Technical Field

Background
For the LED display module which needs outdoor use or requires waterproofing, the quality of the waterproof structure has great influence on the performance of the LED display screen. The waterproof ring is arranged between the LED display screen module and the display screen box body, the module and the display screen box body are locked by the screws, and the waterproof gasket is stressed and compressed to deform to achieve the aim of waterproofing when the module and the display screen are locked, but the waterproof structure has poor sealing performance and cannot meet the current use requirement.
There is thus a need for a new structural waterproof structure to solve the above problems.

The invention aims to solve the technical problems that: the waterproof structure and the LED display screen are provided, so that the waterproof problem of the LED display screen is solved.

The first supporting structure 11 on the module 10 and the second supporting structure 21 on the box 20 are both mounting grooves (12, 22), the mounting grooves (12, 22) are through grooves, the sections of the mounting grooves (12, 22) are of a convex structure, the mounting parts 36 on the sealing ring 30 are tightly attached to the convex structure, the mounting parts 36 are abutted to the inner walls of the mounting grooves (12, 22) through the inner walls of the mounting grooves, and the extension arms 32 are pulled through the cross structure, so that the extension arms 32 are tightly attached to the side walls of the first supporting structure 11 and the second supporting structure 21, and the reliability of connection between the sealing ring 30 and the first supporting structure 11 and the second supporting structure 21 is guaranteed. It is also known that a first waterproof structure and a third waterproof structure are formed between the first support structure 11, the second support structure 21 and the extension arm 32 of the sealing ring 30, surrounding the second waterproof structure.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a cavity 40 is provided between the module 10, the box 20 and the sealing ring 30, the cavity is communicated with the outside, when water enters the cavity 40, the water flows in the direction indicated by the arrow, the water firstly enters the low-lying position between the sealing ring 30 and the box 20, after the water is accumulated to a certain extent, the water flows over the upper surface of the sealing ring 30, so that the water flows to the low-lying position where the sealing ring 30 is connected with the module 10, and when the water flows over the lower end of the sealing ring, the outer surface of the extending arm 32 is of an inclined surface structure, so that when the water flows more and more, the gravity of the water flow acts on the sealing ring 30, namely, the pressure between the extending arm 32 of the sealing ring 30 and the first supporting structure 11 and the second supporting structure 21 is greater, the sealing performance is better, the sealing reliability between the sealing ring 30 and the second supporting structure 11 and the second supporting structure 22 is guaranteed, and the water flow is effectively prevented from entering the inside of the waterproof structure. As can be seen from the above description, the first waterproof structure and the third waterproof structure have the same waterproof principle, the second waterproof structure forms a waterproof barrier portion by mutually extruding the protrusions 31 between the first sealing ring 33 and the second sealing ring 34, and the preferred protrusions 31 have a receiving space 311 between two sides, where the receiving space 311 can be used to receive a small amount of water seepage, and compared with the conventional single-layer sealing structure, the water seepage can be prevented from directly entering the module 10 or the box 20, and direct damage to electronic components can be avoided. The third waterproof structure is further arranged at the lower part of the second waterproof structure, so that water can be further prevented from penetrating into the waterproof area inside the module 10 and/or the box body 20, and a stable and reliable waterproof structure is formed through the third waterproof structure.
It should be noted that, the sealing ring 30 is an elastic member, and may be made of rubber or silica gel in the actual use process, and the technical scheme does not limit the use material of the sealing ring 30, and may be selected as required in the actual use process. Meanwhile, the technical scheme does not limit the use quantity of the sealing rings, and the sealing rings can be added according to the requirement under the condition of meeting the sealing requirement.
More of the seal rings 30 in one embodiment are provided with circumferentially symmetrical extension arms 32, which make the connection between the circumferentially symmetrical seal rings more secure.
