Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings 1 to 4.
The invention provides a loudspeaker module 100, which comprises an upper cover 1, a lower cover 4 and a loudspeaker monomer 3, wherein the lower cover 4 and the upper cover 1 are connected in a covering manner to form an accommodating space, and the loudspeaker monomer 3 is accommodated in the accommodating space, and the upper cover 1 and the lower cover 4 jointly form a shell of the loudspeaker module 100.
The upper cover 1 comprises a bottom wall 12 and a side wall 11 which is bent and extended from the bottom wall 12 to the lower cover 4, wherein the side wall 11 is connected end to end and arranged around the accommodating space. The housing is further provided with a supporting wall 13 for supporting and fixing the speaker unit 3 and a retaining wall 131 extending from the supporting wall 13 and surrounding the speaker unit 3, the supporting wall 13 may be a hollow ring or a hollow rectangle, and in this embodiment, the supporting wall 13 is a hollow rectangle.
In the present embodiment, the supporting wall 13 is formed by bending and extending the bottom wall 12 toward the lower cover 4, and the retaining wall 131 is wound around the upper surface 132 of the supporting wall. The speaker unit 3 is supported and fixed on the upper surface 132 of the supporting wall, the speaker unit 3 is accommodated in the retaining wall 131, the silica gel 2 is disposed between the speaker unit 3 and the retaining wall 131, the silica gel 2 is in a hollow ring shape, and the silica gel 2 can be wound around the side surface of the speaker unit 3 or disposed in the retaining wall 131. When the silica gel 2 is wound on the side surface of the loudspeaker single body 3, the silica gel 2 and the basin frame of the loudspeaker single body 3 are integrally molded or glued by double-shot molding; when the silica gel 2 is disposed in the retaining wall 131, the silica gel 2 and the retaining wall 131 are molded integrally by two-color injection molding or glued.
Preferably, the silicone rubber 2 is wound around the side surface of the speaker unit 3, and the silicone rubber 2 includes a main body portion 21 and a chamfered portion 22, and the chamfered portion 22 is located on the periphery of the main body portion 21 on the side close to the support wall 13. The speaker unit 3 and the retaining wall 131 press the silicone rubber 2 to complete the sealing engagement between the speaker unit 3 and the housing 1.
In the present embodiment, the speaker unit 3 is provided at a distance from the side wall 11 of the upper cover 1. A first sound cavity 14 is formed between the loudspeaker single body 3 and the bottom wall 12 of the upper cover 1 at intervals, and a second sound cavity 15 opposite to the first sound cavity 14 is formed between the loudspeaker single body 3 and the upper cover 1 and the lower cover 4 of the shell.
Furthermore, the side wall 11 of the upper cover 1 is provided with a sound emitting part protruding to the outside far away from the accommodating space, and at least one sound emitting hole communicated with the first sound cavity 14 is arranged in the sound emitting part.
The second sound cavity 15 is communicated with the rear sound cavity of the speaker unit 3, and plays a role in enlarging the rear sound cavity of the speaker unit, improving low-frequency response and significantly reducing F0. In the present embodiment, the speaker unit 3 is an electromagnetic speaker. The speaker unit 3 may be other sound generating devices, and the principle is the same.
According to the loudspeaker module, the silica gel is arranged between the loudspeaker monomer and the retaining wall, and the loudspeaker monomer and the retaining wall are used for extruding the silica gel to complete the sealing connection between the loudspeaker monomer and the shell, so that the binding force of the loudspeaker module can be improved, the procedure of glue supplement or ultrasonic welding between the loudspeaker monomer and the shell to form sealing is omitted, the production efficiency is improved, and the corresponding equipment consumption can be saved.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it is understood that the above embodiments are illustrative and not to be construed as limiting the present invention, and that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in the above embodiments by those of ordinary skill in the art without departing from the scope of the present invention.
Claims (3)
1. A loudspeaker module comprises a shell with an accommodating space and a loudspeaker monomer accommodated in the shell, and is characterized in that the shell is provided with a supporting wall for supporting and fixing the loudspeaker monomer and a retaining wall which extends from the supporting wall and is arranged around the periphery of the loudspeaker monomer, silica gel is arranged between the loudspeaker monomer and the retaining wall, and the loudspeaker monomer and the retaining wall extrude the silica gel to enable the loudspeaker monomer to be in sealing joint with the shell; the silica gel is in a hollow ring shape and is wound on the side surface of the loudspeaker monomer or arranged in the retaining wall; when the silica gel is wound on the side face of the loudspeaker single body, the silica gel is glued with a basin frame of the loudspeaker single body or integrally formed by double-shot injection; when silica gel set up in when in the barricade, silica gel with barricade veneer or double-shot moulding integrated into one piece.
2. The speaker module as claimed in claim 1, wherein the silicone rubber comprises a main body portion and a chamfered portion, and the chamfered portion is located at a periphery of the main body portion on a side close to the support wall.

The speaker module according to claim 1, wherein the housing includes an upper cover and a lower cover enclosing the receiving space, the upper cover includes a bottom wall and a side wall extending from the bottom wall toward the lower cover, the support wall is formed by extending the bottom wall toward the lower cover, the speaker unit and the bottom wall form a first acoustic cavity at an interval, the side wall is correspondingly provided with at least one sound outlet hole communicated with the first acoustic cavity, and a second acoustic cavity opposite to the first acoustic cavity is formed between the speaker unit and the upper cover and the lower cover.
