The invention relates to the technical field of kumquat processing, in particular to a kumquat processing device.
[ background of the invention ]
The cumquat fruit is golden and fragrant, has long fruiting time, is an excellent fruit-viewing flower, tastes sour, sweet and delicious, has rich vitamin C, cumarin and other nutritional ingredients, can maintain the cardiovascular function by eating, and prevents diseases such as angiosclerosis, hypertension and the like. The kumquats are generally oval, and the kumquats are sliced into kumquat slices which are soaked in water for drinking, so that the kumquat slices can play a role in reducing phlegm and relieving cough, stimulating appetite and helping digestion, sobering up, improving chest distress and depression and the like. The Chinese patent application with the application number of 2018115630064 and the publication number of CN 109465877A and the invention name of the invention is kumquat slicing machine discloses that after kumquats are longitudinally placed in a feeding pipe, the kumquats can fall off under the action of gravity, a blade is driven by a rotary disc to rotate to pass through the lower part of the feeding pipe, the blade slices the kumquats once every time the rotary disc rotates for one circle, the obtained kumquat slices can fall onto a conveying belt, and the kumquat slices are conveyed by the conveying belt and are dewatered and dried by a drying device. Although the technical scheme of this application makes the kumquat piece that cuts out can dewater and dry rapidly at once, piles up again and also is difficult for gluing together, because it just slices kumquat one by one to lead to machining efficiency to be lower, and conveyer belt and drying device are carrying and drying to kumquat piece, if carry out the pendulum piece through the manual work, can increase the personnel selection cost, and influence the degree of automation of kumquat processing, and if do not carry out the pendulum piece through the manual work, carry and dry to kumquat piece one by one, cause the waste of energy easily. In addition, when the kumquat slices are dried, the kumquat slices are conveyed by the conveying belt to pass through a drying chamber with higher room temperature of the drying device for drying, the energy consumption of the drying chamber is higher, and the color and the appearance of the dried kumquat slices are difficult to control.

The cutter head 2 can be fixed on the upper end of a rotating shaft 6, and the rotating shaft 6 is arranged on the protective frame 1 or other supporting tables through a bearing 7. As shown in fig. 3, a material passing hole 11 is formed in the cutter head 2, the blade 3 is arranged on the cutter head 2 and above the material passing hole 11, the kumquat is sliced by the blade 3 once, and after the kumquat slices are cut by the blade 3, the kumquat slices can fall from the material passing hole 11.
As shown in fig. 2, a row of feeding pipes 4 distributed along the left-right direction is arranged on the protection frame 1, the feeding pipes 4 distributed along the same straight line from left to right may include a plurality of feeding pipes 4, and the feeding pipes 4 may also be distributed at equal intervals. When the blades 3 rotate along with the cutter head 2, the blades can pass below all the feeding pipes 4; after the cumquats are longitudinally placed in the feeding pipe 4, the cumquats can fall under the action of gravity and are blocked by the cutter head 2, the cutter head 2 drives the blade 3 to rotate below the feeding pipe 4, the blade 3 slices the cumquats once, so that once the cutter head 2 rotates for one circle, all the cumquats in the feeding pipe 4 are sliced once, and all the obtained cumquats fall from the material passing hole 11. Alternatively, each feed pipe 4 is detachably arranged on the protective frame 1. Further alternatively, each feed pipe 4 is clamped to a fixed clamp provided on the protection frame 1. The feeding pipe 4 of the invention can be disassembled, so that the feeding pipes with different specifications can be disassembled and replaced according to kumquat slices with different sizes, thereby improving the applicability. The front end of the conveyor belt 5 is lower than the cutter head 2 and is positioned below all the feeding pipes 4 to receive the kumquat slices falling from the material passing holes 11. The total length of the row of feeding pipes 4 corresponds to the width of the conveyor belt 5, so that the cutter head 2 is as close as possible to the conveyor belt 5, and the cut kumquat slices can quickly fall onto the conveyor belt 5 without being scattered. According to the automatic fruit arranging machine, the row of feeding pipes 4 are arranged on the protective frame 1, and each time the blades 3 finish slicing, a row of kumquat slices fall to the front end of the conveying belt 5, so that automatic fruit arranging is realized, the efficiency is improved, the labor for arranging the kumquat slices is reduced, and the cost is reduced.
As shown in fig. 2, further, a touch member 8 is convexly disposed on the edge of the cutter head 2, and a touch switch 9 corresponding to the touch member 8 is disposed on the protection frame 1; each time the blade 3 leaves the lower part of the last feeding pipe 4 and before the blade reaches the lower part of the first feeding pipe 4 again, the touch piece 8 touches the touch switch 9, the rotating mechanism controls the cutter head 2 to pause according to the set time, and after the pause is finished, the rotating mechanism drives the cutter head 2 to rotate again. Namely, after the cutter head 2 drives the blade 3 to finish one-time slicing, the touch piece 8 triggers the touch switch 9 before the next slicing is carried out, so that the cutter head 2 is paused for a period of time. According to the invention, the cutter head 2 can be controlled to pause by arranging the touch piece 8 and the touch switch 9, the conveying of the conveyer belt 5 is relatively slow, and the rotation speed of the cutter head 2 can be fast when kumquat slices are cut by accurately controlling the cutter head 2 to pause, but the interval time of the two slices can be synchronous with the conveyer belt 5, so that the distance between two adjacent rows of kumquat slices falling on the conveyer belt 5 can be flexibly adjusted, and the situation that the kumquat slices are discharged too tightly and even stacked is avoided. Further optionally, the rotating mechanism is a rotating motor, and the rotating motor may be a speed reduction motor. Still further optionally, the touch switch 9 is disposed on a power supply line of the rotating electrical machine, and a time relay 10 connected in parallel with the touch switch 9 is further disposed on the power supply line of the rotating electrical machine. The time relay 10 is normally open and is closed and reopened at a certain time interval. When the touch piece 8 touches the touch switch 9, the time relay 10 is still in an open state, and the touch switch 9 is also opened after being touched by the touch piece 8, so that the rotating motor is powered off and stops working. After the motor pause time is up, the time breaker 10 is automatically closed, the motor is rotated to be electrified again to drive the cutter head 2 to rotate, the touch piece 8 is separated from the touch switch 9, the touch switch 9 is closed again, and then the time relay 10 is disconnected again to perform the next circulation.
