Fifth embodiment, on the basis of the third embodiment, with reference to fig. 1 to 14, a tightening device is connected to the support plate 3 above the drum 34 at the next station of the drum 34 directly below the conversion drum 8, the tightening device includes a circular hole 55 directly above the position corresponding to the drum 34, a plurality of groups of vertically arranged first electric telescopic rods 56 are uniformly distributed in the circular hole 55 along the circumference, a second electric telescopic rod 57 is connected to the lower end of the first electric telescopic rod 56 in the direction toward the center of the circle, an arc-shaped plate 58 is connected to the end of the second electric telescopic rod 57, the plurality of groups of arc-shaped plates 58 penetrate through the sidewall of the drum 34 to separate and tighten the garbage bag from the drum 34, the first electric telescopic rod 56 and the second electric telescopic rod 57 are electrically connected to the electronic control unit, and after the first electric telescopic rod 56 and the second electric telescopic rod 57 rotate for one circle by the second motor 37, the operation is carried out, firstly, the first electric telescopic rod 56 sends the second electric telescopic rod 57 downwards, then the second electric telescopic rod 57 moves towards the axis, the plurality of groups of arc-shaped plates 58 are matched to separate the garbage bag from the drum 34, and meanwhile, the garbage bag is sealed.

When the multifunctional bed is used, firstly, when cleaning work is required, the hydraulic cylinder 22 and the electric telescopic rod are respectively controlled by the main control unit to push the cleaning table 49 and the conversion cylinder 8 to the working position on one side of the bed body 1, the water pump 5 and the water heater 54 are turned on, cleaning water is injected into the cleaning tank according to requirements, after cleaning is finished, a water outlet hole at the lower end of the cleaning tank 51 is opened to enable the cleaning tank to flow to the sewage cavity 15 in the conversion cylinder 8, then the cleaning tank enters the waste liquid temporary storage tank 9 through the one-way valve for temporary storage, if too much waste liquid exists, the blow-down valve is opened, excessive sewage is directly discharged to the storage tank 60, after cleaning is finished, the hydraulic cylinder 22 and the electric telescopic rod are controlled by the electric control unit to drive the corresponding; when the excretion work is needed, firstly, a garbage bag is sleeved on the cylinder 34 at the sleeving station, then the first motor 11 is opened, the second motor 37 is controlled by the electronic control unit to rotate for a circle, the excretion cavity 13 is ensured to be positioned right above, the sleeved garbage bag rotates to the collecting station, in the process, the garbage bag is clamped by the clamping device on the garbage bag, the excretion is finished, the conversion cylinder 8 is driven to rotate by the first motor 11, at the moment, the end part of the excretion cavity 13 is sealed by the locking device, when the garbage bag reaches right below, the locking device is driven to be completely opened, at the moment, the electronic control unit firstly opens the air pressure regulating pump 16 and the air valve to drive the piston 17 to drag the dirt downwards, meanwhile, the one-way valve between the waste liquid temporary storage box 9 and the round rod 19 is opened, the excretion cavity 13 is washed during the movement of the piston 17, if the waste liquid temporary storage box 9 has no available liquid or the excretion cavity 13 needs to be washed deeply, at this time, the electric control unit can be used for opening the water pump 5 and the one-way valve between the water pump 5 and the round rod 19, clean high-pressure water is provided for the round rod 19, the movement of the piston 17 is matched for thoroughly washing the discharge cavity 13, the electric control unit is used for driving the second motor 37 to continuously rotate for one circle after the cleaning and the water washing are finished, the garbage bag containing dirt is moved to the arranging station, the clamping device is opened during the moving process, the tightening device seals and separates the garbage bag on the arranging station, the electric control unit is used for driving the second motor 37 to continuously rotate for one circle after the arranging is finished, the cylinder 34 containing the garbage bag is moved to the recycling station, the opening and closing device is opened during the moving process, the garbage bag falls into the containing box 60 under the action of self weight to realize the cleaning and collecting of excrement, and the opening and closing device is closed if the second motor 37 continuously rotates for one stroke next time, and after the use is finished, the system is restored to the initial state and waits for the next use.
