Abstract
The invention discloses a non-toxic water-based cutting fluid for a turning machine suitable for aluminum alloy processing and a preparation method thereof, wherein the cutting fluid is prepared from the following raw materials: unsaturated fatty acid epoxide, sodium molybdate, sodium phosphate, sugar alcohol compound, yeast live bacteria, sodium silicate, di-n-butyl phosphite, dinonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether cerium phosphate, glycerol, emulsifier, chelating agent and deionized water. The cutting fluid has the advantages of environmental protection, no toxicity, good performance, simple production process, low cost and suitability for industrial popularization.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of metal cutting, and particularly relates to a non-toxic water-based cutting fluid for a turning machine suitable for aluminum alloy processing and a preparation method thereof.
Technical Field
The metal cutting fluid is widely applied to various cutting operations, such as turning, drilling, grinding, milling, planing, broaching and the like, heat and abrasion are generated by friction between a cutter and a workpiece in the machining process, the heat can be taken away by the cutting fluid to play a role in cooling, and a lubricating film is formed between the cutter and the workpiece to reduce abrasion
When the turning machine is used for processing aluminum alloy, rough turning is the most common cutting processing method, because aluminum and aluminum alloy materials are soft and have high viscosity, a water-based cutting fluid which mainly has a cooling effect and has certain cleaning, lubricating and anti-rust effects is mainly selected, cutting heat is taken away in time, and the cutting temperature is reduced, so that the durability of a cutter is improved, but the water-based cutting fluid can cause rusting of a workpiece, the lubricating effect is not higher than that of an oily cutting fluid, meanwhile, water mist caused by the water-based cutting fluid or the water-based cutting fluid can cause irritant or allergic dermatitis after contacting with the skin of a worker, and for example, the water-based cutting fluid is required to be added with sterilized phenol substances which are toxic and carcinogenic. Therefore, with the progress of society, people pay more and more attention to the problem of green environmental protection, various environmental protection policies are issued in the united states and the european union, so as to limit the use of toxic components in the cutting fluid, and china also serves as a major country for the export of the cutting fluid and faces a severe situation. CN109207243A discloses an environment-friendly aluminum alloy water-based cutting fluid which has excellent performance, does not use the traditional nitrites, but adds isocyanate substances with great irritation, thus, the development of the water-based cutting fluid which is environment-friendly, nontoxic and good in performance is necessary.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects, the invention discloses a non-toxic water-based cutting fluid for a turning machine suitable for aluminum alloy processing and a preparation method thereof.

In the technical scheme, unsaturated fatty acid epoxide is used as an antirust agent, a lubricant is used, sodium molybdate is used as the antirust agent and mainly plays a role in heavy metal adsorption, sodium phosphate is used as the antirust agent and mainly plays a role in a film forming mechanism, a sugar alcohol compound mainly plays a role in deodorization and lubrication, yeast live bacteria are added to prevent odor generated by fermentation of strict anaerobes or facultative anaerobes in the cutting fluid through biological bacteriostasis, sodium silicate and di-n-butyl phosphite are used in a matched mode, the abrasion resistance and the friction reduction performance of the cutting fluid are enabled to be optimal, dinonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether cerium phosphate can greatly increase the extreme pressure performance of the cutting fluid, a chelating agent is added to be matched with the antirust agent, hard water can be resisted, the cutting fluid is stabilized, and the components are enabled to be dispersed better and are not prone.
Further, in the above-described non-toxic water-based cutting fluid for a turning machine suitable for aluminum alloy working, the unsaturated fatty acid epoxide is preferably one or more of oleic acid, linoleic acid and citronellic acid. The fatty acid epoxides are common and low in cost, have the functions of rust prevention and lubrication, wherein the citronellac acid has fragrance, and can improve the working environment of a factory in actual use.
Further, in the above-described non-toxic water-based cutting fluid for a turning machine suitable for aluminum alloy working, the sugar alcohol compound is preferably one or more of sorbitol, lactitol and xylitol. The sugar alcohol compounds are all low in cost and easy to obtain.
Further, in the above-mentioned nontoxic water-based cutting fluid for a turning machine suitable for aluminum alloy processing, the live yeast bacteria are preferably yeast dry powder. The yeast dry powder is easy to store and transport and is suitable for industrial application.
Further, in the above non-toxic water-based cutting fluid for a turning machine suitable for aluminum alloy processing, the weight ratio of the sodium silicate to the di-n-butyl phosphite is preferably 2: 1. According to a large number of tests, the sodium silicate and the di-n-butyl phosphite have the best wear resistance under the mixture ratio.
Further, the emulsifier is preferably carbomer 940 in the non-toxic water-based cutting fluid for the turning machine suitable for processing the aluminum alloy. Carbomer 940 is non-toxic, good in emulsifying property and low in cost.
Further, in the non-toxic water-based cutting fluid for a turning machine suitable for processing aluminum alloy, the chelating agent is preferably sodium gluconate. The sodium gluconate has strong complexing ability to calcium, magnesium and iron salts, so the scale inhibition ability is strong, and the adverse effect of metal ions in hard water on the cutting fluid can be resisted.

