Abstract

The present invention relates to a safety device for preventing a hand from being pinched by controlling opening and closing of a door when the hand is pinched between an elevator door and a door frame by using a safety touch panel, the safety device comprising: a buried box (20) formed inside the door frame (10) along the length of the door frame (10) adjacent to the elevator door (D); a safety contact plate (30) which is movably provided in the overall length direction of the landfill box (20) and can be inserted into the landfill box after protruding toward the outside of the landfill box; more than one rotating connecting rod (40) which is arranged inside the landfill box (20) and is connected with the safety contact plate (30); a Switch (SW) which is provided inside the landfill box (20), is not connected when the safety contact plate (30) protrudes outward, and is connected when the safety contact plate (30) is inserted inside; and an Elevator Controller (EC) and a Door Controller (DC) connected to the switch.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to a safety device for preventing pinching of hands of an elevator, and more particularly, to a safety device for preventing pinching of hands of an elevator, which prevents pinching of hands by controlling opening and closing of a door when the hands are pinched to a gap between an elevator door and a door frame using a safety touch panel.
Background
In order to smoothly open and close the elevator door D, there is a gap between the door D and the door frame 10, and in the case where a passenger waiting for the elevator places his or her hand on the door surface in order to get on the elevator, there is often an accident that the hand is caught in a gap between the door frame and the door without being aware of the opening of the door D and the hand is placed on the door surface, and is injured. In particular, children may experience many of these hand-pinching accidents due to lack of attention.
According to the statistical data issued by the korean national security department at 2016, 2, 19, 319 total security accidents occurred in the past 10 years, and the number of the dead people reached 365, wherein the number of the dead people reached 91. Among them, in the case of hand-pinching accidents, major accidents requiring treatment for 3 weeks or more occur every year, and the number of mild accidents hospitalized by korean consumers reaches 79 in 2013, 103 in 2014, and 92 in 2015. In order to prevent such an accident, the korean elevator law stipulates that the gap between the elevator door and the door frame is reduced from the former 10mm to 5 mm.
In order to solve the above-described problems, fig. 1 shows a conventional device using a security touch panel, in which a portion 1A is a front view and a portion 1B is a plan view showing a setting work flow.
In the present embodiment, the safety contact plate receiving the spring force is provided at the corner portion of the door frame 10 facing the door D to prevent the fingers of the passenger from being caught in the gap between the door frame and the door D, but as shown in fig. 1B showing the state before and after the safety contact plate is provided, if the safety contact plate is to be installed, the door D on the left side of the arrow is separated in advance as shown by the broken line, the corner portion of the door frame 10 is cut and the safety contact plate is provided, and thereafter, as shown in the diagram on the right side of the arrow, the door D needs to be readjusted to conform to the gap specification of 5mm, so that the installation work is very complicated.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a safe touch panel type hand trap apparatus which can be easily installed without removing an elevator door.
Technical scheme
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a safety device for preventing a hand from being pinched in an elevator using a safety touch panel, comprising: a buried box 20 formed inside the door frame 10 along the length of the door frame 10 adjacent to the elevator door D; a safety contact plate 30 provided movably in the overall length direction of the landfill tank 20 and capable of being inserted into the landfill tank after protruding outward of the landfill tank; one or more rotation connection rods 40 disposed inside the landfill tank 20 and connected to the safety contact plate 30; a switch SW provided inside the landfill tank 20, not connected in a state where the safety contact plate 30 protrudes outward, and connected in a state where the safety contact plate 30 is inserted inside; and a door controller DC and an elevator controller EC connected to the above-mentioned switches, and when the safety contact plate 30 is inserted into the landfill box 20 by an external force and the switch SW is connected, the operation of the door is stopped or the opening and closing speed of the door is adjusted by the elevator controller EC and the door controller DC.
In the present invention, the above-described landfill box 20 and the safety touch panel 30 may be parallel to or form an angle with the elevator door D. In this case, it is more preferable that the section of the landfill tank 20 and the safety contact panel 30 is arched as viewed in a plane.
ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION
According to the invention formed by the structure, the safe touch plate type hand clamping prevention device which can easily perform the installation operation without removing the elevator door can be provided, and the hand clamping phenomenon can be more effectively prevented compared with the prior art. Moreover, the device of the invention can adopt a module mode, and greatly improves the disassembly, assembly and maintenance management compared with the prior art.

