Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an emulsifier, in particular to a modified emulsifier of environment-friendly asphalt for micro surfacing.
Background
Micro-surfacing is a more advanced preventative maintenance method developed on the basis of slurry seals. The working principle is that stone chips or sand, filler (cement, lime, fly ash, stone powder, etc.), polymer modified emulsified asphalt, additive and water are mixed according to a certain proportion to form a flowing mixture, and then the mixture is uniformly spread on the road surface to form a sealing layer. The micro-surfacing has the characteristics of economy, energy conservation, environmental protection and safety, so that the micro-surfacing becomes an effective preventive maintenance mode and is widely applied to the road surface maintenance of the highway in China.
The emulsified asphalt has the advantages of energy and asphalt saving, environmental protection, safety, wide application, convenient use, ideal road effect and the like. Emulsified asphalt is the best binder for micro surfacing. At present, the production base of emulsified asphalt in China is distributed all over the country. The road maintenance industry has been developing to make the demand of high-performance emulsified asphalt increase greatly.
The development of high concentration, high stability and ultrafine particle of the emulsified asphalt puts higher requirements on the used emulsifier. The domestic emulsifier is developed to a certain extent, but the emulsifier still has the defects of few varieties, unstable quality, low solid content, short storage time, strong smell and environmental pollution.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems of short storage time, strong smell and environmental pollution of the emulsifier in China in the prior art; provides a modified emulsifier for environment-friendly asphalt for micro-surfacing, which solves the problems.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a modified emulsifier for environment-friendly asphalt for micro-surfacing comprises the following components in parts by weight:

Because the emulsifying effect of a single emulsifier is not ideal, better effect can be achieved if other emulsifiers or auxiliary agents are added. The invention screens out the components which are matched with each other through long-term productive technology research and experiments, and the components are compounded with each other, so that the construction requirement is met, the production cost of the emulsified asphalt can be effectively reduced, and the effect is obvious.
Moreover, all the components of the invention are environment-friendly materials, have no smell or little smell, do not influence the environment after being used, and have excellent environment-friendly effect. Moreover, the emulsifier prepared by the invention has good emulsifying effect and good stability, can greatly prolong the storage time and has very remarkable effect.
Further, the concentration of the industrial hydrochloric acid is 30-40%.
Further, the PAMAM is modified hyperbranched polyamide-amine.
Furthermore, the specific preparation process of the modified hyperbranched polyamide-amine is as follows:
(1) synthesizing AB by Michael addition reaction of diethylenetriamine and methyl acrylate2The mass ratio of the diethylenetriamine to the methyl acrylate is 1: 1-1.2;
(2)AB2the type monomer is subjected to self melt polycondensation reaction to synthesize hyperbranched polyamide-amine;
(3) carrying out amidation reaction on hyperbranched polyamide-amine and oleic acid, wherein the ratio of the amount of a substance of primary amine to the amount of a substance of oleic acid in the hyperbranched polyamide-amine is 1: 1-1.2.
Preferably, the invention comprises the following components in parts by weight:
4.2 parts of cationic styrene-butadiene latex, 1.8 parts of neoprene latex, 2.7 parts of oleyl propylene diamine, 2.1 parts of industrial hydrochloric acid, 1.6 parts of Mqk-1m and 2.2 parts of PAMAM.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and beneficial effects:
1. according to the invention, through the mutual compounding of the components, the construction requirements are met, the production cost of the emulsified asphalt can be effectively reduced, and the effect is obvious;
2. the components of the invention are environment-friendly materials, have no smell or little smell, do not influence the environment after being used, and have excellent environment-friendly effect;
3. the emulsifier prepared by the invention has good emulsifying effect and good stability, can greatly prolong the storage time and has very obvious effect.
