Moisturizing repair liquid foundation and preparation method thereof

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to moisturizing and repairing foundation liquid and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The foundation liquid is one of facial cosmetic, is in the form of powder in water (O/W) or water (W/O), and is an emulsion cosmetic containing powder. The foundation liquid can form a smooth covering layer on the surface of the skin, so as to cover or mask facial flaws such as freckles, acnes, scars, acne marks and the like, adjust the texture, color and luster of the skin, play a role in homogenizing the skin color and enable the skin color to look natural, close and smooth.

With the change of aesthetic concepts of people, the requirements of facial makeup are in a more and more delicate state, the base makeup is expected to be more and more light and thin, and the base makeup is not sensible to the naked makeup on the basis of effective concealer and is natural as if the makeup is not performed. In order to meet the demands of consumers, a cosmetic called pigment liquid foundation is popular nowadays. Compared with the traditional foundation solution, the vegetarian facial foundation is more convenient to apply and lighter in makeup feeling. However, although the conventional skin foundation liquid on the market is lighter and thinner in makeup feel, the skin moisturizing and repairing effects are poor, oil and floating powder are easy to generate, the makeup effect is not lasting, the defect covering strength is low, and the requirements of consumers cannot be met.

Therefore, there is a need to develop a foundation lotion which is easy to apply, light and thin in make-up feeling, good in concealing effect, refreshing and skin-adhering, lasting in make-up effect, and capable of moisturizing and repairing.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a moisturizing and repairing foundation liquid and a preparation method thereof.

In order to realize the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:

The purslane Extract (INCI name: Portulaca Oleracea Extract) has the effects of supplementing moisture and locking water, can relieve sensitive skin, obviously improve dry and rough skin conditions, effectively smooth skin fine lines, promote skin metabolism, shrink pores, improve dark skin color, brighten skin color, improve skin problems such as acne marks, acne, color spots and the like, and make the skin smooth, tender, elastic and bright.

Ectoin (Ectoin) is derived from highly halophilic bacteria (Halomonas Elongata) and is therefore also referred to as a "halotolerant bacteria extract". Research shows that the ectoin has good moisturizing, repairing and protecting effects on skin. Ectoin can prevent the highly halophilic bacteria from dehydrating and dying under the high-salt environment, and is an important substance for maintaining osmotic pressure balance. Experiments show that: the ectoin can resist the damage of ultraviolet rays to skin and repair the damage of cell DNA caused by the ultraviolet rays.

Ceramide (Ceramide) can enhance the cohesion of epidermal cells, repair the barrier function of skin, relieve desquamation symptoms of stratum corneum, help the epidermis to recover, and improve the appearance of skin. It can also promote hydration of epidermis by forming molecular association with layered structure via hydrogen bond, thereby improving skin moisture retention ability.

Although excellent skin moisturizing and repairing effects, but expensive, the market price of 1 kg cosmetic grade ectoin is up to 8000 yuan or more. The prices of the purslane extract and the ceramide are far lower than those of ectoin, and the invention discovers that when the purslane extract, the ectoin and the ceramide are compounded for use, the moisture retention and repair effects are equivalent to those of the ectoin with the same total dosage, and the cost is obviously reduced.

The invention also provides a moisturizing and repairing foundation fluid which comprises the moisturizing and repairing composition. The moisturizing and repairing composition can improve the moisturizing and repairing capabilities of the foundation liquid, so that the foundation liquid has the effects of beautifying and protecting skin, and meets the requirements of consumers.

Preferably, the moisture-preserving and repairing composition comprises the following components in percentage by weight in the moisture-preserving and repairing foundation liquid: 0.01-0.2% of purslane extract, 0.01-0.3% of ectoin and 0.001-0.2% of ceramide. When the amount of each component of the moisturizing and repairing composition added to the foundation is within the above range, the moisturizing and repairing effects can be obtained.

Preferably, the moisture-preserving and repairing composition comprises the following components in percentage by weight in the moisture-preserving and repairing foundation liquid: 0.05-0.2% of purslane extract, 0.05-0.3% of ectoin and 0.05-0.2% of ceramide. When the amount of each component of the moisturizing and repairing composition added to the foundation solution is within the above range, the moisturizing and repairing effects are remarkable.

Preferably, the moisture-preserving and repairing composition comprises the following components in percentage by weight in the moisture-preserving and repairing foundation liquid: 0.1% of purslane extract, 0.1% of ectoin and 0.1% of ceramide. When the addition amount of each component of the moisturizing and repairing composition in the foundation solution is within the above range, the moisturizing and repairing effects are remarkable, and the cost is low.

