Abstract
The invention discloses a special transferring and supporting device for a wind power blade mould and a using method thereof, wherein the special transferring and supporting device comprises a limiting piece, a supporting piece, an extending piece, a moving wheel and a connecting rod; the invention designs a special transfer support device for a wind power blade mould, a limit section with a U-shaped structure is formed by a limit piece and a support piece, the wind power blade mould can be embedded and installed in the limit section, then for convenience of movement, an extending piece is respectively installed on the upper parts of the left side and the right side of the limit piece, connecting rods are respectively installed on the front side and the rear side of the outer part of the extending piece, moving wheels are respectively rotatably installed at the lower ends of the connecting rods, the whole transfer support device is driven to move by the moving wheels, and when the transfer support device is used, the wind power blade is uniformly supported and transferred through a plurality of transfer support devices, so that the transfer is more stable, the defect of high energy consumption of a forklift is overcome, and the transfer support device is suitable for small-scale transfer.

The wind power blade is taken as an important working element in the process of wind power generation, the design, manufacture and production of parts of the wind power blade are more and more valued by people, a wind power blade mould is inevitably used in the manufacturing process of the wind power blade, the wind power blade mould has a vital influence on the forming of the wind power blade, and the wind power blade mould is often required to be transported in the processing process; at present, special transportation equipment such as a forklift is adopted for transporting wind power blade moulds in a large-scale steel member factory, but the forklift has the defects of high cost, low efficiency, poor stability, difficult overall transportation and the like during operation, and a special transportation supporting device for the wind power blade moulds and a using method thereof with low cost, high efficiency and good stability need to be developed.

As shown in fig. 1, a special transferring and supporting device for a wind turbine blade mold comprises a limiting member 2, a supporting member 1, an extending member 3, a moving wheel 5 and a connecting rod 4; the limiting piece 2 is of a U-shaped structure; the supporting piece 1 is of a plate body structure; the upper sides of the front end and the rear end of the supporting piece 1 are respectively and vertically provided with a limiting piece 2; the limiting part 2 and the supporting part 1 form a limiting interval 7 with a U-shaped section; the upper parts of the left side and the right side of the limiting part 2 are respectively provided with an extending part 3; the extension piece 3 is in a U-shaped structure; the extension piece 3 is horizontally arranged at the side part of the limiting piece 2; the side parts of the extension part 3 and the limiting part 2 are vertically arranged; a movable installation space 6 is formed between the lower part of the extension part 3 and the outer side of the limiting part 2; the front side and the rear side of the outside of the extension piece 3 are respectively provided with a connecting rod 4; the lower ends of the connecting rods 4 are respectively and rotatably provided with a movable wheel 5; the moving wheel 5 is positioned in the moving installation space 6; the moving wheel 5 is located below the support 4.
