本发明公开了一种用于皮肤病及烧伤病人的具有杀菌消毒功能的敷料及便携制造设备。包括壳体、上盖、氧气源、紫外线臭氧发生装置、温控系统、浸泡液、纱布等组成,通过改变氧气的极性,使之成为极具氧化性的臭氧,纱布浸泡后用于皮肤病和烧伤病人治疗。本发明的有益效果:可以为皮肤病患者及烧烫伤病人、外科手术病人提供一种简便廉价、无二次污染快速杀灭细菌病毒的敷料。
Description
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种医疗器械,尤其是涉及一种可快速现场制造用于皮肤病及烧伤病人的杀菌消毒敷料及便携制造设备。
背景技术:
银屑病等免疫功能低下引起的疾病要用激素(地塞米松强的松皮炎平肤轻松等)激素虽然临时有效但破坏免疫功能。治疗牛皮癣最重要的是用药,治疗时不要用激素、免疫抑制剂类药物治疗,这些药物是抑制体内毒素不发出来,但是停药后,多数会复发,甚至加重,而且对身体副作用很大。由于银屑病是一种慢性疾病,并且累及人群较广,其对患者造成的生活影响很大。瘙痒、鳞屑和可见的斑块是困扰患者的主要问题。因为缺乏长期根治的方法,当前的治疗方法虽然有效,但仍不能令人满意。开发特异、安全、有效的长期治疗方法仍是一个挑战。
常见的皮肤消毒剂乙醇乙醇用于皮肤能快速杀菌,但是没有持久(残留)活性,乙醇与其他化学抗菌剂配伍具有协同抗菌作用,如环氧乙烷,会有残存的污染。
碘是被临床广泛应用的皮肤消毒剂,碘分子能快速渗透细胞壁,通过形成氨基酸和不饱和脂肪酸,导致蛋白合成困难和细胞膜改变,存在二次污染。
氯己定的即刻抗菌活性比乙醇慢。它具有很好的抗革兰阳性菌作用,对革兰阴性菌和真菌的作用较弱,对分枝杆菌属作用小,对芽胞无效。体外试验显示对有膜的病毒如疱疹病毒、HIV、巨细胞病毒、流感病毒和RSV有效,但明显对无膜的病毒如轮状病毒、肠道病毒和腺病毒有效性较低。
苯扎溴铵等季铵盐类抗菌剂尽管抑菌作用很强,但杀菌谱较窄:对铜绿假单胞菌等革兰阴性菌的作用较差,对结核分枝杆菌和细菌芽胞则基本无效;仅可灭活亲脂病毒,而对亲水病毒作用较差。
三氯生是一种高效广谱抗菌剂。三氯生有一定的抗菌谱,但是偏向于抑菌。三氯生对革兰阳性菌(包括M RSA)的作用强于革兰阴性杆菌,特别是铜绿假单胞菌。三氯生对分枝杆菌属和假丝酵母菌属有一定的活性,但是对细丝真菌的活性较弱。大量研究显示,用三氯生洗手后菌落的降低数比氯己定、聚维酮碘和乙醇产品低。
专利CN02817591.3抗菌伤口敷料,是一种用在一些但不是所有可交换部位上连接有银离子并在可交换部位上的银离子分布基本上一致的或由形成凝胶纤维例如羧甲纤维素或藻酸纤维制造的抗菌伤口敷料,。用于伤口敷料的涂银纤维可以通过一组具有可交换部位的前体形成凝胶纤维和含银离子的溶液在不造成纤维不可逆胶凝的条件下进行接触而制得,所使用的含银离溶液量能够将银离子与一些但不是全部可交换部位相连,所有的这组前体形成凝胶纤维与所有的含银离子溶液基本上同时接触。
专利CN2009200209204公开了一种皮肤湿敷贴,其包括医用棉纱布,医用棉纱布的一面上粘贴有药品袋。医用棉纱布的厚度为十六层。药品袋内设有湿敷液或粉剂。湿敷液为硼酸或硫酸镁溶液。本实用新型盛放于一个独立包装袋内,包装袋上有详细的使用说明。使用时,撕开包装袋,从医用棉纱布上撕下药品袋,再撕开药品袋,将药品按照用量说明将药品涂覆于医用棉纱布上,再将医用棉纱布敷于患处。
专利CN2004200562829公开了一种医用臭氧治疗仪。涉及一种医用治疗器械。它的体积小,可以高质量持续产生一定浓度和压力的气态臭氧,并直接将高浓度的臭氧气体直喷体表伤口或创面,形成相对密闭的空间和扩散力,不增加患者的病痛,不对施治者产生伤害,降低治疗成本。它包括机壳,陶瓷臭氧发生器,控制电路,微型气体汲取泵,喷管,封闭罩;其中,机壳内设有陶瓷臭氧发生器,控制电路,微型空气压缩机;机壳上的喷嘴接口与喷管相接,喷管与封闭罩连接;封闭罩为弹性罩;控制电路包括交流电路和直流电路。将密封罩罩在伤口或创面上,微型气体汲取泵和陶瓷臭氧发生器的连续工作,臭氧不断地通过喷管进入封闭罩,形成一定的扩散力。使细菌和病毒迅速灭活。
发明内容:
本发明旨在提供一种具有杀菌消毒功能的敷料及便携式制造设备,满足皮肤病患者、烧烫伤病人的治疗要求。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
