determines the information of the corresponding needed warehousing resources; the warehousing resource allocation request is then submitted to the trading platform 210 through the merchant client 220 to inform the warehousing resource allocation device 230 in the trading platform 210 of the warehousing resource information required by the current merchant within a specified time period in the future. In another way, the trading platform 210 analyzes the warehouse resources required by the merchant at different periods according to the sales information of the commodities of the merchant residing in the trading platform, including the commodity content information of the order, the order delivery place, the delivery place and the like, so as to obtain the warehouse resource information required by the merchant in the future specified time period. The information of the proper warehousing resources is actively pushed to the merchants in the subsequent stage for the merchants to select, so that the efficiency of the merchants for warehousing and distribution of the commodities is improved.
Further, the warehousing resource allocation device may further include:
and the resource confirmation module is used for sending the warehousing resource information matched with the warehousing requirements of the merchant to the merchant, acquiring feedback confirmation of the merchant for using the warehousing resource, triggering the resource allocation module to execute the warehousing resource matched with the warehousing requirements of the merchant based on the acquired information, and executing the operation of allocating the warehousing resource to the warehousing resource allocation flow used by the merchant.
Specifically, in order to determine whether a merchant with a storage resource allocation demand is satisfied with the allocation of the storage resources to the merchant by the transaction platform 210, especially, in a situation that the transaction platform 210 actively allocates the storage resources under the condition that the transaction platform is suitable for the storage resource information of the merchant obtained according to the sales information analysis of the merchant, the transaction platform 210 may further ask, through the merchant client 220, whether the merchant is satisfied with the storage resources allocated to the merchant, and after the satisfaction of the merchant is determined, the allocation process of the storage resources may be started.
Further, the warehousing resource allocation device may further include: a resource registration module for, in use,
receiving a registration request of a merchant on-site platform, wherein the registration request carries self-built warehousing resource information of the merchant;
and storing the self-built warehousing resource information of the merchant in a database.
Specifically, in the registration request of the merchant on-board platform, the self-built warehousing resource information of the merchant may be carried, and the transaction platform 210 stores the self-built warehousing resource in the database for use when other merchants need to call a suitable warehousing resource on the transaction platform.
Further, the registered warehousing resources can also comprise the warehousing resources of the logistics institution bound with the transaction platform.
Specifically, for a trading platform of a pure trading platform system which only controls trading, the self-built warehousing resources of merchants can be utilized to realize the allocation of the warehousing resources among the merchants. For the transaction platform with the self-built logistics system or the transaction platform bound with the third-party professional logistics institution in a cooperative manner, the self-built warehousing resources of the merchants can be used for allocating the warehousing resources among the merchants, and the logistics system attached to the transaction platform can be used for providing the warehousing resources. The third-party logistics organization is not mainly based on the merchant to reside in the transaction platform, but can also participate in the allocation of the warehousing resources.
The technical solution of the present application is further illustrated by the following examples.
Example one
Based on the above concept of the solution for the trading platform to allocate the registered warehousing resources according to the warehousing resources required by the merchant, as shown in fig. 3, which is a flowchart of a warehousing resource allocation method according to an embodiment of the present invention, an implementation subject of the method may be the warehousing resource allocation device in the trading platform shown in fig. 2. As shown in fig. 3, the warehousing resource allocation method includes the following steps:
s310, acquiring information of the warehousing resources required by the merchant residing in the transaction platform within a specified time period in the future.
Some of the merchants residing in the trading platform have self-built logistics systems and have warehouse resources of a certain scale, for example, the size according to the warehouse scale can comprise a front warehouse, a city warehouse, a regional warehouse and the like; some of the logistics systems do not have the logistics systems of the users, and the storage and distribution of the commodities are realized through the warehousing resources of third-party logistics institutions or the warehousing resources provided by the transaction platforms.
For the former merchant, although the merchant has its own logistics system, the size is limited, and the warehouse demand of the goods cannot be completely met, for example, some regions are not provided with warehouse resources, or some regions are provided with warehouse resources but are not matched with the warehouse resources required by the merchant for selling goods in the region. For the latter kind of merchants, the warehousing resources of the third-party logistics organizations need to be relied on, even though the warehousing requirements of the merchants cannot be completely met.
For the situation, the transaction platform can timely acquire the information of the warehousing resources required by the merchants staying in the transaction platform in a future specified time period, so that the warehousing resources required by the merchants for warehousing the commodities are met as much as possible based on the warehousing information registered in the transaction platform database.
Specifically, when the information of the warehousing resources required by the merchant is obtained, the information of the warehousing resources required by the merchant can be obtained by, but not limited to, receiving the information of the warehousing resources required by the merchant actively submitted by the merchant, or obtaining the information of the warehousing resources required by the merchant actively by the transaction platform according to the historical sales information of each merchant.
