In one embodiment, the present invention provides a speaker assembly including a speaker 1 and a dust screen 2.
Wherein, the dust screen 2 is matched with the loudspeaker 1 and fixed on the bottom surface of the loudspeaker 1. That is, the bottom surface of the speaker 1 does not need to be provided with a space for placing the dust screen 2, and the dust screen 2 may be directly fixed to the bottom surface of the speaker 1. The dustproof net 2 is matched with the loudspeaker 1 to play a dustproof role. The structure of the dust screen 2 can refer to the prior art, and is not described herein. The bottom surface of the loudspeaker 1 may be planar in particular, so as to cooperate with the dust screen 2. The dust screen 2 and the bottom surface of the speaker 1 may be bonded or may be connected by other conventional fixing means.
The bottom end of at least part of the side walls of the loudspeaker 1 is recessed to form an overflow space with the housing 4 in which the loudspeaker assembly is mounted. The internal structure and the operation principle of the speaker 1 refer to the prior art, and are not described herein again. The side wall of the loudspeaker 1 is specifically a side wall of a housing of the loudspeaker 1, and the bottom end is the direction of installation of the loudspeaker 1 to the bottom. The side walls of the housing have a recess 11 so that when the loudspeaker 1 is mounted in the housing 4 of the device, an overflow space is formed between the recess 11 and the housing 4, which is capable of storing lubricating oil or grease. The shape and size of the groove 11 can be set according to the requirement, and is not limited specifically here.
Alternatively, at least the upper edge of the dust screen 2 is retracted inwardly with respect to the side wall of the speaker 1 to form an overflow space with the housing 4. I.e. at least the upper edge of the dust screen 2 is smaller than the outer dimensions of the loudspeaker 1, so that an overflow space can also be formed with the housing to provide a storage space for lubricating oil or grease. The periphery of at least the upper edge of the dust screen 2 can be retracted inwards to form a circle of overflow space. Lubricating oil or grease can be stored around at least the upper edge of the dust screen 2 to prevent the lubricating oil or grease from penetrating into the dust screen 2 to a greater extent. According to the requirement, at least one side or part of the upper edge of the dust screen 2 can be retracted inwards to form an overflow space, and the overflow space is arranged according to the dip-dyeing condition of lubricating oil or lubricating grease.
In order to provide a larger overflow space, the bottom end of at least part of the side walls of the loudspeaker 1 is recessed to form an overflow space with the housing 4 in which the loudspeaker assembly is mounted, and at least the upper edge of the dust screen 2 is recessed inwardly with respect to the side walls of the loudspeaker 1 to form an overflow space with the housing 4.
Use the utility model provides a loudspeaker assembly sets up recess 11 through the lateral wall bottom with speaker 1, perhaps the relative speaker 1's of at least upper portion edge lateral wall of dust screen 2 inwards contracts in order to form the overflow space with casing 4 within a definite time, and then when speaker 1 installs in casing 4 of equipment, form the overflow space between recess 11 and the casing 4, form the overflow space between the part of contracting in and casing 4, then lubricating oil or lubricating grease can the holding in the overflow space, and be unlikely to being extruded to in the dust screen 2. Thereby prevent that dust screen 2 from being impregnated by lubricating oil or lubricating grease, and then avoid lubricating oil or lubricating grease on dust screen 2 further to impregnate vibrating diaphragm 12 of speaker 1 and lead to the acoustics unusual.
Specifically, the recess 11 extends to the bottom surface of the speaker 1 to be open. I.e. the notch of the recess 11 is located in the side wall of the loudspeaker 1 and the underside of the recess 11 is also open. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2, when the bottom surface of the speaker 1 is viewed from the bottom surface, the edge of the bottom surface has a notch, and an overflow space is formed between the notch and the housing 4 where the speaker assembly is mounted. So set up, the shaping is convenient for on the one hand. On the other hand, when the speaker assembly is mounted in the housing 4 of the device, a storage space for lubricating oil or lubricating grease is reserved at the lowermost end, and the speaker assembly is more effectively prevented from penetrating into the dust screen 2 from the lowermost end. Of course, in special cases such as assembly requirements, the groove 11 may not extend to the bottom surface of the speaker 1, but may have a certain distance from the bottom surface, that is, both the lower side and the upper side of the groove 11 are closed, and when viewed from the bottom surface of the speaker 1, the edge of the bottom surface is not notched by the groove 11. According to the requirement, an overflow space can be formed by inward contraction of the bottom end of the side wall of the loudspeaker 1, for example, an inclined plane inclined from bottom to top to outside is formed by inward contraction, and the bottom end of the inclined plane can specifically extend to the bottom surface of the loudspeaker 1.
The recess 11 may be embodied as a right-angled groove, i.e. the side walls of the recess 11 are perpendicular to the side walls of the loudspeaker 1 and the bottom of the recess 11 is parallel to the side walls of the loudspeaker 1. The right-angle structure is convenient to process, and can make full use of the space to form a larger overflow space. The shape of the groove 11 is not limited to the right angle shape, and may be an arc-shaped groove with an arc-shaped cross section or other shapes according to the requirement.
In order to better prevent the dust screen 2 from being impregnated with grease or grease, a groove 11 is provided around the side wall of the speaker 1 to form a ring of overflow space. Lubricating oil or grease can be stored around the side wall of the speaker 1 to prevent the lubricating oil or grease from penetrating into the dust screen 2 to a greater extent. According to the requirement, the groove 11 can be arranged on one side or part of the side wall of the loudspeaker 1 to form an overflow space, and the overflow space can be arranged correspondingly according to the impregnation condition of lubricating oil or lubricating grease.
