Abstract
The invention provides a loudspeaker box which comprises a shell, a sound production device, a flexible circuit board, a cover body and an elastic cotton block, wherein the cover body and the shell are covered to form a first notch part corresponding to the flexible circuit board, the elastic cotton block comprises a first sealing part and a second sealing part, the first sealing part is clamped and fixed between the cover body and the flexible circuit board, and the second sealing part is clamped and fixed between the shell and the cover body. The elastic cotton block has certain deformation characteristics, so that the elastic cotton block clamped by the cover body and the shell can realize good sealing effect. By adopting the sealing mode of the invention, glue dispensing does not need to be carried out by glue, thus improving the manual efficiency, saving the glue dispensing space and improving the appearance of the outlet position of the flexible circuit board.

The first embodiment is as follows:
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a speaker box according to the present embodiment is shown, which includes a housing 1, a cover 2 enclosing with the housing 1 to form an accommodating space, a sound device 3 accommodated in the accommodating space, a flexible circuit board 4 partially accommodated in the accommodating space, and an elastic cotton block 5.
The cover body 2 and the shell body 1 are covered to form a first gap portion corresponding to the flexible circuit board 4, and the elastic cotton block 5 is filled in the first gap portion and clamped between the cover body 2 and the flexible circuit board 4.
Referring to fig. 5, the elastic cotton block 5 includes a first sealing portion 51 attached to the flexible circuit board 4 and a second sealing portion 52 extending from two ends of the first sealing portion 51. The first sealing portion 51 is interposed and fixed between the cover 2 and the flexible circuit board 4, and the second sealing portion 52 is interposed and fixed between the case 1 and the cover 2.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the cover 2 includes a bottom wall opposite to the housing 1 and a side wall extending from an edge of the bottom wall toward the housing 1. The sidewalls include a first sidewall 21 fixedly connected to the case 1, a second sidewall 22 fixedly connected to the second sealing portion 52, and a third sidewall 23.
The first side wall 21 of the cover 2 has a first welding rib 211 extending thereon, and the second side wall 22 has a second welding rib 221 extending thereon. The case 1 and the cover 2 are fixedly connected by the first welding rib 211, and the second sealing portion 52 and the second side wall 22 are fixed by the second welding rib 221 in a sealing manner. The third side wall 23 and the second side wall 22 together form a first notch portion, and the first sealing portion 51 is sandwiched and fixed between the flexible circuit board 4 and the third side wall 23.
The first sealing portion 51 includes a clamping portion 511 interposed between the third side wall 23 and the flexible circuit board 4, and a transition portion 512 connecting the clamping portion 511 and the second sealing portion 52, where the transition portion 512 is interposed between the flexible circuit board 4 and the second side wall 22.
The second side wall 22 extends from the edge of the first side wall 21 along the second sealing portion 52. After the cover 2 is ultrasonically welded, the second sealing portion 52 is welded and fixed to the first welding rib 211.
In this embodiment, the elastic cotton block 5 is foam cotton which is easy to compress. Based on the layer structure of the elastic cotton block 5, the elastic cotton block 5 comprises a first adhesive layer 53 fixedly connected with the flexible circuit board 4 and foam 54 fixed on the surface of the first adhesive layer 53 away from the flexible circuit board 4.
In summary, in the speaker box of the present embodiment, the elastic cotton block 5 is embedded in the gap between the flexible circuit board 4 and the first notch, the first sealing portion 51 is sandwiched and fixed between the cover and the flexible circuit board 4, and the second sealing portion 52 is sandwiched and fixed between the housing 1 and the cover 2. Because the elastic cotton block 5 has certain deformation characteristics, the elastic cotton block 5 clamped by the cover body 2 and the shell body 1 can realize good sealing effect. Compared with the first embodiment, the elastic cotton block 5 with the bottom and the top respectively provided with the adhesive layers is adopted for sealing in the first embodiment, the sealing effect is better, and the sealing effect and the yield are optimized.