Next, the second aspect of the present invention will be described, and a method for preparing the above-mentioned non-toxic water-based cutting fluid for a turning machine suitable for aluminum alloy machining.
The preparation of the non-toxic water-based cutting fluid for the turning machine suitable for processing the aluminum alloy comprises the following steps:
(1) adding unsaturated fatty acid epoxide, sodium molybdate, sodium phosphate, sugar alcohol compound, sodium silicate, dinonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether cerium phosphate, chelating agent and deionized water according to the formula ratio into a container, heating at 60 ℃ and stirring for 10min;
(2) standing until the liquid is cooled to normal temperature;
(3) adding live yeast, di-n-butyl phosphite, glycerol and emulsifier, stirring at room temperature for 20min, vacuumizing, and canning.
The preparation method has mild conditions and low cost, and can be applied to large-scale industrialization.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the invention does not contain nitrite, benzene and other toxic and harmful substances in the traditional water-based cutting fluid, is environment-friendly and does not generate toxicity to human bodies.
(2) The sugar alcohol compound used in the invention plays roles of deodorization and lubrication, is an environment-friendly and healthy natural biomass material, and avoids the environmental protection risk brought by using a chemical deodorant.
(3) The invention uses yeast which is a pollution-free biological bacteriostatic agent to prevent the odor generated by the fermentation of strict anaerobes or facultative anaerobes in the cutting fluid, and is nontoxic, green and environment-friendly.
(4) The invention has mild production conditions, low requirements on equipment, no toxic and harmful waste generated in the production process, and environmental protection.
(5) The invention has good antirust and cooling performance, good lubricating effect and low cost, and is suitable for large-scale application.

It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the examples are only for the understanding of the present invention and should not be construed as the specific limitations of the present invention.
The experimental procedures used in the following examples are all conventional procedures unless otherwise specified.

Preparation of the cutting fluids described in examples 1-3 above: the preparation of the raw materials according to the above examples 1-3 respectively comprises the following steps:
(1) adding unsaturated fatty acid epoxide, sodium molybdate, sodium phosphate, sugar alcohol compound, sodium silicate, dinonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether cerium phosphate, chelating agent and deionized water according to the formula ratio into a container, heating at 60 ℃ and stirring for 10min;
(2) standing until the liquid is cooled to normal temperature;
(3) adding live yeast, di-n-butyl phosphite, glycerol and emulsifier, stirring at room temperature for 20min, vacuumizing, and canning.

As is clear from the results of the examination in Table 1, the water-based cutting fluid obtained by the present invention is excellent in lubricating effect, cooling effect and rust preventive property.

Claims (9)
1. The non-toxic water-based cutting fluid for the turning machine suitable for processing the aluminum alloy is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in percentage by weight:
5-12% of unsaturated fatty acid epoxide
1 percent of sodium molybdate
Sodium phosphate 0.5%
Sugar alcohol compounds 2-4%
1 to 2 percent of yeast viable bacteria
1 to 3 percent of sodium silicate
1 to 2 percent of dibutyl phosphite
1 to 3 percent of cerium phosphate polyoxyethylene dinonylphenol ether
4-7% of glycerin
0.1 to 0.5 percent of emulsifier
Chelating agent 0.5-1%

2. The non-toxic water-based cutting fluid for turning machines suitable for aluminum alloy processing according to claim 1, wherein the unsaturated fatty acid epoxide is preferably one or more of oleic acid, linoleic acid and citronellaic acid.
3. The non-toxic water-based cutting fluid for lathes suitable for aluminum alloy machining according to claim 1, wherein the sugar alcohol compound is preferably one or more of sorbitol, lactitol and xylitol.
4. The non-toxic water-based cutting fluid for the turning machine suitable for the processing of aluminum alloy according to claim 1, wherein the live yeast bacteria are preferably yeast dry powder.
5. The non-toxic water-based cutting fluid for the turning machine suitable for the aluminum alloy processing according to claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of the sodium silicate to the di-n-butyl phosphite is preferably 2: 1.
6. The non-toxic water-based cutting fluid for lathes suitable for aluminum alloy machining according to claim 1, wherein the emulsifier is preferably carbomer 940.
7. The non-toxic water-based cutting fluid for the turning machine suitable for the aluminum alloy processing according to claim 1, wherein the chelating agent is preferably sodium gluconate.

(1) adding unsaturated fatty acid epoxide, sodium molybdate, sodium phosphate, sugar alcohol compound, sodium silicate, dinonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether cerium phosphate, chelating agent and deionized water according to the formula ratio into a container, heating at 60 ℃ and stirring for 10min;
(2) standing until the liquid is cooled to normal temperature;
(3) adding live yeast, di-n-butyl phosphite, glycerol and emulsifier, stirring at room temperature for 20min, vacuumizing, and canning.
