Abstract

The invention provides a light shield and a display device using the same. The light shield includes three side plates, a plurality of fasteners, and two connectors. The first end of the first side plate is provided with a first matching part, the first end of the second side plate is provided with a second matching part, and the two ends of the third side plate are respectively provided with a third matching part. The fasteners are used for fixing the three side plates to the periphery of the shell of the display screen respectively. Every connecting piece includes first plate body, second plate body and interval arch, and the interval arch sets up in the junction of buckling of first plate body and second plate body and to the inboard protrusion of connecting piece, and the inboard of first plate body is equipped with first sliding part, and the inboard of second plate body is equipped with the second sliding part. Background
The light shield is used on the display, so that the interference of an external light source to the color of a displayed image can be reduced, and the color of the display is ensured to be basically consistent when the color of the display is seen under a standard light source. For ordinary office users, the brightness of the display can be properly reduced after the light shield is used, and the purpose of protecting eyesight is achieved. In addition, the light shield can also play a role in preventing peeping, and ensures that the content displayed on the display is not easy to be peeped by other people. Accordingly, display shades are necessary for professionals in many industries and are becoming an important configuration for medium to high end professional displays.
The present lens hood product design is mostly assembled with magnetic attraction or binding belt structures, the cost is higher, the structural design is also more complex, and the lens hood product does not meet the requirements of customers.

Preferably, the spacing protrusion of one of the two connecting pieces is used for abutting against the joint of the first side plate and the third side plate, and the spacing protrusion of the other of the two connecting pieces is used for abutting against the joint of the second side plate and the third side plate.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the light shielding cover 100 of the present invention is used for shielding the display screen 90 from the ambient light, the light shielding cover 100 includes a first side plate 1 and a second side plate 2 which are oppositely disposed, and a third side plate 3 disposed between the first side plate 1 and the second side plate 2, one end of the third side plate 3 is adjacent to the first end of the first side plate 1, the other end of the third side plate 3 is adjacent to the first end of the second side plate 2, and the first side plate 1, the second side plate 2, and the third side plate 3 respectively have opposite inner side edges and outer side edges. The light shield 100 further includes a plurality of fasteners 4 and two connectors 5.
The inner side edges of the first side plate 1, the second side plate 2 and the third side plate 3 are respectively provided with a plurality of mounting holes 10, the first end of the first side plate 1 is provided with a first matching portion 11, the first end of the second side plate 2 is provided with a second matching portion 21, and the two ends of the third side plate 3 are respectively provided with third matching portions 31 and 32.
The plurality of fasteners 4 are used to fasten the first side plate 1, the second side plate 2 and the third side plate 3 to the housing periphery 91 of the display screen 90 through the plurality of mounting holes 10, respectively. In an embodiment, the fasteners 4 are rivets, so that the first side plate 1, the second side plate 2 and the third side plate 3 are respectively riveted to the housing periphery 91 of the display screen 90, but the invention is not limited thereto.
Each connecting piece 5 comprises a first plate body 51, a second plate body 52 and a spacing protrusion 53, the first plate body 51 is connected with the second plate body 52 in a bending mode, the spacing protrusion 53 is arranged at the bending connection position of the first plate body 51 and the second plate body 52 and protrudes towards the inner side of the connecting piece, a first sliding portion 54 is arranged on the inner side of the first plate body 51, and a second sliding portion 55 is arranged on the inner side of the second plate body 52. Preferably, the first sliding portion 54 is located on one side of the first plate 51 away from the spacing protrusion 53, and the second sliding portion 55 is located on one side of the second plate 52 away from the spacing protrusion 53.