HV-SPECIAL SIWAX is trade name, its INCI name: dimethicone/phenyl trimethicone/silica/methicone/polyethylene, available from health science and technology trade Ltd (health Trading Ltd.). VS-5PC V HV is trade name, its INCI name: cyclopentasiloxane (and) double perovskite (and) propylene carbonate, available from Elementis corporation, Haimax, USA. HV-SPECIAL SISI is the trade name, its INCI name: polydimethylsiloxane/phenyl trimethicone/silica/polymethylsilsesquioxane, available from corfsson, canada.

The invention improves the formula of the liquid foundation and obtains the formula through a great deal of creative work. The foundation liquid of the formula has the advantages of high concealing degree, refreshing and skin-adhering effects, light, thin and natural makeup feeling, lasting makeup effect, difficulty in powder floating and oil generation, good ductility, easiness in smearing and effects of moisturizing and repairing the skin.

Preferably, the moisturizing and repairing foundation liquid consists of the following components in percentage by weight: hydrogenated polydecene 6%, glycerol 3%, propylene glycol 3%, titanium dioxide 2.5%, betaine 2%, methyl gluceth-201.5%, HV-SPECIAL SIWAX 1.5%, polyhydroxystearic acid 0.3%, sodium hyaluronate 0.01%, propylparaben 0.1%, acrylic acid/C10-30 alkanol acrylate crosspolymer 0.1%, 1, 2-hexanediol 0.3%, p-hydroxyacetophenone 0.1%, arginine 0.1%, caprylic hydroxamic acid 0.02%, glyceryl caprylate 0.006%, polyvinyl alcohol 0.6%, CI 774990.1%, CI 774920.9%, CI 774910.25%, purslane extract 0.1%, ectoin 0.1%, ceramide 0.1%, VS-5PC V HV 0.2%, HV-SPECIAL SISI 0.2.2%, perfume 0.005% and the balance water. The invention also provides a preparation method of the moisturizing and repairing liquid foundation, which comprises the following steps:

the phase A comprises the following components: water, glycerin, propylene glycol, betaine, sodium hyaluronate, acrylic/C10-30 alkanol acrylate crosspolymer, and methyl glucitol polyether-20;

the phase B comprises the following components: HV-SPECIAL SIWAX, HV-SPECIAL SISI, hydrogenated polydecene, polyhydroxystearic acid, propylparaben, polyvinyl alcohol, CI77499, CI77492 and CI77491, and titanium dioxide;

phase C comprises the following components: purslane extract, ectoin, ceramide, and VS-5PC V HV;

phase D comprises the following components: 1, 2-hexanediol, p-hydroxyacetophenone, arginine, caprylic hydroxamic acid, caprylic glyceride and essence;

(1) stirring the phase A until the phase A is completely transparent, adding the phase C, uniformly stirring at 60-70 ℃, cooling to 45 ℃, adding the phase D, and uniformly stirring for later use;

(2) heating and dissolving the phase B, homogenizing uniformly, and keeping the temperature of 60-70 ℃ for later use;

(3) and (3) adding the material obtained in the step (2) into the material obtained in the step (1), uniformly stirring, cooling to normal temperature, and discharging after the inspection is qualified.

Therefore, the method for preparing the moisturizing and repairing liquid foundation is simple, high in controllability of the preparation process, free of harsh requirements, good in process stability and suitable for industrial mass production and application.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the moisturizing and repairing composition is prepared by compounding the purslane extract, the ectoin and the ceramide, achieves the moisturizing and repairing effects equivalent to those achieved by the ectoin with the same total dosage, and obviously reduces the cost. The foundation liquid contains the moisturizing and repairing composition, and the whole formula is improved, so that the foundation liquid has dual effects of beautifying and skin care; the makeup has the advantages of high concealing degree, refreshing and skin-pasting, light, thin and natural makeup feeling, lasting makeup effect, difficult powder floating and oil discharging, good ductility, easy smearing and the like in the aspect of makeup; has effects of keeping moisture and repairing skin in skin care.

the phase A comprises the following components: water, glycerin, propylene glycol, betaine, sodium hyaluronate, acrylic/C10-30 alkanol acrylate crosspolymer, and methyl glucitol polyether-20;

the phase B comprises the following components: HV-SPECIAL SIWAX, HV-SPECIAL SISI, hydrogenated polydecene, polyhydroxystearic acid, propylparaben, polyvinyl alcohol, CI77499, CI77492 and CI77491, and titanium dioxide;

the phase C comprises the following components: purslane extract, ectoin, ceramide, and VS-5PC V HV;

phase D comprises the following components: 1, 2-hexanediol, p-hydroxyacetophenone, arginine, caprylic hydroxamic acid, caprylic glyceride and essence;