And S320, acquiring warehousing resources matched with the warehousing requirements of the merchants from the registered warehousing resource information.
After the information of the warehousing resources required by the merchant in a future specified time period is acquired, the warehousing resources matched with the warehousing requirements of the merchant can be acquired from the registered warehousing resource information. These registered warehousing resources primarily include self-established warehousing resources of various merchants residing in the trading platform.
For example, after the warehousing resources of a certain merchant, which need to specify the warehousing quantity in the next quarter of the area a, are acquired, whether the warehousing resources meeting the warehousing quantity required by the merchant exist in the area a in the next quarter can be retrieved from the registered warehousing resources, and then the warehousing resources meeting the condition are taken as the warehousing resources matched with the information of the warehousing resources required by the merchant.
The obtained warehousing resources matched with the warehousing resource information required by the merchant may be self-established warehousing resources of the merchant, and may also be self-established warehousing resources of other merchants.
S330, based on the acquired warehousing resources matched with the warehousing requirements of the merchant, executing a warehousing resource allocation process for allocating the warehousing resources to the merchant for use.
For example, when the obtained warehousing resource matched with the information of the warehousing resource required by the merchant is the self-established warehousing resource of the merchant, the merchant may not be notified by default, or the merchant is notified to finish the use process of the warehousing resource by itself; when the obtained warehousing resources matched with the information of the warehousing resources required by the merchant are self-built warehousing resources of other merchants, the merchant can negotiate with the other merchants firstly, agree to allocate the warehousing resources by the other merchants, complete the delivery of the warehousing resources and inform the merchants needing the warehousing resources to complete the use process of the warehousing resources after paying the other merchants.
In an actual application scenario, the warehousing resource allocation process may not be limited to the above process, and may refer to a market routine process.
According to the warehousing resource allocation method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the registered warehousing resources in the trading platform are allocated according to the warehousing resources required by each merchant who is resident in the trading platform within a specified time period in the future, so that the warehousing requirements of each merchant are met, and the warehousing resources are utilized to the maximum extent.
Example two
As shown in fig. 4, a flow chart of a warehousing resource allocation method provided by the embodiment of the invention is shown. The method steps shown in this embodiment may be used as a specific implementation manner of the method shown in the first embodiment, and are mainly described in detail with respect to an obtaining manner of information of warehouse resources required by a merchant. As shown in fig. 4, the warehousing resource allocation method includes the following steps:
and S410, receiving a warehousing resource allocation request containing the information of the required warehousing resources submitted by the merchant.
When the merchant needs to store the commodities by using the storage resources except the self-built storage resources belonging to the merchant, the self-built storage resources of other merchants can be used for storing the commodities by resource allocation of the transaction platform, so that social storage resource allocation is realized.
Specifically, the merchant who needs to allocate and use the warehousing resources of other merchants can send the required warehousing resource information to the transaction platform in the form of a warehousing resource allocation request, and then the transaction platform matches the warehousing resource information required by the merchant to obtain the warehousing resource consistent with the warehousing resource information required by the merchant. The information of the warehouse resource needed by the merchant, such as the position, the warehouse quantity, the warehouse duration and the like of the needed warehouse resource can be clearly marked.
For example, when a certain merchant needs the warehousing resources with the specified warehousing quantity in the next quarter of the area a, a warehousing resource allocation request containing the information can be sent to the trading platform, so that the trading platform retrieves whether the area a has the warehousing resources meeting the warehousing quantity required by the merchant in the next quarter from the registered warehousing resources, and then the warehousing resources meeting the condition are taken as the warehousing resources matched with the information of the warehousing resources required by the merchant.
And S420, performing statistical analysis on historical sales information of products sold by the merchant, and acquiring information of warehousing resources required by the merchant in a future specified time period.
Specifically, the trading platform can analyze sales information of each merchant who has entered into the platform, such as commodity content information of an order, an order distribution place, a delivery place and other information, to obtain warehousing resources required by the merchant at different periods, and then actively push appropriate warehousing resource information to the merchant for the merchant to select, so that the efficiency of the merchant in warehousing and distribution of the merchant on the commodities is improved.
For example, when the trading platform counts past historical sales information of a certain merchant, and obtains warehousing resources of which the merchant needs to specify the warehousing quantity in a quarter in the future of the area a, whether the area a has the warehousing resources meeting the warehousing quantity required by the merchant in the quarter in the future can be directly searched from the registered warehousing resources, and then the warehousing resources meeting the condition are used as the warehousing resources matched with the information of the warehousing resources required by the merchant.
