Background
The conventional drying method for the plate materials is generally to perform batch drying through a building type drying chamber, that is, the plate materials are stacked on a shelf of the drying chamber and then dried. The traditional building type plate drying chamber and the plate drying method have the following defects of insufficient flexibility; if only a small amount of plates, even one or two plates, need to be dried, the building type drying chamber consumes a large amount of energy and is not worth paying; secondly, the efficiency is low; because the building type drying chamber has large space and is processed in batch, the drying time is longer to ensure the drying quality of most plates; thirdly, the uniformity of drying is not good; due to the stacking of the plates, the plates cannot be uniformly dried, the plates close to a heat source are high in dryness, the plates far away from the heat source are low in dryness, and for a single plate, the dryness of an exposed surface is high and the dryness of a hidden surface is low; and fourthly, the drying chamber is required to be moved in and out, which wastes time and labor.
Therefore, it is desirable to provide a drying apparatus with high flexibility, uniform drying, high efficiency and convenient use.

The drying cavities 61 each include a first side plate 611, a second side plate 612 and two third side plates 613, the second side plate 612 is formed by an electric expansion plate, and the height of the second side plate 612 is smaller than that of the first side plate 611 and the third side plates 613, so that the second turnover structure 7 can conveniently push the plate out of the drying cavities 61, and a plurality of electric heating wires are arranged in each side plate and the bottom plate of the drying cavities 61.
Referring to fig. 1, the second turnover structure 7 includes a third rotating shaft 71, one end of the third rotating shaft 71 is connected to the fourth motor through a bearing of a side plate of the drying box 3, the other end of the third rotating shaft is fixedly connected to a second rotating handle 72, one end of the second rotating handle 72 is fixedly connected to a second turnover plate 73, and the second turnover plate 73 is arranged in a vertical direction.
The drying structure 6 is positioned between the first conveyer belt 1 and the second conveyer belt 2, one end of the drying structure is slightly lower than the first conveyer belt 1, and the bottom plate of the drying cavity 61 at the other end of the drying structure is flush with the second conveyer belt 2.

The working principle and the process are as follows: the plate is conveyed into the drying box 3 by the first conveying belt 1 until the plate reaches the edge of the port of the first conveying belt, the first motor rotates, the first rotating shaft 41 rotates to drive the driving wheel 42 to rotate, the driving belt 43 is continuously pulled, so that one end of the movable rod 45 swings up and down to drive the lower pressing plate 45 on the movable rod to reciprocate up and down, when the lower pressing plate 45 moves down, the suspended edge of the plate is pressed, one end of the plate presses down and one end tilts up, meanwhile, the first turnover plate 58 just pushes the plate to enable the plate to fall into the drying cavity 61, heat is generated in the drying cavity 61 by an electric heating wire to achieve the drying effect, the plate is uniformly dried in the drying cavity 61 until the drying cavity 61 reaches the port of the second conveying belt 2, the fourth motor rotates to drive the third rotating shaft 71 to rotate, the third rotating shaft 71 drives the second rotating handle 72 to rotate, so as to drive the second turnover plate 73 to rotate anticlockwise, the plate is pushed from the upper part of the second side plate 612 in the process of rotating the second turnover plate 73, so that the plate obtains enough thrust and falls onto the second conveyor belt 2, and then the plate is conveyed to other operation places by the second conveyor belt;
the motion process of the first turnover structure 5 is as follows: the second motor rotates to drive the first rotating handle 51 to rotate, so that the second fixing rod 52 on the first rotating handle drives the first rocker 53, the second rocker 54 and the connecting rod 55 to rock, and the first turnover plate reciprocates in the anticlockwise direction under the action of the connecting block 57.
