To the LED display module that needs outdoor use or require waterproof, the quality of waterproof construction has huge influence to the performance of LED display screen. The operating principle of the invention is as follows: by arranging the three waterproof structures and at least one group of sealing rings, the extension arm of each sealing ring is abutted against the side walls of the box body and the module to form a first waterproof structure, and the outer surface of the extension arm is provided with an inclined surface structure, so that pressure is applied to the outer surface of each sealing ring when water impacts the sealing ring, and the sealing rings are connected more tightly; a second waterproof structure is formed by mutual extrusion between bulges at the middle part of the extension arm; and the extension arm of the sealing ring at the bottom is abutted against the side faces of the box body and the module to form a third waterproof structure, so that the waterproof structure with good waterproof performance and the LED display screen with the waterproof structure are formed through the three waterproof structures of the upper layer, the middle layer and the lower layer.
