Analysis of the results in table 3: the best repairing effect is obtained in example 1 by comparing examples 1-3, so the invention takes example 1 as a preferable formulation. Comparing example 1 with examples 4 to 7, the repairing effect of example 1 is significantly better than that of example 4 and example 5, but the repairing effect is not significantly different from that of example 6 and example 7, and the cost is combined, so that the purslane extract 0.1%, ectoin 0.1% and ceramide 0.1% are used as the optimal dosage of the moisturizing repairing composition in the invention. In comparative example 1 and examples 8 to 10, the repairing effect of example 1 was the best, which indicates that the purslane extract: ectoin: when ceramide is 1:1:1, the repairing effect of the foundation liquid is optimal. Comparing the embodiment 1 with the comparative examples 1 to 3, the effect of the embodiment 1 is obviously superior to that of the comparative examples 1 and 3 and is equivalent to that of the comparative example 2, which shows that when the purslane extract, the ectoin and the ceramide are compounded and used, the synergistic effect is achieved, the repairing effect is equivalent to that of the ectoin with the same total dosage, and the cost can be obviously reduced.

The moisturizing and repairing foundation liquid is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 2-8% of hydrogenated polydecene, 1-5% of glycerol, 1-5% of propylene glycol, 1-5% of titanium dioxide, 0.5-5% of betaine, 0.5-5% of methyl glucitol polyether, 0.5-5% of HV-SPECIAL SIWAX, 0.05-1% of polyhydroxystearic acid, 0.001-0.1% of sodium hyaluronate, 0.01-0.13% of propyl hydroxybenzoate, 0.01-0.2% of acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer, 0.1-0.5% of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.01-0.2% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.01-0.2% of arginine, 0.005% of caprylyl hydroxamic acid, 0.001-0.01% of glyceryl caprylate, 0.1-1% of polyvinyl alcohol, 56-0.2% of CI, 774920.01-1% of CI, 35% of 774910.01%, 0.1-0.1% of purslane extract, 0.001-0.1% of emene, VS-5PC V HV 0.01% -0.3%, HV-SPECIAL SISI 0.1.1% -0.3%, essence 0.001% -0.01% and the balance of water.

The moisturizing and repairing foundation solution as claimed in claim 1, wherein the moisturizing and repairing foundation solution comprises the following components in percentage by weight: hydrogenated polydecene 6%, glycerol 3%, propylene glycol 3%, titanium dioxide 2.5%, betaine 2%, methyl gluceth-201.5%, HV-SPECIAL SIWAX 1.5%, polyhydroxystearic acid 0.3%, sodium hyaluronate 0.01%, propylparaben 0.1%, acrylic acid/C10-30 alkanol acrylate crosspolymer 0.1%, 1, 2-hexanediol 0.3%, p-hydroxyacetophenone 0.1%, arginine 0.1%, octanoyl hydroxamic acid 0.02%, glyceryl caprylate 0.006%, polyvinyl alcohol 0.6%, CI 774990.1%, CI 774920.9%, CI 774910.25%, purslane extract 0.1%, ectoin 0.1%, ceramide 0.1%, VS-5PC V HV 0.2%, HV-SPECIAL SISI 0.2.2%, perfume 0.005% and the balance water.
3. The method for preparing the moisturizing and repairing foundation solution as claimed in claim 1 or 2, comprising the steps of:
the phase A comprises the following components: water, glycerin, propylene glycol, betaine, sodium hyaluronate, acrylic/C10-30 alkanol acrylate crosspolymer, and methyl glucitol polyether-20;
the phase B comprises the following components: HV-SPECIAL SIWAX, HV-SPECIAL SISI, hydrogenated polydecene, polyhydroxystearic acid, propylparaben, polyvinyl alcohol, CI77499, CI77492 and CI77491, and titanium dioxide;
phase C comprises the following components: purslane extract, ectoin, ceramide, and VS-5PC V HV;
phase D comprises the following components: 1, 2-hexanediol, p-hydroxyacetophenone, arginine, caprylic hydroxamic acid, caprylic glyceride and essence;
(1) stirring the phase A until the phase A is completely transparent, adding the phase C, uniformly stirring at 60-70 ℃, cooling to 45 ℃, adding the phase D, and uniformly stirring for later use;
(2) heating and dissolving the phase B, homogenizing uniformly, and keeping the temperature of 60-70 ℃ for later use;
(3) and (3) adding the material obtained in the step (2) into the material obtained in the step (1), uniformly stirring, cooling to normal temperature, and discharging after the inspection is qualified.