In the above embodiments, the rubber ring 3 is disposed on the sidewall of the speaker 1 above the groove 11. When the loudspeaker 1 is installed in the shell 4, the rubber ring 3 on the side wall is adopted to extrude the water. By arranging the rubber ring 3 above the groove 11, lubricating oil or lubricating grease can be sufficiently extruded into the overflow space to be stored, and the lubricating oil or the lubricating grease is prevented from permeating into the dust screen 2. Specifically, the rubber ring 3 is disposed adjacent to the groove 11. The rubber ring 3 may also be disposed at a predetermined interval from the groove 11 as needed. The loudspeaker 1 may also be made watertight with the housing 4 using other constructions.
On the basis of the above embodiments, the dust screen 2 includes the dust screen single body 22, the waterproof double-sided adhesive layer 21 and the adhesive layer 23, the adhesive layer 23 is connected to the bottom surface of the dust screen single body 22, and the waterproof double-sided adhesive layer 21 is connected to the top surface of the dust screen single body 22 and is connected to the bottom surface of the speaker 1 in a sealing manner. The dust screen monomer 22, namely the main mesh structure of the dust screen 2, has the top surface provided with the waterproof double faced adhesive tape, so that the dust screen monomer is conveniently and fixedly connected with the bottom surface of the loudspeaker 1 in a sealing manner, and the bottom surface is provided with the bonding layer 23 so as to be conveniently connected with the shell 4 of the equipment. The adhesive layer 23 may be a waterproof foam adhesive layer, and may be fixedly connected to the housing 4 of the device, and has a waterproof function. The waterproof double-sided adhesive layer 21 may specifically be a PET substrate double-sided adhesive layer, that is, a double-sided adhesive layer with polyethylene terephthalate as a substrate, and has good waterproof performance and mechanical performance. The waterproof double-sided adhesive layer 21 and the adhesive layer 23 may be made of waterproof materials and adhesive materials, respectively, which are conventional in the art, as required.
The dust screen 2 is connected to the bottom surface of the speaker 1, and may be set to have an overall size that matches the size of the bottom surface of the speaker 1, or may be set to have a size larger than the size of the bottom surface of the speaker 1 when the groove 11 extends to the bottom surface of the speaker 1 so as to be open, for example, to match the size of the outer contour of the speaker 1, that is, the contour of the region other than the groove. In the case of satisfying the installation and waterproof requirements, it may be set smaller than the bottom surface size of the speaker 1.
Specifically, the edge of the dustproof mesh single body 22 and the edge of the waterproof double-sided adhesive layer 21 are retracted inwards relative to the side wall of the loudspeaker 1 to form an overflow space with the casing 4. That is, the size of the dust screen unit 22 and the size of the waterproof double-sided adhesive layer 21 are smaller than the outer size of the speaker 1, so that an overflow space can be formed with the housing to provide a storage space for lubricating oil or grease. The adhesive layer 23 may be larger than the dust screen unit 22 and the waterproof double-sided adhesive layer 21, or may be identical to both. In addition, the size of the adhesive layer 23 may be smaller than the outer size of the speaker 1, or may be consistent with the outer size of the speaker 1, so as to ensure the adhesive effect.
In the case where the groove 11 extends to the bottom surface of the speaker 1 to be open, the size of the dust-proof mesh unit 22 and the waterproof double-sided adhesive layer 21 is set to be equal to the size of the bottom surface of the speaker 1, and the size of the adhesive layer 23 is not smaller than the size of the bottom surface of the speaker 1. The adhesive layer 23 is of a large size so as to ensure an effective connection with the housing 4. Specifically, the size of the adhesive layer 23 is the same as the outer contour size of the speaker 1, and the size of the adhesive layer 23 does not need to be reduced compared to a conventional speaker assembly, thereby ensuring the adhesive effect. On this basis, in order to provide a larger overflow space, the size of the waterproof double-sided adhesive layer 21 of the dust screen single body 22 is consistent with the size of the bottom surface of the loudspeaker 1, and since the groove 11 extends to the bottom surface of the loudspeaker 1, the dust screen single body 22 and the waterproof double-sided adhesive layer 21 are also retracted inwards compared with the bonding layer 23, so that in the installation state, an overflow space is formed between the edges of the dust screen single body 22 and the waterproof double-sided adhesive layer 21 and the side wall of the casing 4, and is communicated with the overflow space formed by the groove 11 and the casing 4. That is, a part of the overflow space is provided by the lamination thickness of the dust screen 2, so that the whole overflow space is larger, and the dust screen 2 is more effectively prevented from being impregnated with lubricating oil or lubricating grease, resulting in acoustic abnormality.
For the purpose of better clarity of description, the present application improves the acoustic performance by providing the overflow space, and the acoustic performance of the speaker assembly formed by the conventional speaker assembly and the present application by providing the recess 11 through the bottom end of the side wall of the speaker 1 to form the overflow space with the housing 4 in which the speaker assembly is installed will be compared below.
As shown in fig. 6, is an acoustic performance curve in a mounted state of the conventional speaker assembly. It can be seen that the acoustic curve has obvious fluctuation, and the acoustic fluctuation is beyond the acceptable range, so that the acoustic test is abnormal. Fig. 7 shows an acoustic performance curve of the loudspeaker assembly according to the present invention in the mounted state. The acoustic curve is normal, the acoustic fluctuation is within an acceptable range, and the acoustic test is normal. As shown in fig. 8, fig. 8 is a graph comparing the acoustic curves of fig. 6 and fig. 7 corresponding to two structures. The acoustic curves for the two configurations are compared as follows, and it is evident that the loudspeaker assembly of the present application provides a significant improvement in grease or oil spill problems.
