Abstract
The invention relates to a part of a hydraulic hoist oil cylinder, in particular to a waterproof sealing rack which comprises an embedded rail welding part and a rack fixedly arranged on the embedded rail welding part, wherein a sealing ring group is arranged between the rack and the embedded rail welding part and is arranged in the circumferential direction of the bottom of the rack. The waterproof sealing rack is used for supporting and installing the oil cylinder of the hydraulic hoist and has the functions of sealing and waterproofing; a manhole cover is arranged, so that engineering maintenance is convenient; an automatic exhaust device and a water pressure meter are arranged, so that the equipment is safe and reliable to operate; but also has the characteristic of collecting oil and water in a centralized way.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a component of a hydraulic hoist oil cylinder, in particular to a waterproof sealing rack.
Background
The hydraulic hoist generally comprises a hydraulic system and a hydraulic cylinder. Further, the sealing ring group comprises a first sealing ring and a second sealing ring which are arranged in a biased mode, and the first sealing ring and the second sealing ring are matched with the bolts which are arranged in an intensive mode, so that a good sealing effect is achieved between the machine frame and the embedded part rail welding piece.
Further, a third sealing ring is arranged between the rack and the oil cylinder, namely, the joint of the center of the bottom of the rack and the oil cylinder is fixedly sealed by bolts and the sealing ring, so that the rack and the oil cylinder have a sealing and waterproof effect.
Furthermore, an automatic exhaust device is arranged on the rack and comprises an eccentric half-ball valve which is arranged in a penetrating way with the rack, and the other end of the eccentric half-ball valve is connected with an exhaust valve; the eccentric half ball valve and the exhaust valve are connected and then welded on a flange of a bottom plate of the frame, and the arranged automatic exhaust device provides safe reliability for the operation of equipment.
Further, a plurality of vertical partition plates are uniformly arranged on the bottom plate of the rack, and an oil-water collecting region is formed between every two adjacent partition plates; independent spaces are formed among the partition plates of the rack, and the rack has the function of collecting oil and water in a centralized manner under special working conditions.
Further, a manhole cover is arranged on the machine frame, a fourth sealing ring is arranged between the manhole cover and the machine frame, and a water pressure meter is arranged on the manhole cover; the manhole cover of setting provides convenience for the maintenance of equipment in the future, and the hydromanometer of setting provides fail-safe nature for the operation of equipment.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the waterproof sealing rack is used for supporting and installing the oil cylinder of the hydraulic hoist and has the functions of sealing and waterproofing; a manhole cover is arranged, so that engineering maintenance is convenient; an automatic exhaust device and a water pressure meter are arranged, so that the equipment is safe and reliable to operate; but also has the characteristic of collecting oil and water in a centralized way.

As shown in fig. 1, the waterproof sealing machine frame provided by the invention is used for supporting and installing an oil cylinder of a hydraulic hoist, and comprises an embedded rail welding piece 3 and a machine frame 2 fixedly installed on the embedded rail welding piece 3, wherein the machine frame 2 and the embedded rail welding piece 3 are connected by bolts and nuts, the bolts are arranged on the outer ring of the machine frame 2 in a surrounding densely distributed manner, a sealing ring group 1 is arranged between the machine frame 2 and the embedded rail welding piece 3, and the sealing ring group 1 is arranged in the circumferential direction of the bottom of the machine frame 2.
As shown in fig. 3, the sealing ring set 1 includes a first sealing ring 11 and a second sealing ring 12 which are arranged in an offset manner, and the first sealing ring 11 and the second sealing ring 12 are matched with densely arranged bolts, so that a good sealing effect is obtained between the machine frame 2 and the embedded rail welding part 3.
As shown in fig. 1, a third sealing ring 8 is arranged between the frame 2 and the oil cylinder, that is, the joint between the center of the bottom of the frame 2 and the oil cylinder is also fixed and sealed by bolts and sealing rings, so that the frame 2 and the oil cylinder have a sealing and waterproof effect.
An automatic exhaust device is arranged on the frame 2, the automatic exhaust device comprises an eccentric half-ball valve 7 which is arranged in a penetrating way with the frame 2, and the other end of the eccentric half-ball valve 7 is connected with an exhaust valve 6; the eccentric half ball valve 7 and the exhaust valve 6 are connected and then welded on a flange of a bottom plate of the frame 2, and the arranged automatic exhaust device provides safe reliability for the operation of equipment.
A plurality of vertical partition plates 4 are uniformly arranged on a bottom plate of the frame 2, and an oil-water collecting region is formed between every two adjacent partition plates 4; independent spaces are formed among the partition plates 4 of the frame 2, and the oil-water collecting device has the function of collecting oil-water in a centralized mode under special working conditions.
As shown in fig. 1-2, a manhole cover 10 is arranged on the frame 2, a fourth sealing ring 9 is arranged between the manhole cover 10 and the frame 2, and a water pressure gauge 5 is arranged on the manhole cover 10; the arranged manhole cover 10 provides convenience for maintenance and overhaul of equipment in the future, and the arranged water pressure meter 5 provides safety and reliability for operation of the equipment.
