Abstract
The invention relates to a fuel chassis matched pure electric upper-mounted concrete mixing and transporting truck, which comprises a diesel engine, a chassis and a mixing drum arranged above the chassis, wherein the diesel engine is fixedly connected with a power take-off system, and a speed reduction driving system and a braking energy recovery system are arranged between the diesel engine and the mixing drum; the power take-off system comprises a power take-off device, a transmission shaft and a generator; the speed reduction driving system comprises a driving motor and a gear set; the braking energy recovery system comprises a super capacitor and a control unit which are communicated through a cable bus, and the control unit and the generator are respectively connected with the driving motor through lines. According to the invention, the working condition of the mixing drum is connected with the charging and discharging of the super capacitor through the control unit, so that the recycling of the braking energy of the mixing drum is realized; meanwhile, the generator and the super capacitor can be used as two power sources and provide power for the mixing drum, so that the fuel economy of the whole concrete mixing transport vehicle is improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of mixing transport vehicles, in particular to a fuel chassis matched pure electric top-loading concrete mixing transport vehicle.
Background
At present, a fuel chassis is mostly adopted by a concrete mixing truck, power required by rotation of a mixing drum is completely taken from a fuel engine, and a technology of adopting a power supply additionally arranged on the chassis as a power source of the mixing drum is also appeared recently, for example, a patent document with the publication number of CN 204585556U discloses a concrete mixing truck, a hydraulic motor in the traditional transmission form is reserved at an upper loading part in the scheme, and meanwhile, a driving motor is adopted to be communicated with a three-phase power supply, but no matter the power source adopts the fuel engine or the power supply additionally arranged on the chassis, the kinetic energy generated by continuous operation of the mixing drum due to inertia during the deceleration braking process is completely lost, so that energy waste is caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a concrete mixing truck with a fuel chassis matched with a pure electric upper loading, which realizes the recycling of the braking energy of a mixing drum through the connection of a control unit and the charging and discharging of a super capacitor.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a fuel chassis matches the concrete mixing truck of the pure electronic upper-mounted, including diesel engine, chassis and setting up the churn above the chassis, the said churn is in the forward-leaning state and can carry on the chassis of the concrete mixing truck in the way of the axial rotation, also include the power takeoff system fixedly connected with said diesel engine, set up deceleration drive system and braking energy recovery system between diesel engine and churn;
the power takeoff system comprises a power takeoff, a transmission shaft and a generator, wherein the power output end of the diesel engine is connected with the input end of the power takeoff through a power output shaft, and the output end of the power takeoff is connected with the input shaft of the generator through the transmission shaft;
the speed reduction driving system comprises a driving motor and a gear set, wherein the input end of the driving motor is connected with the output end of the generator, and the output end of the driving motor transmits the power of the fuel engine to the mixing drum through the gear set;
the braking energy recovery system comprises a super capacitor and a control unit which are communicated through a cable bus, and the control unit and the generator are respectively connected with the driving motor through lines.
Furthermore, the transmission shaft is respectively connected with the output end of the power takeoff and the input shaft of the generator through flanges.
Furthermore, the gear set comprises a primary driving gear and a secondary driven gear, the primary driving gear is connected with the output end of the generator, and the secondary driven gear is connected with the mixing drum; the diameter of the secondary driven gear is larger than that of the primary driving gear.
Furthermore, the rotary output axis of the primary driving gear coincides with the axial center line of the driving motor, and the rotary output axis of the secondary driven gear coincides with the axial center line of the mixing drum.
Through the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the invention replaces the hydraulic component in the traditional transmission form of the fuel chassis of the concrete mixing truck, directly transmits the power of the fuel engine to the generator through the power takeoff and drives the generator to be driven to be electrically driven, thereby effectively reducing the failure rate and the maintenance cost; meanwhile, the precise control of the mixing drum is easily realized by adopting the connection form of the generator and the motor, so that the requirement that the mixing drum meets various load working conditions is met.
2. According to the invention, the working condition of the mixing drum is connected with the charging and discharging of the super capacitor through the control unit, so that on one hand, the recycling of the braking energy of the mixing drum is realized, and the energy is fully saved; on the other hand, the generator and the super capacitor can be used as two power sources and provide power for the mixing drum, so that reasonable matching of the power is realized, and the fuel economy of the whole concrete mixing transport vehicle is improved.

