The product meets the requirements of safety, environmental protection and flame retardance, and the sprayed colored ribbon has good striping property, long spraying range and no staining when in use, and the effect is better than that of similar products on the market.

The propellant of the current domestic flame-retardant formula is mainly F22, the foreign countries are mainly HFC-134a, and the propellant used by European and American aerosol colored belts is regulated to use more environment-friendly HFO-1234 ze. And according to the trend of the world environmental protection requirement, the propellant in all the flame retardant aerosol products can be replaced by HFO-1234ze in the future.
The traditional flame-retardant formula colored ribbon aerosol generally uses nonflammable liquefied gases such as F22, HFC-134a and the like as propellants. Only HFO-1234ze is used as propellant for European and American aerosol colored belts to meet the requirement of environmental protection. 5. and filling the paste B into an aerosol can through aerosol filling equipment, adding a valve for sealing, then filling a propellant HFO-1234ze, and installing an actuator, a safety cover and an outer cover to finish the manufacture of the aerosol.

Through repeated tests, the optimal component proportion of the environment-friendly flame-retardant colored ribbon aerosol is as follows: environmental-friendly solvent oil: 16 parts, T-80: 1.4 parts, triethanolamine: 0.1 part of corrosion inhibitor; 0.4 part, deionized water: 39 parts, isobutyl ester resin: 11 parts, water-soluble solvent: 3 parts of essence: 0.1 part, pigment: 0.2 part of propellant HFO-1234 ze: 28.8 parts. Therefore, the spraying using effect of the color ribbon aerosol is optimal while the requirements of safety, environmental protection and flame retardance of products are met.
In the present embodiment, the environment-friendly solvent oil is D65; the corrosion inhibitor is sodium benzoate; the water-soluble solvent is refined methylal, and the content requirement is as follows: 99.5 percent; the essence is food grade; the pigment is food grade.
