a first check ring and a second check ring are fixedly arranged on the driving rotating shaft; the first retainer ring is close to one end of the driving rotating shaft, and the second retainer ring is close to the other end of the driving rotating shaft; the shapes and the sizes of the driven rotating shaft and the driving rotating shaft are consistent; the driven rotating shaft is also provided with the first retaining ring and the second retaining ring, and the arrangement position of the first retaining ring is consistent with that of the driving rotating shaft;
the conveying belt comprises a first conveying belt and a second conveying belt; the first conveying belt is sleeved between one end of the driving rotating shaft and the first check ring; the other end of the first conveying belt is sleeved between one end of the driven rotating shaft and the first check ring; the second conveying belt is sleeved between the other end of the driving rotating shaft and the second retaining ring; the other end of the second conveying belt is sleeved between the other end of the driven rotating shaft and the second retaining ring; the driving motor is connected with the driving rotating shaft in a driving way;
the egg frame is a cuboid with an upper opening; the egg frame comprises a transverse wall, a longitudinal wall, a bottom wall and a supporting arm; the transverse wall and the longitudinal wall are perpendicular to each other; the transverse walls and the longitudinal walls are staggered with each other to form a plurality of egg-lighting grooves with the same size;
the support arm comprises a first support arm and a second support arm; the first support arm and the second support arm are both parallel to the bottom wall; the distance between the transverse walls at the 2 outermost sides is not more than the distance between the first conveyor belt and the second conveyor belt; when the first supporting arm is attached to the first conveying belt, the second supporting arm is attached to the second conveying belt; egg lighting holes are formed in the bottom wall in each egg lighting groove;
the egg lighting assembly comprises a light shading box, an egg lighting plate, a projector and a curtain; the shading box comprises a front opening and a rear opening which are oppositely arranged; the conveyer belt penetrates through the shading box through the front opening and the rear opening; the shading box also comprises a box top wall and a box bottom wall which are opposite and parallel to each other; the egg lighting plate is arranged on the inner top surface of the bottom wall of the box; the egg-lighting plate is positioned below the conveying belt; the egg lighting plate is provided with a luminous body;
a camera is arranged on the inner bottom surface of the top wall of the box; the camera is connected with the projector.
2. An egg candling apparatus as in claim 1 wherein the number of said driven shafts is 3; the first driven rotating shaft is arranged in front of the shading box, the second driven rotating shaft is arranged behind the shading box, and the third driven rotating shaft is arranged behind the second driven rotating shaft.
3. The egg candling device as recited in claim 2, wherein the egg candling device further comprises a picking assembly and a controller for controlling the start and stop of the drive motor; the picking component comprises an input keyboard, a processor, a position sensor, a mechanical arm and a recovery box; the input keyboard, the position sensor, the mechanical arm and the controller are all connected with the processor;
the bottom wall is made of transparent materials, and unique digital marks are arranged on the bottom wall at each egg lighting groove;
the shading box is positioned in the middle of the conveying belt; the position sensor and the mechanical arm are both arranged behind the shading box; the position sensor is used for judging the position of the egg frame on the conveying belt; the recycling box is used for receiving unqualified eggs selected by the mechanical arm.
4. An egg candling apparatus as in claim 3 wherein the robotic arm includes gripping suction cups.
5. The egg candling apparatus as in claim 3 wherein the picking assembly further comprises a memory; the camera and the memory are both connected with the processor.
6. An egg candling apparatus as in claim 2 wherein the conveyor assembly further includes first and second substantially identical baffles;
one end of the driving rotating shaft and one end of the driven rotating shaft are both arranged close to the first baffle; the other end of the driving rotating shaft and the other end of the driven rotating shaft are both arranged close to the second baffle;
the first baffle and the second baffle are both parallel to the first retainer ring; the first retainer ring is parallel to the second retainer ring; the first retainer ring is perpendicular to the driving rotating shaft.
7. The egg candling apparatus as recited in claim 2, wherein the outer bottom surface of the bottom wall is provided with a first latch arm and a second latch arm; the first clamp arm and the second clamp arm are perpendicular to the bottom wall; the first clamp arm and the second clamp arm are parallel to each other; the first clamp arm and the second clamp arm are parallel to the transverse wall;
when the first clamping arm is in contact with the first conveying belt in a fitting mode, the second clamping arm is in contact with the second conveying belt in a fitting mode.
8. An egg candling apparatus as in any one of claims 1 to 7 wherein the candling apertures are circular.
9. An egg candling apparatus as in any one of claims 1 to 7 wherein the egg candling assembly further includes support rods for supporting the light box.
10. An egg candling apparatus as in any one of claims 1 to 7 wherein the conveyor is a rubber conveyor; a dark light-shielding layer is coated inside the light-shielding box; the front opening and the rear opening are both provided with a shading curtain; the window shade comprises an upper soft hair and a lower soft hair which are oppositely arranged; the upper fluff is embedded at the edge of the top wall of the box; the lower soft bristles are embedded at the edge of the bottom wall of the box; the bottom of the upper pile and the top of the lower pile are in contact with each other.