After the warehousing resources matched with the information of the warehousing resources required by the merchant are obtained, the information of the warehousing resources can be pushed to the merchant, and the merchant determines whether the warehousing resources need to be finally allocated through the transaction platform.
Steps S410 and S420 may be respectively used as specific implementation manners of step S310, and in an actual application scenario, the two manners may be executed separately or in combination.
S430, acquiring warehousing resources matched with the warehousing requirements of the merchants from the registered warehousing resource information;
and S440, executing a warehousing resource allocation process for allocating the warehousing resources to the merchant for use based on the acquired warehousing resources matched with the warehousing requirements of the merchant.
The contents of steps S430 to S440 are the same as those of steps S320 to S330 described above.
The method for allocating storage resources shown in this embodiment is based on the method shown in the first embodiment, and the method for acquiring storage resource information needed by a merchant is limited, so that the merchant can actively submit a storage resource allocation request of the needed storage resource information according to the needs of the merchant to enable a transaction platform to acquire the storage resource information needed by the merchant, and the transaction platform can count historical sales information of the merchant to obtain the storage resource information needed by the merchant, so that the storage resource information needed by the merchant can be acquired through multiple ways to provide resource allocation services for the merchant in time.
EXAMPLE III
As shown in fig. 5, a third flow chart of the warehouse resource allocation method according to the embodiment of the present invention is shown. The method steps shown in this embodiment may be used as a specific implementation manner of the method shown in the first embodiment, and mainly add a step of inquiring whether the merchant determines to execute resource allocation. As shown in fig. 5, the warehousing resource allocation method includes the following steps:
and S510, acquiring information of the warehousing resources required by the merchant residing in the transaction platform within a specified time period in the future.
S520, acquiring warehousing resources matched with the warehousing requirements of the merchants from the registered warehousing resource information;
the contents of steps S510 to S520 are the same as those of steps S310 to S320 described above.
S530, warehouse resource information matched with the warehouse demands of the merchants is sent to the merchants, and step S540 is executed after feedback confirmation of the merchants is obtained to use the warehouse resources.
In order to determine whether a merchant with a storage resource allocation demand is satisfied with the allocation of the storage resources to the merchant by the transaction platform, particularly, the situation of allocating the storage resources under the condition that the transaction platform actively analyzes the information of the storage resources suitable for the merchant according to the sales information of the merchant, the transaction platform is required to firstly inquire whether the merchant is satisfied with the storage resources allocated to the merchant, and the allocation flow of the storage resources can be started after the satisfaction of the merchant is determined.
Specifically, after the trading platform matches the warehousing resource information required by the merchant from the registered warehousing resource information, the warehousing resource information can be sent to the merchant client, and if the merchant confirms to use the warehousing resource and feeds back the information of using the warehousing resource to the trading platform through the merchant client, the trading platform can continue to execute the content of step S540.
And S540, based on the acquired warehousing resources matched with the warehousing requirements of the merchant, executing a warehousing resource allocation process for allocating the warehousing resources to the merchant for use.
The content of step S540 is the same as that of step S330 described above.
In the method for allocating storage resources according to the embodiment, on the basis of the method described in the first embodiment, a processing link for inquiring whether a merchant agrees to use storage resources allocated for the merchant by using a transaction platform is added, so that participation right of the merchant for allocating storage resources is increased.
Example four
Fig. 6 is a flowchart of a merchant registration method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method steps shown in this embodiment may be used as supplementary method processes in the application scenario of the merchant residing on the trading platform in the above method embodiments. As shown in fig. 6, the merchant registration method includes the following steps:
s610, receiving a registration request of a merchant on-site platform, wherein the registration request carries self-built warehousing resource information of the merchant;
and S620, storing the self-built warehousing resource information of the merchant in a database.
Specifically, the self-built warehousing resource information of the merchant can be carried in the registration request of the merchant on the platform, and the transaction platform stores the self-built warehousing resource in the database for use when other merchants need to call the appropriate warehousing resource on the transaction platform.
When the merchant submits the self-built warehousing resource information, the warehousing position, the warehousing quantity (available quantity) and the warehousing duration of the warehousing resource can be noted, so that the transaction platform can be matched with the appropriate warehousing resource quickly when the warehousing resource is allocated to other merchants for use.
It should be noted that, in all the above method embodiments, the registered warehousing resources involved may also include the warehousing resources of the logistics agency bound to the transaction platform. Therefore, the distributable warehousing resources in the trading platform can be enlarged, and the social warehousing resources are utilized to the maximum extent.
The storage resource allocation method disclosed by the scheme can optimize and utilize the storage resources in the society, provide storage services for merchants needing but lacking the self-built storage resources, and bring new business opportunities for the merchants with the self-built storage resources left unused.
