Intelligent household monitoring respirator
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical instruments, in particular to a breathing machine.
Background
The ventilator is an effective means for replacing the autonomous ventilation function, and is an important medical apparatus for respiratory management during operation, respiratory support treatment and respiratory failure, and for preventing and treating hypopnea. Nowadays, people pay more attention to healthy life, and the household breathing machine is suitable for patients to use at home. Compared with a medical respirator, the household respirator has simple function and convenient operation, and is mainly used for simple treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary respiratory failure and treatment of some snore diseases.
With the development of science and technology, people pursue more intelligent life, and medical instruments are developed towards the direction of intellectualization and remote monitoring, but the existing household breathing machine cannot meet the requirements of people on intelligent instruments. Therefore, the invention provides an intelligent household monitoring respirator.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an intelligent household monitoring respirator, which can monitor and remotely monitor patients on the basis of meeting the functions of the traditional respirator. The invention mainly comprises a ventilation module, a monitoring module, a WiFi module, a remote monitoring module and a GSM module.
The ventilation module is used for giving ventilation support to a patient, and the selectable ventilation modes comprise:
1) CPAP mode: a continuous positive airway pressure mode, which is suitable for patients with OSAS obstructive sleep apnea syndrome and strong spontaneous respiration and only need a respirator for slight assistance;
2) and (2) S mode: the spontaneous breathing ventilation mode is suitable for patients with central sleep apnea and patients with spontaneous breathing or patients capable of spontaneously triggering a breathing machine to supply air;
3) and (4) T mode: the time control ventilation mode is suitable for patients who do not breathe or can not trigger the breathing machine to send air;
4) S/T mode: the automatic switching mode of spontaneous respiration/time control is suitable for various patients;
the monitoring module is used for monitoring various physiological parameters and breathing machine states of a patient in real time, and real-time monitoring data can be sent to the remote monitoring module through WiFi.
The WiFi module is used for transmitting the physiological parameters of the patient and remotely controlling the physiological parameters.
The remote monitoring module is used for receiving the physiological parameters of the patient sent by the WiFi, storing parameter data and realizing remote control on/off selection, ventilation mode selection and the like of the breathing machine.
And the GSM module is used for checking the working state of the breathing machine, and the breathing machine sends alarm information to the remote monitoring module.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more clearly understood, embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a hardware structure diagram of an intelligent household monitoring respirator. The monitoring system comprises a ventilation module, a monitoring module, a WiFi module, a remote monitoring module and a GSM module. The intelligent monitoring respirator can monitor and remotely monitor patients on the basis of meeting the functions of the traditional respirator. The ventilator can monitor the physiological parameters of the patient in real time when giving ventilation support, and the monitored parameters are as follows: respiratory rate, minute ventilation, tidal volume, electrocardiogram, pulse, blood oxygen saturation, etc. The monitored parameters are displayed on a display screen of the respirator and are sent to a remote monitoring terminal through WiFi. The APP monitoring end can check the working state of the breathing machine, and when the breathing machine is started, the APP monitoring end receives a starting prompt. The breathing machine passes through wiFi and sends monitoring data to APP control end in real time, can see patient's basic physiological parameter at APP control end, but monitoring data key is preserved. The breathing machine can be controlled according to the condition of the patient, and when the patient needs ventilation support of the breathing machine, the breathing machine can be remotely opened; when the patient triggers an alarm, the ventilation mode can be remotely changed; the ventilator may be turned off remotely when the patient does not require ventilator ventilation support.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a functional diagram of a GSM module of an intelligent home monitoring ventilator. The GSM module has all basic functions of sending SMS short messages, voice communication, GPRS data transmission and the like, and the communication is carried out based on a GSM network. The invention uses the single chip microcomputer to communicate with the GSM module through the serial port, and realizes the function of sending information to the remote monitoring module when the monitoring module monitors that the physiological parameter value of the patient exceeds a limit value. And starting the system, detecting that the breathing machine needs to send alarm information, starting the GSM module, and sending the initial setting information to the reserved number. And when the information is detected to be successfully transmitted, closing the GSM module.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and simple changes, additions or substitutions made without departing from the core of the present invention also belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