as shown in fig. 1, a fuel chassis matching pure electric top-loading concrete mixing truck comprises a diesel engine 1, a chassis 2 and a mixing drum 3 arranged above the chassis 2, wherein the mixing drum 3 is in a front inclined state and is axially and rotatably carried on the chassis 2 of the concrete mixing truck, and further comprises a power takeoff system fixedly connected with the diesel engine 1, a speed reduction driving system arranged between the diesel engine 1 and the mixing drum 3 and a braking energy recovery system; the power takeoff system comprises a power takeoff 4, a transmission shaft 5 and a generator 6, wherein the power output end of the diesel engine 1 is connected with the input end of the power takeoff 4 through a power output shaft, the output end of the power takeoff 4 is connected with the input shaft of the generator 6 through the transmission shaft 5, and specifically, the transmission shaft 5 is respectively connected with the output end of the power takeoff 4 and the input shaft of the generator 6 through flange plates; the speed reduction driving system comprises a driving motor 7 and a gear set 8, the input end of the driving motor 7 is connected with the output end of the generator 6, and the output end of the driving motor 7 transmits the power of the fuel engine to the mixing drum 3 through the gear set 8; the braking energy recovery system comprises a super capacitor 9 and a control unit which are communicated through a cable bus, and the control unit and the generator 6 are respectively connected with the driving motor 7 through lines.
In the embodiment, the gear set 8 comprises a primary driving gear and a secondary driven gear, the primary driving gear is connected with the output end of the generator 6, and the secondary driven gear is connected with the mixing drum 3; the diameter of the secondary driven gear is larger than that of the primary driving gear; specifically, the rotation output axis of the primary driving gear coincides with the axial center line of the driving motor 7, and the rotation output axis of the secondary driven gear coincides with the axial center line of the mixing drum 3.
According to the invention, the working condition of the mixing drum 3 is connected with the charging and discharging of the super capacitor 9, on one hand, the diesel engine 1 transmits power to the generator 6 through the power takeoff 4, and the generator 6 operates to generate electric energy to normally supply power to the driving motor 7 to drive the mixing drum 3 to rotate; on the other hand, when the mixing drum 3 needs to be decelerated and braked, the generator 6 stops supplying power to the driving motor 7, but the inertia of the mixing drum 3 drags the driving motor 7 to continue to operate, an electromagnetic torque opposite to the rotation direction of the mixing drum 3 is generated accordingly to act on the control unit, the control unit controls the driving motor 7 to operate in a power generation mode, and therefore kinetic energy generated by the braking working condition is stored in the super capacitor 9 in the form of electric energy, therefore, the generator 6 and the super capacitor 9 can serve as two power sources and provide power for the mixing drum 3, and the fuel economy of the whole concrete mixing and transporting vehicle is improved.
It should be noted that the generator 6, the driving motor 7 and the super capacitor 9 adopted in the present invention are selected from conventional models in the market, and are not described herein.

the power takeoff system comprises a power takeoff (4), a transmission shaft (5) and a generator (6), wherein the power output end of the diesel engine (1) is connected with the input end of the power takeoff (4) through a power output shaft, and the output end of the power takeoff (4) is connected with the input shaft of the generator (6) through the transmission shaft (5);
the speed reduction driving system comprises a driving motor (7) and a gear set (8), the input end of the driving motor (7) is connected with the output end of the generator (6), and the output end of the driving motor (7) transmits the power of a fuel engine to the mixing drum (3) through the gear set (8);
the braking energy recovery system comprises a super capacitor (9) and a control unit which are communicated through a cable bus, wherein the control unit and the generator (6) are respectively connected with the driving motor (7) through lines.
2. The fuel chassis matching pure electric top loading concrete mixer truck according to claim 1, characterized in that the transmission shaft (5) is connected with the output end of the power takeoff (4) and the input shaft of the generator (6) through flanges respectively.

The fuel chassis matching pure electric top-loading concrete mixing and transporting truck as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the gear set (8) comprises a primary driving gear and a secondary driven gear, the primary driving gear is connected with the output end of the generator (6), and the secondary driven gear is connected with the mixing drum (3); the diameter of the secondary driven gear is larger than that of the primary driving gear.
4. The concrete mixer truck with the matched fuel oil chassis and the purely electric top-loading structure is characterized in that the rotary output axis of the primary driving gear is coincided with the axial center line of the driving motor (7), and the rotary output axis of the secondary driven gear is coincided with the axial center line of the mixing drum (3).
