Description

Joint paste and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of pet health care and treatment, and particularly relates to joint ointment and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Pet cats and pet dogs are the most intimate partners of humans, and pet dogs, whose lifestyle is altered by humans, are also susceptible to joint disease, especially in large dogs, particularly in the highly arthritic group, with one dog out of five suffering joint pain.
Diseases of joint are generally caused by two reasons, on the first hand, chronic wear of joint cartilage caused by long-term excessive movement of dogs and joint pain easily caused by excessive wear of joint cartilage; in the second aspect, when the pet ages, joint diseases can be caused by bone changes, and the pet is easy to suffer from joint pain.
At present, the problems can not be solved by adopting an operation mode, and the occurrence of similar situations is generally reduced by feeding pets with corresponding health care products; however, specific substances of the current pet health care products are generally vitamins supplementing, nutrition increasing and the like, and can not perform rapid treatment and direct and effective treatment effect on joints.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide joint paste capable of providing nutrient substances for joints of pets so as to improve joint diseases of the pets.
In order to achieve the above object, the basic scheme of the invention is as follows: the joint plaster comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 3-15 parts of drynaria rhizome, 3-15 parts of lycopodium clavatum, 2-10 parts of tortoise glue, 3-15 parts of eucommia bark, 3-15 parts of cynanchum paniculatum, 3-15 parts of psoralea fruit extract, 3-20 parts of glucosamine hydrochloride, 2-12 parts of chondroitin sulfate and 1-5 parts of perna canaliculata powder.
The principle and advantages of the basic scheme are as follows: extracts of drynaria rhizome, lycopodium clavatum, tortoise-plastron glue, eucommia bark, paniculate swallowwort root and psoralea corylifolia have the effect of promoting the absorption capacity of calcium of pets, chondroitin sulfate and perna canaliculus powder can supplement calcium for pets, and glucosamine hydrochloride can improve the viscosity of joint synovial fluid and improve the metabolism of articular cartilage.
Further, the raw materials are respectively as follows by mass: 3-15 g of drynaria rhizome, 3-15 g of lycopodium clavatum, 2-10 g of tortoise glue, 3-15 g of eucommia bark, 3-15 g of paniculate swallowwort root, 3-15 g of fructus psoraleae extract, 3-20 g of glucosamine hydrochloride, 2-12 g of chondroitin sulfate and 1-5 g of perna canaliculata powder.
The mass ratio of the drynaria rhizome, the lycopodium clavatum, the tortoise plastron glue, the eucommia bark, the paniculate swallowwort root and the psoralea fruit in the raw materials reaches the best, and the drynaria rhizome and the psoralea fruit can be matched with glucosamine hydrochloride, chondroitin sulfate and perna canaliculata powder with corresponding mass, so that the calcium supplement reaches the best, and the activity of pet joints can be effectively enhanced.
Further, the raw materials are respectively as follows by mass: 15 g of drynaria rhizome, 15 g of common clubmoss herb, 10 g of tortoise glue, 15 g of eucommia bark, 15 g of paniculate swallowwort root, 15 g of psoralea fruit extract, 20g of glucosamine hydrochloride, 12 g of chondroitin sulfate and 5 g of perna canaliculata powder.
The joint ointment is prepared from the raw materials in gram number, 122g of joint ointment is formed, and the joint ointment with the specification of 120g is formed after subsequent filling, wherein the specification is suitable for pet cats and pet dogs, and the corresponding specification is suitable for a treatment course of 1-3 months and is convenient to carry and eat for treatment.
Further, a method of preparing a joint paste comprising the steps of:
step 1: preparing raw materials including drynaria rhizome, lycopodium clavatum, tortoise glue, eucommia bark, paniculate swallowwort root, malaytea scurfpea fruit, glucosamine hydrochloride, chondroitin sulfate and perna canaliculus powder;
step 2: crushing the drynaria rhizome, the lycopodium clavatum, the tortoise glue, the eucommia bark, the cynanchum paniculatum and the malaytea scurfpea fruit in the step 1 to form a crushed mixture of 150 meshes and 300 meshes;
and step 3: putting the crushed mixture obtained in the step 2 into clear water, wherein the mass of the clear water is 5-10 times that of the crushed mixture; heating and boiling the clear water and the crushed mixture to form liquid A; continuing heating for 4-8h after the liquid A is boiled, and dissolving the nutrient substances in the crushed mixture into the liquid A;
and 4, step 4: after the decoction of the liquid A in the step 3 is finished, filtering residues in the liquid A to form a liquid B; then concentrating the liquid B to form a liquid C, and enabling the water content in the liquid C to be 10% -20%;
and 5: adding the glucosamine hydrochloride, the chondroitin sulfate and the perna canaliculus powder in the step 1 into the mixture D to form a joint plaster crude product, and further concentrating the joint plaster crude product to form a joint plaster finished product, wherein the water content in the joint plaster finished product is 9-13%;