Detailed Description
Fig. 2 is a view showing the present invention, in which a portion 2A is a front view, and portions 2B to 2C are sectional views showing a protruding state and an inserted state of the safety contact plate 30, respectively.
As shown in fig. 2, a buried box 20 is formed inside the door frame 10 along the length of the door frame 10 adjacent to the elevator door D. The landfill box 20 may have any shape as long as it has a box shape in which a long rectangular groove is formed in the door frame 10 and the assembly can be easily performed by a bolt, a screw, or the like. If the safety contact plate 30, the swing link 40, and the switch SW, which will be described later, are provided in the landfill tank 20, the landfill tank 20 itself becomes a module type, can be very easily installed in the door frame 10 by a simple fastening method, and can be easily replaced, and installation and maintenance thereof become very simple.
The safety contact plate 30 is movably provided in the landfill tank 20 in the overall length direction of the landfill tank 20, and the safety contact plate 30 is inserted into the landfill tank after protruding to the outside of the landfill tank by rotating the connecting rod 40. On the other hand, the surface portion of the safety contact plate 30 exposed to the outside may be covered with an elastic outer layer material.
As shown in fig. 2B, one or more rotation connecting rods 40 connected to the trolley 30 are provided inside the upper buried box 20. The rotation link 40 serves to protrude the safety contact plate 30 to the outside after the safety contact plate 30 is inserted to the inside. Specifically, as shown in a portion 2C of fig. 2, after the safety contact plate 30 is inserted into the interior by an external force, if the external force disappears, the rotation link 40 is rotated in the direction of the broken line arrow by the self weight of the safety contact plate 30, and the safety contact plate is protruded to the outside. That is, as shown in part 2B in fig. 2, the safety contact plate 30 is normally in a state of protruding toward the outside of the landfill tank 20. Alternatively, a spring or other pressurizing unit may be used instead of the rotating link 40.
The switch SW is provided inside the landfill box 20, and in a state where the safety contact plate 30 is protruded outward, the switch SW is not connected, and in a state where the safety contact plate 30 is inserted inside, the switch SW is connected, and the switch is connected to the elevator controller EC and the door controller DC, thereby controlling an open/close state of the elevator door D.
According to the structure of the present invention, when the safety contact plate 30 is inserted into the landfill box 20 by an external force and the switch SW is connected, the open/close state of the door is controlled by the elevator controller EC and the door controller DC, so that the operation of the door is stopped or the open/close speed of the door is slowed, thereby preventing the hand-pinching phenomenon in advance.
The landfill box 20 and the safety touch panel 30 of this structure are generally disposed in parallel with the elevator door D, but may be disposed in an angled manner according to the need.
Fig. 3 is a view showing an example arranged in an angled manner, a portion 3A is a sectional view showing a state before a pinching occurs, and a portion 3B is a sectional view showing a state after the pinching occurs.
As shown in the drawing, if the landfill tank 20 and the safety touch panel 30 are disposed in a manner of being inclined toward the surface of the door D, the passenger's hand can be more effectively prevented from being caught. Furthermore, the shape of the end of the safety touch panel 30 may take any shape that does not injure fingers according to the need.
Fig. 4 is a view showing another embodiment of the present invention, in which a portion 4A is a sectional view showing a state before a pinching occurs, and a portion 4B is a sectional view showing a state after the pinching occurs.
In the present embodiment, the cross-sections of the landfill tank 20 and the safety contact plate 30 are arched in plan view, and therefore, the movement of the safety contact plate 30 is smoother, and the movement can be performed in a manner closer to the surface of the door, so that the phenomenon of pinching can be more effectively prevented.

Claims (2)

1. A safety device for preventing hands of an elevator by using a safety touch panel is characterized in that,
the method comprises the following steps:
a buried box (20) formed inside the door frame (10) along the length of the door frame (10) adjacent to the elevator door (D);
a safety contact plate (30) which is movably provided in the overall length direction of the landfill box (20) and can be inserted into the landfill box after protruding toward the outside of the landfill box;
one or more rotating connecting rods (40) arranged inside the landfill box (20) and connected with the safety contact plate (30);
a Switch (SW) which is provided inside the buried box (20), is not connected when the safety contact plate (30) is protruded outward, and is connected when the safety contact plate (30) is inserted inside; and
an Elevator Controller (EC) and a Door Controller (DC) connected to the above-mentioned switches,
when the safety contact plate (30) is inserted into the landfill box (20) by external force and the Switch (SW) is connected, the Elevator Controller (EC) and the Door Controller (DC) stop the operation of the door or slow down the opening and closing speed of the door, and the cross sections of the landfill box (20) and the safety contact plate (30) are arched when viewed from the plane.
2. The safety device for preventing pinching of a hand of an elevator using a safety touch panel as claimed in claim 1, wherein the landfill box (20) and the safety touch panel (30) are parallel to or form an angle with the door (D) of the elevator.