通常氧气是非极性,用185纳米窄谱紫外光激发后,变为极性的臭氧,其分子含有三个氧原子,具有极强的氧化性,是一种广谱高效杀菌剂,它的氧化能力高于氯一倍,杀菌比氯快600-3000倍,甚至几秒种内可以杀死细菌。对各种致病微生物有极强杀灭作用的消毒灭菌水剂。臭氧可杀灭细菌繁殖体和芽胞、病毒、真菌等,并可破坏肉毒杆菌毒素,可以清除空气和杀灭空气中、水中、食物中的有毒物质,常见的大肠杆菌、粪链球菌、绿脓杆菌、金黄葡萄球菌、霉菌等,在臭氧的环境中15分钟,其灭杀率可达到99%以上。
本发明中,极性的臭氧可以更多的溶于浸泡液中。纱布浸泡后,会携带有大量杀菌消毒的臭氧水,敷在病患皮肤表面,臭氧化的溶液渗进病变组织,杀死更深层的致病细菌。
优选地,线路板13、半导体制冷片11、制热片10、温度传感器9、气阀16、紫外灯2通过电缆连接。
优选地,壳体采用不锈钢、塑料或陶瓷材料,上盖和壳体通过铰链连接。
优选地,上盖中央镶嵌玻璃视镜,用于合盖后查看壳体内情况,视镜玻璃采用富含铁元素玻璃。
优选地,氧气源采用氧气罐或制氧机提供氧气。
优选地,紫外灯外有保护罩,保护罩采用石英玻璃或高硼玻璃,进一步优选石英玻璃。
优选地,浸泡液警戒线18用于指示浸泡液加入量。
优选地,线路板13接收温度传感器数据后,与设定数据比对后确定制冷或加热。
优选地,浸泡液选用0.9%生理盐水或添加微量碳酸氢钠、PH值介于7.35-7.45的生理盐水。
本发明的有益效果是:最常见的皮肤病一般是感染性的,比如说细菌、真菌、病毒感染引起来的;烧烫伤病人为防止病人感染,通常在清理创面后上面覆盖一层液体石蜡纱布或薄层凡士林油纱布外加多层脱脂纱布及棉垫。本发明中用臭氧水浸泡过的敷料,具有广谱快速强力杀灭细菌病毒效果,持续有效可达20分钟以上,然后自然降解,无二次污染,可以广泛应用在以上疾病。

具体实施方式
以下参照图1-2,结合具体的实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。一种用于皮肤病及烧伤病人、外科手术后病人用的敷料及制造设备。包括壳体7、上盖5、氧气源12、紫外线臭氧发生装置2、温控系统10、11、浸泡液8、纱布17组成。
将浸泡液倒入壳体7中,纱布17置于其中,保证纱布都被浸泡液浸透;打开氧气源12开关,持续1分钟后合上上盖5,启动紫外灯2;同时在显示屏上1设定所需温度及时间数据,确定敷料的温度和臭氧浓度。达到设定的参数后打开上盖,取出浸泡过臭氧水的纱布17,敷到病人皮肤上。
当然应意识到,虽然通过通过本发明的实例已经进行了前面的描述,但是对本发明做出的将对本领域的技术人员显而易见的这样或其它的改进或改变应认为落入如本文提出的本发明宽广范围内。因此,尽管本发明已经参照了优选的实施方式进行描述,但是,其意并不是使具新颖性的设备由此而受到限制,相反,其旨在包括符合上述公开部分、权利要求的广阔范围之内的各种改进和等同修改。
Claims (6)
1.一种用于皮肤病及烧伤病人的敷料及便携制造设备。包括壳体、上盖、氧气源、紫外线臭氧发生装置、温控系统、浸泡液、面纱组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于皮肤病及烧伤病人的敷料及便携制造设备,浸泡液是生理盐水或添加碳酸氢钠、PH值7.35—7.45的生理盐水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于皮肤病及烧伤病人的敷料及便携制造设备,紫外线臭氧发生装置的紫外灯发出的是窄谱185纳米紫外线。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于皮肤病及烧伤病人的敷料及便携制造设备,上盖上镶嵌有视镜和显示屏,视镜采用富含铁元素的玻璃。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于皮肤病及烧伤病人的敷料及便携制造设备,,壳体底部安装有半导体制冷片和制热片。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于皮肤病及烧伤病人的敷料及便携制造设备。纱布采用吸水性强的棉纱布或无纺布。
