The end face of a high-voltage switch product part is often required to be provided with a sealing groove, the requirements on the roughness and the size precision of the sealing groove are high, and the quality of the end face groove directly influences the performance of the product. The traditional mode of processing the end face groove is to perform milling processing on the end face of a product by milling cutters with various specifications or to process the end face by adopting a special grooving cutter. However, in this machining method, the size of the tool cannot be adjusted, one tool can only be machined in accordance with one size, and the tool is not versatile, so that the machining efficiency is low.

Furthermore, the circumferential surface of the tool apron is provided with a threaded hole extending along the guide direction of the long hole, and an adjusting screw rod used for pushing the locking bolt is arranged in the threaded hole. Therefore, when the sliding tool holder needs to be adjusted, the locking bolt can be pushed by the adjusting screw rod, the adjustment is accurate, and the operation is quick.
Further, the sliding tool holder is of a cuboid structure. Therefore, the cost is low, and the processing is simple.
Furthermore, a tool connecting hole for inserting a tool bar of a tool is further formed in the end face, perpendicular to the penetrating direction of the locking bolt, of the sliding tool holder, and fastening threaded holes are formed in the circumferential face of the sliding tool holder. The guide rod can thus be fixed to the sliding tool holder and the tool holder can be further fixed by placing a screw in the clamping threaded bore.
Furthermore, a boss is arranged on the sliding tool holder, the tool connecting hole is formed in the boss, and round holes for the locking bolts to penetrate through are formed in two sides of the boss. The tool holder 1 and the sliding tool holder 2 are connected together by means of a hexagon socket head cap screw and a nut arranged in the slide groove 103, the nut has a bottom surface for being clamped in the slide groove 103, the cross section of the nut perpendicular to the axis of the threaded hole is trapezoidal, and the area of the bottom surface of the nut is larger than that of the top surface of the nut. The nut is arranged in the sliding groove 103, and the locking bolt penetrates through the end face adjusting hole 106 and is connected to the nut. The nut can slide and adjust in the sliding groove 103 to obtain different working positions of the sliding tool holder 2, so that the distance between the rotating axis of the sliding tool holder 2 and the rotating axis of the tool apron 1 can be adjusted, and the end face grooving tool body can be used for processing end face grooves with different specifications, and has the advantages of simple structure and simple processing technology.
The embodiment 2 of the end-face grooving cutter body of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9, is different from the embodiment 1 in that the end-face adjusting hole 106 of the tool holder 1 is penetrated through the tool holder connecting part 102, but it is ensured that the connecting member connecting the tool holder 1 and the sliding tool holder 2 does not interfere with the equipment connecting part 101.
