Abstract

Meanwhile, the frame body wraps the edges of the backboard, the edges of the panel and the plastic parts, so that the backboard, the panel and the plastic parts are protected; and, the framework with reserve the clearance that is used for holding flexible circuit board between the plastic piece, the plastic piece that the deflection is little is difficult for taking place deformation and extrudees the flexible circuit board in the clearance when supporting the panel, avoids causing the damage to the flexible circuit board.

In addition, the frame 6 arranged outside the flexible circuit board 4 can cover the flexible circuit board 4 inside to play a role of protection, and the flexible circuit board 40 is prevented from being damaged.
The following details of the implementation of the backlight module 10 of the present embodiment are specifically described, and the following details are provided only for facilitating understanding, and are not necessary for implementing the present embodiment.
Specifically, the plastic member 5 includes a main body portion 51 and an extension portion 52 extending from the main body portion 51 in a bending manner, wherein the main body portion 51 is disposed on an edge of the panel 3 and spaced from the edge of the panel 3, the extension portion 52 extends toward the panel 3 and abuts against the edge of the panel 3, and the extension portion 52 supports the edge of the panel 3, so that the panel 3 does not move in position and the stability of the overall structure of the backlight module 10 is not affected.
Further, the extension portion 52 is provided with a protrusion 521 extending toward a side far from the back plate 1, the extending direction of the protrusion 521 is perpendicular to the panel 3, and the side edge of the protrusion 521 abuts against the edge of the panel 3, and the protrusion 521 gives the panel 3 supporting force in a direction perpendicular to the extending direction (the vertical direction shown in fig. 2) itself (the horizontal direction shown in fig. 2), so that the panel 3 does not undergo position movement, and the stability of the overall structure of the backlight module 10 is better.
Specifically, the extending portion 52 extends away from the edge of the main body portion 51 to be folded toward the light guide plate 2 and is pressed against the light guide plate 2. By this arrangement, the extension 52 can press the light guide plate 2 and fix the light guide plate 2.
In this embodiment, the side of the back plate 1 near the plastic part 5 is bent towards the main body 51 to form a flange 12, and the flange 12 can be used for carrying a light source (such as an LED light bar). The flange 12 protrudes towards the main body 51 to form a positioning flange 11, the main body 51 is provided with an opening 510, and the positioning flange 11 extends into the opening 510. In the present embodiment, the flange 11 encloses the through hole 110 penetrating the flange 12, and the frame 6 is provided with a plurality of holes 61, so that the back plate 1, the plastic member 5, and the frame 6 can be fixed by screwing the through hole 110 enclosed by the flange 11 and the through hole 61 provided in the frame 6 from the main body 51 side by screws, rivets, or the like. In this embodiment, the number of the openings 61 is the same as that of the through holes 110, and the openings are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence. It should be noted that the number of the positioning flanges 11 may be set to be plural, and there is no particular limitation here.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the body 51 is provided with a reinforcing rib 511, the reinforcing rib 511 is located on a side of the body 51 away from the panel 3, and the reinforcing rib 511 is located adjacent to an edge of the opening 510. The provision of the reinforcing ribs 510 is advantageous for increasing the structural strength of the plastic part 5, so that the plastic part structure is stronger. It should be noted that, the number of the ribs 511 at the edge of each opening 510 may be two, three, four or more, and is not particularly limited. The reinforcing ribs are multiple, so that the structural strength of the plastic part 5 can be further improved. In addition, the reinforcing ribs 511 are symmetrically disposed around the edge of the opening 510. The reinforcing ribs 511 are symmetrically arranged, so that stability and balance of the structure of the plastic part 5 are facilitated.
Preferably, the frame 6 may be an aluminum pressing member. The aluminum casting die has simple manufacturing process and good heat conduction effect, and can radiate heat for the light source. Specifically, the aluminum pressing piece can be an aluminum extruded section, and certain structural strength can be guaranteed due to the aluminum extruded section, so that the aluminum pressing piece is not easy to deform, and therefore the aluminum pressing piece can play a good role in protecting the edge of the back plate 4, the edge of the face plate 1 and the plastic part 7 which are coated in the aluminum pressing piece. In other embodiments, the frame 6 may be made of plastic, and the plastic has a small deformation amount and good fixation, so that the edge of the back plate 4, the edge of the face plate 1, and the structure of the plastic 7 covered with the frame are not affected by external compression deformation, and the frame can be well protected.
In addition, the backlight module 10 further includes a rigid circuit board 7 disposed on a side of the back plate 1 away from the light guide plate 2, and the rigid circuit board 7 is connected to the panel 3 through the flexible circuit board 4.
In the present embodiment, the plastic member 5 is made of a light-impermeable material. The plastic member 5 is made of a light-tight material, so that light emitted by a light source (not shown) and not guided into the light guide plate 2 can be shielded, light leakage phenomenon is avoided, and performance of the backlight module 10 is improved. Preferably, the plastic member 5 is made of a black opaque material, so that light emitted by the light source and not guided into the light guide plate 2 can be absorbed, and the light leakage phenomenon can be better avoided.
It will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that the foregoing embodiments are specific examples of carrying out the invention and that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
Claims (7)
1. 4. A backlight module according to claim 2, wherein the main body portion is provided with a reinforcing rib, the reinforcing rib is located on a side of the main body portion facing away from the panel, and the reinforcing rib is located adjacent to an edge of the opening.
5. A backlight module according to claim 1, wherein the frame is an aluminum press.
6. A backlight module according to claim 5, further comprising a rigid circuit board disposed on a side of the back plate away from the light guide plate, the rigid circuit board being connected to the panel through the flexible circuit board.
7. A backlight module according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the plastic member is made of a light-impermeable material.