The third fitting portions 31, 32 have a stopping portion 310 at an end of the outer edge 301 thereof away from the third side plate 3, the stopping portion 310 being configured to stop sliding of the first sliding portion 54 or the second sliding portion 55 corresponding to the third fitting portions 31, 32.
Preferably, the third mating portions 31, 32 extend inwardly from an outer side edge 301 of the third side panel 3 and do not reach an inner side edge 302 of the third side panel 3.
In an embodiment, the first sliding portion 54 and the second sliding portion 55 are equal in length along their respective extension directions. Preferably, the lengths of the first, second and third fitting portions 11, 21, 31, 32 in their respective extending directions are equal. Further, the length of the first sliding portion 54 in the extending direction thereof is equal to the length of the third fitting portions 31, 32 in the extending direction thereof. So, two connecting pieces 5 can be general, need not distinguish about, are more convenient for prepare material and reduction in production cost.
In practical application, the first side plate 1 and the second side plate 2 can be wing plates with the same shape and symmetrical left and right, and the main body shape can be a rectangle or a polygon with a wide top and a narrow bottom; the third side plate 3 may be a rectangular top plate or a top plate having a rectangular main body and a forward-protruding arc-shaped middle portion.
In one embodiment, one of the first engaging portion 11 and the first sliding portion 54 connected thereto is a groove, and the other of the first engaging portion and the first sliding portion is a protrusion; one of the second matching part 21 and the second sliding part 55 connected with it is a groove, and the other one is a convex strip; one of the third matching part 31 at one end of the third side plate 3 and the second sliding part 55 connected with the third matching part is a groove, and the other one of the third matching part 31 and the second sliding part is a convex strip; one of the third matching portion 32 at the other end of the third side plate 3 and the first sliding portion 54 connected thereto is a groove, and the other of the third matching portion and the first sliding portion is a protrusion.
Preferably, the first, second and third engagement portions 11, 21, 31, 32 are grooves, and the first and second sliding portions 54, 55 are ribs. Or the first matching part, the second matching part and the third matching part are convex strips, and the first sliding part and the second sliding part are grooves. The cross section of the convex strip can be rectangular or trapezoidal, and the groove is matched with the shape of the convex strip and can slide relatively.
In one embodiment, the spacing protrusion 53 of one of the two connectors 5 (the connector on the left side in fig. 1) is configured to abut against the intersection of the first side panel 1 and the third side panel 3, and the spacing protrusion 53 of the other of the two connectors 5 (the connector on the right side in fig. 1) is configured to abut against the intersection of the second side panel 2 and the third side panel 3. The spacing protrusion 53 disposed on the inner side of the connecting member 5 is used to support the joint of the third side plate and the first side plate (or the second side plate), so that the connecting member can more stably fix the two side plates.
The present invention also provides a display device using a light shield, comprising a display screen 90 and the light shield 100 as described in any of the above embodiments.
In practical applications, the first side plate 1 and the second side plate 2 of the light shielding cover 100 are respectively installed and fixed on the left and right sides of the display screen 90, and the third side plate 3 is installed and fixed on the upper side of the display screen 90. After the installation, the extending directions of the first engaging portion 11 on the first side plate 1, the second engaging portion 21 on the second side plate 2 and the third engaging portions 31 and 32 on the third side plate 3 are all parallel to the normal direction of the display surface of the display screen 90. Taking the first, second and third engaging portions 11, 21, 31 and 32 as grooves as an example, the first sliding portion 54 and the second sliding portion 55 on the connecting member 5 are convex strips which can slide corresponding to the grooves, and a stopping portion 310 is provided in the groove to fix the connecting member 5 at the connecting position of two adjacent side plates in a sliding manner.
According to the light shield and the display device applying the light shield, the light shield side plate is assembled through the fasteners such as the rivets, the corner part of the side plate is assembled by utilizing the clamping groove sliding structure, the structure is practical, the assembly is convenient, the production cost is low, and the popularization of the display light shield is facilitated.

The light shield of claim 1, wherein one of the first engaging portion and the first sliding portion connected thereto is a groove, and the other of the first engaging portion and the first sliding portion is a protrusion; one of the second matching part and the second sliding part connected with the second matching part is a groove, and the other one of the second matching part and the second sliding part is a convex strip; one of the third matching part at one end of the third side plate and the second sliding part connected with the third matching part is a groove, and the other of the third matching part and the second sliding part is a convex strip; one of the third matching part at the other end of the third side plate and the first sliding part connected with the third matching part is a groove, and the other one of the third matching part and the first sliding part is a convex strip.

The light shield of claim 6, wherein the first, second and third engaging portions are grooves, and the first and second sliding portions are ribs; or the first matching part, the second matching part and the third matching part are convex strips, and the first sliding part and the second sliding part are grooves.

The shade of claim 1, wherein the spacer protrusion of one of the two connectors is configured to abut against a junction of the first side plate and the third side plate, and the spacer protrusion of the other of the two connectors is configured to abut against a junction of the second side plate and the third side plate.
9. The light shield of claim 1, wherein the fastener is a rivet, such that the first side plate, the second side plate and the third side plate are respectively riveted to a periphery of the housing of the display screen.
10. A display device using a light shield, characterized in that the display device comprises a display screen and a light shield as claimed in any one of claims 1-9.