(1) adding the phase A into a main pot, stirring until the phase A is completely transparent, adding the phase C, uniformly stirring at 60-70 ℃, cooling to 45 ℃, adding the phase D, and uniformly stirring for later use;

(2) heating and dissolving the phase B, homogenizing uniformly, and keeping the temperature of 60-70 ℃ for later use;

(3) adding the phase B into the main pot, stirring until the particles are uniform, cooling to normal temperature, and discharging after the inspection is qualified.

Comparative example 1

Test examples

Test samples: foundation solutions obtained in examples 1 to 10 and comparative examples 1 to 3.

Subject: 130 female volunteers aged 30-54 years, the average age was 38 + -2 years, all volunteers had healthy skin without allergic history of skin diseases, and were in accordance with the enrollment criteria.

Analysis of the results of table 2: in comparison with examples 1 to 3, the moisturizing effect of example 1 is the best, so the invention takes example 1 as a preferred formulation. Comparing example 1 with examples 4 to 7, the moisturizing effect of example 1 is significantly better than that of example 4 and example 5, but the moisturizing effect is not significantly different from that of example 6 and example 7, and the cost is combined, so that the optimal amount of the moisturizing and repairing composition is 0.1% of purslane extract, 0.1% of ectoin and 0.1% of ceramide. In comparative example 1 and examples 8 to 10, the moisturizing effect of example 1 was the best, indicating that the purslane extract: ectoin: when ceramide is 1:1:1, the moisturizing effect of the foundation liquid is optimal. Comparing example 1 with comparative examples 1 to 3, the effect of example 1 is significantly better than that of comparative example 1 and comparative example 3, and is equivalent to that of comparative example 2, which shows that when the purslane extract, the ectoin and the ceramide are compounded and used, the synergistic effect is achieved, the moisturizing effect is equivalent to that of the ectoin with the same total dosage, and the cost can be significantly reduced.

Second, product repair effect evaluation

1. Grouping: the 130 volunteers were randomly divided into 13 groups of 10 persons each. One of the above test samples was used in 13 groups of subjects, respectively, for one month continuously.

Comparing example 1 with examples 4 to 7, the repairing effect of example 1 is significantly better than that of example 4 and example 5, but the repairing effect is not significantly different from that of example 6 and example 7, and the cost is combined, so that the purslane extract 0.1%, ectoin 0.1% and ceramide 0.1% are used as the optimal dosage of the moisturizing repairing composition in the invention. In comparative example 1 and examples 8 to 10, the repairing effect of example 1 was the best, which indicates that the purslane extract: ectoin: when ceramide is 1:1:1, the repairing effect of the foundation liquid is optimal. Comparing the embodiment 1 with the comparative examples 1 to 3, the effect of the embodiment 1 is obviously superior to that of the comparative examples 1 and 3 and is equivalent to that of the comparative example 2, which shows that when the purslane extract, the ectoin and the ceramide are compounded and used, the synergistic effect is achieved, the repairing effect is equivalent to that of the ectoin with the same total dosage, and the cost can be obviously reduced.

Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting the protection scope of the present invention, and although the present invention is described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions can be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.

3. The method for preparing the moisturizing and repairing foundation solution as claimed in claim 1 or 2, comprising the steps of:

the phase A comprises the following components: water, glycerin, propylene glycol, betaine, sodium hyaluronate, acrylic/C10-30 alkanol acrylate crosspolymer, and methyl glucitol polyether-20;

the phase B comprises the following components: HV-SPECIAL SIWAX, HV-SPECIAL SISI, hydrogenated polydecene, polyhydroxystearic acid, propylparaben, polyvinyl alcohol, CI77499, CI77492 and CI77491, and titanium dioxide;

phase C comprises the following components: purslane extract, ectoin, ceramide, and VS-5PC V HV;

phase D comprises the following components: 1, 2-hexanediol, p-hydroxyacetophenone, arginine, caprylic hydroxamic acid, caprylic glyceride and essence;

(1) stirring the phase A until the phase A is completely transparent, adding the phase C, uniformly stirring at 60-70 ℃, cooling to 45 ℃, adding the phase D, and uniformly stirring for later use;
