These composite sheets are typically composed of two parts in the thickness direction: one layer is a hard alloy substrate, the other layer is a super-hard polycrystalline layer, and the two layers are sintered together by an ultra-high pressure and high temperature method to form a composite sheet. The PCD composite sheet can be widely used for petroleum and natural gas and coal exploitation drill bits to cutting tools and the like, the size (mainly the diameter) of the composite sheet is more and more, and the diameter is different from tens of millimeters to hundreds of millimeters. And the surface of the polycrystalline layer of the composite sheet is subjected to mirror polishing and is a qualified product.
