The invention discloses a kitchen waste pulverizer which comprises a shell component, a bin gate component, a sterilization component, a charging component, a flushing component, two groups of hob components, a millstone component, a slag collecting box, a slag discharging component, a vacuum machine, a power component and a control component. The invention has strong function, high degree of automation, can treat both the hard bone shell garbage and the hair fiber garbage, has wide application range, and can be applied to household, commercial and factory; after the crushing work is finished, the sterilizing assembly can be used for sterilizing, so that bacteria in the machine can be killed; the powdery garbage can be used for composting and fermenting, organic matters in the powdery garbage are deeply utilized, and the powdery garbage with small quantity can be directly connected with a sewer pipe through a slag discharge port to be discharged into the sewer pipe; the design of the suspension component can reduce the vibration and impact during breakage and grinding, and improve the stability of the whole machine.

Background

The power assembly drives the two groups of hob assemblies and the millstone assembly to rotate forward, reversely and stop according to the control of the control assembly, and the two groups of hob assemblies rotate oppositely.
In one embodiment, the kitchen waste pulverizer further comprises a suspension assembly, and the two groups of hob assemblies, the millstone assembly and the power assembly are respectively suspended in the shell assembly in an elastic connection mode through the suspension assembly.

In one embodiment, a third electromagnetic valve is arranged at the slag discharging port of the slag discharging assembly and is connected with the control assembly.
The invention has the advantages and beneficial effects that:
1. the hob assembly, the millstone assembly, the vacuum machine and the flushing assembly are designed, so that the function of garbage treatment is strong, and both the hard bone shell garbage and the hair fiber garbage can be treated; the design of the control assembly, the first electromagnetic valve, the second electromagnetic valve, the third electromagnetic valve and the weight sensor is high in automation degree; the invention has wide application range and can be applied to household, commercial and factory.
2. After the crushing work is finished, the sterilizing assembly can be used for sterilizing, so that bacteria in the machine can be killed.
3. The invention pulverizes the garbage into powder, the powder garbage can be used for composting and fermentation, and the organic matters in the garbage can be deeply utilized; the small amount of powdery garbage can be directly connected with a sewer pipe through a slag discharging port, and the powdery garbage is discharged into the sewer pipe.
4. According to the invention, due to the design of the suspension assembly, the two groups of hob assemblies, the millstone assembly and the power assembly are respectively suspended in the shell assembly in an elastic connection mode through the suspension assembly, so that vibration and impact during breakage and grinding are reduced, and the stability of the whole machine is improved.

The millstone assembly 7 is arranged on top of the slag collecting box 8 and is communicated with the slag collecting box 8. The flushing assembly 5 is disposed within the housing assembly 1 above a corresponding hob assembly 6. The charging assembly 4 is disposed within the housing assembly 1 below the corresponding bin gate assembly 2, and the charging assembly 4 is above the flushing assembly 5. The sterilization assembly 3 is arranged above the top corresponding charging assembly 4 in the shell assembly 1. The vacuum machine 10 is disposed at a lower portion within the housing assembly 1. The air inlet of the vacuum machine 10 is communicated with the interior of the slag discharging assembly 9, and the air outlet of the vacuum machine 10 is communicated with the outside. The power assembly 11 is arranged in the shell assembly 1 and is respectively connected with the two groups of hob assemblies 6 and the millstone assembly 7 to provide power for the two groups of hob assemblies 6 and the millstone assembly 7.
Wherein, the control assembly 12 is respectively connected with the feeding assembly 4, the vacuum machine 10, the flushing assembly 5, the power assembly 11 and the sterilization assembly 3.
Specifically, the power assembly 11 drives the two hob assemblies 6 and the millstone assembly 7 to rotate forward, reversely and stop according to the control of the control assembly 12, and the two hob assemblies 6 rotate in opposite directions.

The working principle and the working process of the invention
Kitchen waste is added from the bin gate assembly 2, is firstly accumulated in the automatic hopper 41 of the feeding assembly 4, and is closed after the automatic hopper 41 is fully filled, so that the working safety is ensured. The first electromagnetic valve 42 at the bottom discharge hole 43 of the automatic hopper 41 is opened, and kitchen waste is continuously fed into the hob assembly 6. The two groups of hob assemblies 6 rotate oppositely to break hard garbage such as big bones, shells, crab shells and oyster shells in kitchen garbage into small garbage with a certain particle size, and the small garbage in kitchen garbage directly passes through gaps between the two groups of hob assemblies 6 and then falls into the grinding disc assembly 7 below. The millstone assembly 7 further pulverizes the small particle waste, hair fibers, etc. into powder, and the powder waste falls into the slag box 8 and is collected in the slag box 8. At the same time, the vacuum machine 10 starts to work, and the air in the slag discharging assembly 9 is pumped away to form vacuum. After the powder garbage in the slag collecting box 8 reaches a certain amount, the control component 12 automatically opens the second electromagnetic valve 82 according to the weight data transmitted by the weight sensor 83, the slag collecting box 8 is unloaded, the flushing component 5 is flushed, the powder garbage is all sucked into the slag discharging component 9 under the action of atmospheric pressure, and the third electromagnetic valve 92 is opened to discharge from the slag discharging port 91.
